
A Coral Gables Publix sold a Florida Lottery jackpot-winning ticket
One of the two lucky jackpot winners in Thursday's Florida Lottery big money draw games bought their ticket at one of the Publix stores in Coral Gables.
Nobody won any of the Cash4Life big prizes and the evening draw Fantasy 5 happiness went to a player at a gas station mini mart in Port Richey.

But, the winner of the Fantasy 5 midday draw — 2, 6, 9, 12 and 30 — got their Quick Pick ticket at the Publix at 2551 LeJeune Rd. Being the only winner made that a $54,361 piece of good fortune.
This ticket must be cashed at the Florida Lottery main office in Tallahassee or one of the district offices, such as the one in Miami Lakes at 14621 Oak Ln. That office can be reached at MIARC@flalottery.com or 305-364-3080. Appointments can be made, but aren't required.

Someone in Florida is holding a top prize-winning lottery ticket. The lucky player hit the Fantasy 5 jackpot, winning $110,604.59 in the evening drawing Thursday, June 19, the Florida Lottery said. The winning ticket, sold at an Embassy Food Grab & Go in Port Richey, matched all five numbers. The prize remained unclaimed as of Friday, June 20, the lottery said. The Fantasy 5 numbers drawn Thursday evening were 7-16-21-30-36, results show. The odds of snagging the top prize are 1 in 376,992. Another player netted a jackpot worth $54,361.91 in the game's midday drawing, according to the lottery's website. That ticket was sold at a Publix Supermarket in Coral Gables. Winners in Florida have 180 days from the draw date to claim prizes and are encouraged to sign the back of their ticket, the Florida Lottery said. Port Richey is about a 40-mile drive northwest from downtown Tampa.

Someone is holding a lottery ticket worth $150,000 in Georgia. Where was it sold?
A stop at a Georgia gas station led to a big win for a lucky lottery player. The player hit the Fantasy 5 jackpot, winning $150,000 in the drawing Monday, June 16, the Georgia Lottery said. The ticket, sold at a Texaco station in Jonesboro, matched all five numbers. Officials didn't say if a winner has come forward. McClatchy News reached out to the Georgia Lottery on June 18 and was awaiting a response. The winning Fantasy 5 numbers were 4-24-27-30-41, results show. The lucky player beat odds of 1 in 850,668 to take the top prize. Three days earlier, another Fantasy 5 player won a whopping $1.5 million jackpot in the June 13 drawing, according to the lottery's website. That ticket was sold in Villa Rica, a spokesperson told McClatchy News. A Powerball player also netted a $250,000 prize on June 16, capping off a string of big wins in the Peach State, results show. Winners in Georgia have 180 days to claim prizes on draw games and are encouraged to sign the back of their ticket, the Georgia Lottery said. Jonesboro is about a 20-mile drive south from downtown Atlanta.
