Big Brother star gave brutal review on Jeremy Clarkson's pub The Farmer's Dog
The Farmer's Dog, the pub owned by the former Top Gear star and located just a few miles from his Diddly Squat Farm in Oxfordshire, has been swarmed with customers since appearing in the latest series of Clarkson's Farm
Jeremy Clarkson's pub, the Farmer's Dog, has become a sensation since its appearance in the smash-hit Amazon Prime series Clarkson's Farm. The pub features prominently alongside Diddly Squat Farm in season four, which debuted three weeks ago and quickly captured the hearts of viewers.
The on-screen exposure has triggered an influx of visitors to the Oxfordshire spot, all keen to taste the food, enjoy the ambiance, and maybe even rub shoulders with Clarkson himself. Among those drawn by curiosity was Big Brother star Henry Southan, who took a Father's Day trip to the venue.
The influencer, who finished third in the reality show and commands a following of 183,000 on TikTok, was eager to see if the buzz about the pub lived up to expectations.
Upon his arrival, Henry exclaimed on TikTok: "I've just got to Jeremy Clarkson's pub, the Farmer's Dog and got a reservation for lunch for my dad for Father's Day - it's like arriving at Glastonbury."
He continued, bewildered: "I feel like I've arrived at like a musical festival, there is just so many people. Where are they all going to go? The pub can't be that big, surely. I'm very confused."
Documenting his experience, he added: "This is the overflow car park, like I'm in a field far away from the pub and now I've got to trek to the pub. Even with a reservation it's absolutely wild."
Henry voiced his concern about potentially missing his booking due to the unexpected hike and was equally surprised to encounter a queue at the entrance.
"I tell you what this better the best roast I have ever eaten to justify the pain and the rigmarole that has gone into parking and everything," he declared.
Yet, when it was time to critique the much-anticipated meal, his verdict was brutally blunt: "Really dry" was how Henry described the meat, with a particular thumbs-down for the pork.
He concluded his succinct video review by stating: "Jeremy Clarkson's pub was... interesting."
He was not the only patron left wanting more.
Echoing the sentiment, an individual commented online: "I loved Clarkson's Farm and I love everything Jezza does for the farming community, but I wont lie when I visited the pub I was SO disappointed!".
Another customer shared their dissatisfaction, saying: "We went on opening weekend and didn't even get to go in the actual pub. Watching the series I understand why now, but seriously sucks being part of the dramatic bits in the show when you've driven three hours and get no food."
Yet some rushed to the pub's defence amidst the critique.
One TikTok user put things into perspective by pointing out: "You booked... on Father's Day. Did you expect it to be dead? Did you expect the food to be like it would be if it wasn't over booked? Work in hospitality for a bit and then you'd actually be in the real world."
Another voiced their thoughts with a dose of reality: "Really, did you think you were off to your local?" And yet another offered a tongue-in-cheek response: "Booked busiest restaurant in Britain right now - angry when busy?".
Some customers have been dishing out advice for those planning a visit, suggesting they keep their hopes in check and make sure they've got plenty of time to spare.
One customer remarked: "It's a pub, it's not Michelin starred, it's not famed for its food or its facilities so why expect it. It's only famous for the guy who owns it and the TV programme it appears on. People need to lower their expectations."
Another visitor, who popped into the pub over the weekend, shared their experience: "I took my dad there for Father's Day. I went in the pub for a drink but didn't book for food, that burger from 'The Farmer's Puppy' burger van was possibly one of the best I've had in my life. 11/10 fantastic day out just get there early!".

Princess Andre discusses breakup ahead of 18th birthday
EXCLUSIVE: As she prepares to turn 18, Princess Andre opens up on her split from her boyfriend and her plans for the future. Princess Andre is on the brink of turning 18, but she has no intentions of being snapped staggering out of nightclubs. The striking young star, gearing up to celebrate her landmark birthday with a fresh photo shoot for Sunday Mirror's Notebook magazine, has declared she fancies quiet nights in over raucous revelry. "I'm not really a big drinker or a big party-goer, but it'll be nice to be able to go to pubs and stuff with my friends," she says. To the delight of her mindful father, singer Peter Andre, she also insists, "I'm not the sort of person who'd embarrass myself. I'll never put myself in a position that would make me look bad." But this doesn't mean that Princess, known for her social media presence, won't mark the occasion with a bit of fanfare. Pete, along with his doctor spouse Emily, intends to surprise her with a party, in addition to her recent splurge on a premium Audi following her driving test success last month. Reflecting on her inaugural drive with her dad, the 'Mysterious Girl' icon, Princess shares how Pete finds it tough seeing her all grown up. "He's so proud and so supportive, but I think it's hard to see your kid get older," she shares. Describing their first journey together in her new car, she recounts, "He was the first person I took for a drive in the new car. We were listening to music and suddenly I heard him sobbing. 'I was like, 'Are you OK?' And he admitted it was weird for him to see me grow up", reports the Mirror. Despite her tender age, Princess demonstrates remarkable maturity when discussing her recent breakup with her boyfriend. "I'm feeling good. I've always kept my personal life personal, so I don't talk too much about it, but now is the time to focus on me," the up-and-coming singer shared. "I want to get my career to exactly where I want it." With an admirable following of 1.5 million on Instagram and TikTok, Princess is quickly becoming a known figure in the entertainment industry. As the progeny of two British reality TV and popular culture legends, Peter Andre and Katie Price, it seemed almost fated that Princess would have a career in the limelight. Having been in the public eye from a young age with appearances on "Katie and Peter: The Next Chapter" through to her recent deals in modelling and branding, Princess is no stranger to fame. In the 2025 picture, she leaned back on James as they soaked in a jacuzzi. "From party teenagers in 2018, to mid to late 20s in 2025 and like to be in bed before 10. Joining the latest series, Harriet has been a major help to ex-Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson at Diddly Squat Farm, particularly when fan-favourite Kaleb Cooper headed off to work on various projects across the UK. Viewers have been cheering for nurse turned farm worker, marvelling at her passion for rural living and ambition to demonstrate that 'girly girls' like her can handle tractors and livestock as competently as her male counterparts. Nevertheless, her time on the programme was short-lived because of Kaleb's return, which left her newfound fans yearning for more. Thankfully, the star shares online videos to let followers stay tuned into her daily adventures, drawing in millions of views. Harriet and her partner James first met when they were both at a Young Farmers' Meeting all those years ago. In a recent post shared on social media, Harriet posted a video of James driving a tractor, hinting that he is four years her senior. In another post, she said: "The 'butterfly effect' is crazy because if I didn't join Young Farmers, we'd never have met." The star continued: "YFC gave me my whole life and for that I will be forever grateful!" Harriet also urged others to consider joining community groups, promising they will "meet the greatest people". Meanwhile, in the show, once Kaleb returned to Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, Harriet said an emotional goodbye to Jeremy. The presenter, who was on Top Gear for 25 years across two stints, told Harriet: "You saved my life. So, if we get stuck again, can we give you a call?"
