A pair of Dodgers pitchers will start minor league rehab assignments on Sunday. Tyler Glasnow starts for Triple-A Oklahoma City in a game that starts at 1:35 p.m PT, and Luis García will pitch at some point for Low-A Rancho Cucamonga in a game that starts at 2 p.m.
Glasnow, out since April 28 with shoulder inflammation, figures to make at least three rehab starts before a possible return to the rotation. García has been out since June 1 with a right adductor strain.

Longtime baseball writer and author Scott Miller, one of the kindest people I've ever met in the sport, died this week. Back in February, Doug Goodnough profiled Miller's 40-year career for his alma matter, Hillsdale College in Michigan.
The Dodgers on Friday pledged to donate $1 million 'toward direct financial assistance for families of immigrants impacted by recent events in the region.' Protestors outside Dodger Stadium on Saturday (from Sam Blum at The Athletic) and community leaders in Los Angeles (from Jack Harris at the Los Angeles Times) have urged the Dodgers to do more.
Fidel Martinez at the LA Times argued that the Dodgers should follow the lead of the Angel City Football Club soccer team in how they connected with the city of Los Angeles.
During his start on Friday night, Clayton Kershaw's delivery synced up perfectly with the wave from the crowd at Dodger Stadium.

OKLAHOMA CITY — A nerve-racking Game 7 of the NBA Finals took a somber turn in the first quarter Sunday night when Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton had to be helped to the locker room with a right lower-leg injury. Haliburton, who had sparked the Pacers to a blowout victory in Game 6 while playing through a right calf strain, crashed to the floor after his right leg appeared to give out midway through the opening period. The two-time all-star pounded the court in pain and was attended to by Pacers staff at the next dead ball.

Boca Juniors Fans Pray For A Bayern Munich Victory
MIAMI GARDENS, FLORIDA - JUNE 20: Joao Palhinha #16 of FC Bayern Munchen scores his team's first ... More goal past Manuel Neuer #1 of FC Bayern Munchen during the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 group C match between FC Bayern München and CA Boca Juniors at Hard Rock Stadium on June 20, 2025 in Miami Gardens, Florida. Boca Juniors fans will be praying for a Bayern Munich victory over Benfica in the final round of Group C fixtures. If Benfica wins or draws against Bayern, the Buenos Aires side will be eliminated regardless of the result in its match against Auckland City. Boca Lights Up Miami Boca Juniors fans have invaded Miami, Florida over the last week, creating a sea of yellow and blue for the fixture against Bayern Munich at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. The noise brought by travelling fans would make you think the game was being held in Buenos Aires. South Beach has been taken over by Boca banners and tens of thousands of supporters too, as the side from Argentina joins the other South American nations in spreading fanfare through what has otherwise been a rather subdued Club World Cup. (Photo by) The atmosphere in Boca's fixtures has been electric and that has completely galvanised the team on the field too. On paper Bayern Munich and Benfica were set to sweep past Boca, but that has proved far from the case. Big Boca Performances Boca Juniors stunned the world by going 2-0 up against Benfica in their opening fixture. Only to be pegged back by two goals from Benfica's Argentina internationals; Ángel Di María and Nicolás Otamendi. In hindsight that might seem like two points dropped, but Boca would certainly have taken it before the game. Then, Boca were minutes away from another tie with European opposition as German giants Bayern Munich needed a very late 2-1 winner to clinch 3 points. MIAMI GARDENS, FLORIDA - JUNE 20: Michael Olise #17 of FC Bayern Munchen celebrates scoring his ... More team's second goal with Leroy Sane #10 and Josip Stanisic #44 during the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 group C match between FC Bayern München and CA Boca Juniors at Hard Rock Stadium on June 20, 2025 in Miami Gardens, Florida. (Photo by) Stars Harry Kane and Michael Olise made the difference for Bayern either side of a fantastic Boca Juniors goal from Miguel Merentiel which lifted the roof off the Hard Rock stadium. It was a moment of delirium for Boca fans that will enter the history books regardless how this tournament finishes for them. Bayern Must Defeat Benfica Now there is just one game remaining for each side in Group C. On Tuesday Bayern Munich takes on Benfica and Boca Juniors faces whipping boys Auckland City. The team from New Zealand has a goal difference of -16 over two games. Boca must win and Benfica must lose for the team from Argentina to have any chance of progressing to the next round. However if this occurs Boca also needs a seven goal swing in its favor. Boca currently holds a -1 goal difference and Benfica is on +6. Luckily for Boca, Auckland has conceded an average of eight goals per game in this tournament. On the other hand, Benfica needs only a draw against a Bayern team that has now qualified for the next round and may opt to rest some players. It is almost certain that Boca will put a handful of goals past Auckland, but it is definitely not certain whether or not Bayern Munich will do the team from Argentina a favor. Alexi Lalas' Top 5 U.S. Players With the Most to Gain at Gold Cup
The 26 players currently representing the United States are trying to win this Gold Cup. But let's call it as it is – this is also an audition to make the 2026 World Cup squad. So when opportunity knocks, you better answer. And for a handful of U.S. players on this squad, this is time to make the most of these games. Here are the ones with the most to gain as the U.S. prepares for the Gold Cup knockout stage: He's had two starts, two wins and a shutout. He hasn't made a mistake. He hasn't put a foot wrong in the entire tournament. Defenders have to care about him as a striker. He's not a finished product by any stretch of the imagination — I know it's a low bar — but there's not a lot of options at striker for this U.S. team. He's consistent. I love his fire on the field, and let's be honest: from a set piece perspective, I think he's better than Pulisic. He had two goals in the first game and a really good second half in the second game. So, for three out of four halves, he was wonderful. I don't think anyone's going to disagree. He hasn't put a foot wrong in the tournament. He's doing what he has to from a defensive standpoint and in the attack, getting the goal last game.
