A set of cold sore healing patches that are SUPER discreet and help to reduce the pain and blistering that can come with those pesky guys while aiming to prevent post-sore scabbing in the process.
A patio crack weeder tool if your unkempt driveway/patio is something you're constantly finding yourself apologizing for when you have guests visiting. This thing makes it easy to pull those little suckers. Now, you'll be able to accept compliments on how clean and polished it looks instead!
Schick Silk touch-up tools perfect for painless, precise eyebrow shaping, cleaning up peach fuzz hairs on your face, and even clearing away dead skin. These little guys go a long way.
A set of antimicrobial toothbrushes featuring "floss" bristles that are designed to reach between your teeth (bye-bye little food bits hiding in there) and are formulated with nano-silver, which may help kill off microbes left on the bristles. Your other toothbrushes simply cannot relate!!!
A mold and mildew spray great for using on a plethora of surfaces both inside and outside your home, because let's be real, it's not exactly the most sightly thing to see on your shower walls and backyard fencing.
A set of acne patches you can apply over a popped whitehead. Simply put the patch over a zit, let it sit overnight or throughout the day, peel it off, and watch it take all the pore-clogging gunk with it.
A butt acne-clearing lotion because, yes, acne on the derriere *is* a thing, and if you're reading this thinking you were alone in this struggle, we're here to remind you, you're not. Enter this product, made with pure plant extracts like Australian tea oil, to help target the root of this annoyance on your booty and help kick it in the ~behind~.
Bio-Oil, a cult-favorite skincare oil to help reduce the appearance of scars left behind by acne, pregnancy, injuries, or surgeries, thanks to a powerful (but gentle) combo of vitamin A, vitamin E, sunflower, lavender, and chamomile oils. Your skin will thank you.
An oven cleaning spray, so next time you open the oven door and pop in dinner, you're not tempted to puke all over it because of the yucky buildup you've let your oven accumulate.
A pack of extra-strength Gas-X chewable tablets to keep on hand in case you're seeking relief from bloating and gas — both of which we all deal with at some point, but if it happens at an inopportune time, well, you might want to see if these work for you.
A pumice toilet bowl ring remover so you can easily scratch away at those yucky stains without leaving behind scratch marks in the bowl.
Compound W One Step Pads for applying to plantar warts — they look like bandages, but really, they're working hard to remove those stubborn little guys. Just stick one on and go about your day while the salicylic acid gets to work behind the scenes — it's like a tiny undercover agent for your feet. How's that for low-effort wart removal?
A callus-removal gel so you can experience the baby-soft feet you not only want but truly deserve. Soak your feet for two to three minutes in hot water, dry them, and apply a generous layer of the gel to your callused feet. Then let it sit for three minutes, wipe it off, use a foot scrubber of your choice, and bam — dead skin be gone.
O'Keefe's Working Hands Cream that will make dry, cracked hands feel as if they were just treated to a five-star manicure (without having to change out of your pajamas and leave the house).
A hairbrush cleaning tool, because in the long run, it'll be a heck of a lot cheaper to get rid of the combo of hair, dust, and fluff residing between the bristles than it will be to keep buying new hairbrushes.
A bottle of nail and cuticle care oil you'll wish you'd bought sooner. With consistent use over time, this incredible solution helps make your nails look fresh and healthy. Evidence of a once-bad biting habit combined with questionable at-home manicure decisions, begone!
A twice-daily antiperspirant hand lotion made with eucalyptus oil and absorbing powders to help provide relief to sweat-prone hands on the warmest of spring days. Finally, you'll feel less awkward shaking hands with your distant cousins at those graduation parties when your hands don't feel all clammy from a 2-hour-long outdoor ceremony in the humidity.
Cleaning tablets that'll make you realize the important task of sanitizing your retainer, dentures, night guard, or any other dental appliances you use can be quick and easy. Simply drop a tablet and your dental appliance into warm water and let it soak!
A KP body scrub for buffing away red bumps. Use it one to two times a week for smoother skin — it's like a microdermabrasion treatment at a fraction of the cost and without leaving the house. Consider it a little upgrade for your shower routine, minus the extra effort.
A scalp shampoo brush that'll not only aid in giving you a deeper clean when shampooing your hair, but will also feel so relaxing and soothing on your scalp.
A FlexiSnake to help you reach the messes you can't see, but can feel the effects of when your shower turns into a half-bath due to a clogged drain...we've all been there. Instead of having to remove the drain itself, just ~snake~ this tool down there, use the rotating handle to spin the snake and grab the hair, pull it back up, and try not to gag at the results. It may be gross, but it's a heck of a lot cheaper than calling a plumber.
