MARTIN BAKOLE and Efe Ajagba go head-to-head in a huge heavyweight bout TODAY!
The pair meet on the undercard of Canelo Alvarez vs William Skull as the Mexican defends his WBA, WBC and WBO super-middleweight titles in Saudi Arabia.
Bakole returns for the first time since he faced Joseph Parker on two days' notice back in February.

Bakole looking to bounce back
The Congolese contender was stopped brutally in round two by Joseph Parker in February—a fight he took on just 48 hours' notice.
Despite the setback, Bakole retains his promoter's confidence.
He knew what defeat to Parker would mean to his career but he is hoping with an impressive victory tonight, he can wipe that fight from the boxing world's memory.

Welcome to Martin Bakole vs Efe Ajagba
This one is being hyped as the 'Battle for Africa'.
These two heavyweights should provide a heavy-hitting show of pure power and pain.
Though it no longer serves as an IBF final eliminator due to Bakole's recent loss, this fight remains a pivotal clash between two top-15 contenders whose future relevance in the heavyweight elite depends on the outcome.
A victory for either man won't guarantee a title shot, but it will open the door to fights against the likes of Kubrat Pulev, Michael Hunter, or another top 10 contender.
For Bakole, this is less about opportunity and more about survival.

Antonio Rudiger accuses Club World Cup opponent of racism in Real Madrid game

Real Madrid star Antonio Rudiger has accused Gustavo Cabral of racial abuse during his team's Club World Cup victory over Pachuca on Sunday. The alleged incident occurred in stoppage time as Rudiger was seen approaching referee Ramon Abatti after an exchange with his opponent. Cabral, a defender for Mexican club Pachuca, is alleged to have called Rudiger a 'negro de mierda' – a Spanish insult that translates as 'f***ing n*****' – sources inside the stadium have claimed to the Daily Mail. It should be noted that Cabral has disputed the claim, stating he had instead called Rudiger a 'cagon de mierda', meaning 'f***ing coward'. FIFA are set to investigate the alleged incident after the referee activated the anti-discrimination protocol with a crossed-arms gesture. Quizzed if Rudiger had been the victim of racism during the game, Real Madrid head coach Xabi Alonso told a press conference: 'Toni told us something, we support Toni and we will see what happens. 'I think the FIFA protocol has been activated to investigate, but if it has happened, all measures should be taken and we support Antonio because it's something unacceptable. 'In football there is no tolerance for this, and if it happened, then measures should be taken. This is what Antonio has told us and we believe him. It's being investigated now.' Pachuca head coach Jaime Lozano was also asked about the incident – but said he was unaware of what had happened. 'I just found out from you, you are letting me know, we did not talk about it in the dressing room,' he said. 'I haven't spoken to Cabral about this, I cannot give you an explanation about it because this is the first [I have heard of] this news. More Trending 'It cannot be justified at all but I will talk to him, I've known him for a little while and and I have never heard of something like that with Pachuca players.' Real Madrid won the match 3-1 despite being reduced to 10 men after just seven minutes, with Raúl Asencio shown an early red card. Goals from Jude Bellingham, Arda Guler and Federico Valverde put the Spanish side in control before Elías Montiel scored for the Mexican side with 10 minutes to go. Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford have to be separated by Dana White as tempers flare at pre-fight press conference

Proceedings during a pre-fight press conference ahead of Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford 's super middleweight title bout in Las Vegas boiled over when the two boxers got physical with each other. Months before the pair are set to square off at Allegiant Stadium on September 13, Alvarez and Crawford spoke before fans at Fanatics Fest in New York City on Sunday. After some expected trash talking, the pair came face-to-face for the cameras. Crawford began chirping at Alvarez before bumping his chest against the Mexican fighter. Alvarez then shoved Crawford away - causing people to come rushing in to separate the two. That included Dana White, the CEO of the UFC. The MMA promotion's parent company - TKO - is promoting the bout. So much for all the talk about them being too buddy buddy. Canelo Alvarez just shoved Terence Crawford hard as Dana White separates them. #CaneloCrawford — Mike Coppinger (@MikeCoppinger) June 22, 2025 A reverse angle from White's perspective showed Crawford smiling and then laughing at Alvarez as multiple people held Canelo back. The bout will see Alvarez put his six belts in the weight class on the line, as he hopes to remain the undisputed super middleweight champion. Crawford, the WBA super welterweight champion, will be going up from the 154lb class to 168lbs for the bout. This upcoming fight is set to be Crawford's first since last August, when he beat Israil Madrimov to win the WBA and WBO interim light middleweight titles to extend his record to 41-0.

Conor Coady breaks Rangers transfer cover as Russell Martin now knows unseen benefit he will bring to Ibrox

The defender is high up on Martin and sporting director Kevin Thelwell's shopping list this summer Rangers target Conor Coady has broken his silence with a Leicester City exit gathering pace. Record Sport broke the story that the the Light Blues have asked the Foxes about his availability with Rangers sporting director Kevin Thelwell a huge fan of the England international after previously bringing him to Everton. The 32-year-old still has a year left on his contract at Leicester but after their relegation from the Premier League and uncertainty over Ruud van Nistelrooy's long-term future he faces a decision on his future. While Wolves are also said to be keen on Coady, he appears to have put a decision on his future on the back-burner to take on punditry duties for the Club World Cup. He was on hand for DAZN to break down Real Madrid's clash with Mexican giants CF Pachuca alongside Juan Pablo Angel and Luis Garcia. And he offered Russell Martin an insight on the tactical insight he could be getting if the Scottish Premiership giants can get a deal over the line. Coady also hinted at his love of attacking full-backs - a system often deployed by Martin - as gushed over Trent Alexander-Arnold. Asked if he preferred his defenders on the "under lap or over lap" he said: "I think someone like him can do both. "I think it is going to be really interesting, he likes to come inside Trent. I think developing the relationship with Arda Güler will be so important for Real Madrid this season. "It's really, really good for Real Madrid that they have got him going forward this season." Martin is looking to add to his squad in the coming days and has already lined up a loan move to sign Max Aarons from Bournemouth. New recruit Lyall Cameron is set to miss Rangers' return to pre-season - as exclusively revealed by Record Sport - while free agent Kwame Poku is also high up on the agenda after leaving Peterborough.
