While chatting with PEOPLE about her partnership with Triple Paste, the mom of three, 35, opened up about her must-have essentials in her baby's diaper bag, life as a boy mom and more. She tells PEOPLE that with her baby boy Ford, 6 months, whom she welcomed with husband Chris Pratt in November 2024, the changing process is a "totally different ballgame."
"Changing a baby boy diaper is a totally different ballgame! If you know, you know!" she tells PEOPLE. "You have to be quick and stealth. I've gotten peed on far too many times, so when gearing up for a diaper change, I need to have all my key players ready for action (hello Triple Paste, diapers and wipes)."
"Then I act fast, not only to avoid the open air accidents, but also to keep baby busy and my other kids entertained by my level of speed in diaper changes these days!" Schwarzenegger Pratt adds.

Schwarzenegger Pratt also shared one of her top tips for taking care of a little one.
"I'd tell any new Mom to trust that when you spot a diaper rash starting, applying Triple Paste ... will put you at ease because of how fast-acting it is," she says. "We all know that getting a diaper rash cared for from the start makes such a huge difference and this product is a sure way to do that."
In addition to their son Ford, the couple shares two daughters, Eloise Christina, 2, and Lyla Maria, 4. The Jurassic World star, 45, also has a 12-year-old son, Jack Pratt, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Anna Faris.
Maintaining a household with little ones is not easy. During a February 2024 episode of Gut Feelings with Lo Bosworth, the BDA Baby podcast host talked with host Lo Bosworth, about how she balances her life as a working mom of two kids, revealing her biggest piece of advice for dealing with "mom burnout."
"It's a balancing act and the balancing act is not balanced every day for sure. So understanding that is the number one most important thing I think we go into," Schwarzenegger Pratt began.
"Everything in my life has to have the exact equal amount of time I have to give. My self time, my children time, my career time, my husband time, my family, my friends time," she added. "So if you have that level of pressure, it's just, it's never ending and that's exhausting and it's just not realistic."

"Taking that off the table is number one most important thing," Schwarzenegger explained. "And it's interesting because this whole idea of mom burnout or just burnout in general is a huge topic that comes up for BDA baby of wanting to talk about and wanting support in that space because moms are exhausted and they feel like they have such huge burnout of just going, going, going, and then obviously neglecting themselves or neglecting certain parts of their life in the journey of that."
Schwarzenegger Pratt noted that above all, moms should realize that many of them are also feeling the same burnout.
"And then I think just being gentle with yourself is probably the best piece of advice that I can give anybody feeling burnout, especially in the mom space, because you have kids that are needing your love and support and attention all the time, and a partner as well, and different parts of your life," she said, noting it's important to realize that "you're going to be late. You're going to have things not go your way. Your kids are going to get sick. You're going to have to go to appointments."