A Squatty Potty that'll help make squatting while using the restroom more seamless and comfortable. Constipation is never fun, but this genius invention here may just help make getting through it more tolerable. Plus, it's actually better for your body to squat than sit, just FYI.
An ingrown hair oil whose combo of jojoba, grapeseed, and tea tree oils may help reduce the appearance and soften the skin around post-shaving and waxing bumps, ingrown hairs, and redness.
A portable carpet and upholstery cleaner that boasts strong spray and suction, so cleaning stubborn stains will feel effortless. Messes left behind by pets shouldn't mean permanently ruined carpets, furniture, or car interiors.
A set of Kegel exercise weights for strengthening your pelvic floor muscles a little bit with each exercise (they recommend doing it for 15 minutes a day). Some benefits reviewers love from these are a decrease in incontinence and an increase in more pleasurable sex.
A stainless-steel odor-absorbing soap bar because garlic, onion, and fish may taste delicious in your meal, but their smell is pretty yucky, ESPECIALLY when it lingers on your hands hours after cooking.
A liquid drain clog dissolver to help save the day from showers, sinks, and toilets clogged from hair, toilet paper, soap scum, or anything else. It's a lot better than having to explain to your house guests that the toilet may or may not flush before they use it.
Sweat-absorbing bra liners because under-boob sweat feels pretty darn gross...and don't get me started on how it looks to have sweat stains show in that ~area~ through your clothes. We get the struggle, and we're here to help.

ZAP Surgical Announces First ZAP-X Gyroscopic Radiosurgery

SAN CARLOS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ZAP Surgical Systems, Inc., a global leader in non-invasive robotic brain surgery, today announced the first patient treatments using its ZAP-X® Gyroscopic Radiosurgery® platform in Latin America. Located in Neuland, Boquerón, Paraguay, Radioterapia Concordia ( has officially commenced clinical use, marking a major milestone in the decentralization of state-of-the-art brain tumor care across the region. In its first day of operation, four patients received next-generation stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) with ZAP-X® for a range of intracranial conditions, including meningioma, acoustic neuroma, trigeminal neuralgia, and arteriovenous malformation (AVM). Historically, patients in the central regions of Latin America have had limited or no access to modern SRS, often requiring travel to large metropolitan hubs like Buenos Aires, São Paulo, or Santiago. Radioterapia Concordia now offers these advanced treatments locally, helping bridge a longstanding healthcare gap for rural communities. 'People in rural areas deserve to receive world-class medical care where they live, from people they understand, and at a fair price,' said Prof. Dr. Peter Douglas Klassen, Founder of Saludconcordia SA. 'With ZAP-X, we are bringing the most advanced SRS capabilities to communities that have long been underserved.' The creation of Radioterapia Concordia is further bolstered by its strategic location along the Bi-Oceanic Corridor—a transformative infrastructure project linking Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, and Chile to improve regional access and trade. The new cancer center also benefits from its collaborative relationship with ZAP-X Zentrum Lingen in Germany, home to Europe's first ZAP-X system. 'This is more than just a technology deployment—it's a movement toward cooperative medicine,' said MBA MSc Edelgard Loewen, Case Manager at ZAP-X Zentrum Lingen. 'We're witnessing a new model emerge in Latin America—one that rises above the limitations of national and purely private healthcare systems to prioritize patients through altruistic, turnkey cancer care.' As an alternative to open brain surgery, stereotactic radiosurgery is a non-invasive, outpatient procedure used to treat many primary and metastatic brain tumors, as well as other disorders of the head and neck. Unlike traditional surgery however, SRS does not require incisions or anesthesia, and patients often return to normal activities the same day. The ZAP-X system is renowned for its unique gyroscopic design, which enables the delivery of radiosurgical beams from thousands of unique angles. This approach enhances the ability to concentrate radiation precisely on the tumor while minimizing dose to surrounding healthy brain tissue—an important factor in preserving cognitive function. ZAP-X is also the first and only vault-free SRS system, removing the need for costly shielded treatment rooms. Additionally, by utilizing a modern linear accelerator, ZAP-X eliminates the use of Cobalt-60, avoiding the exorbitant costs and regulatory burdens tied to radioactive isotopes. For more information about ZAP Surgical and the ZAP-X system, visit About ZAP Surgical Systems, Inc. ZAP Surgical Systems, Inc. designs and manufactures the ZAP-X® Gyroscopic Radiosurgery® platform. ZAP was founded in 2014 by Dr. John R. Adler, Emeritus Dorothy & TK Chan Professor of Neurosurgery and Radiation Oncology at Stanford University. Dr. Adler is also renowned as the inventor of the CyberKnife ® system and founder of Accuray, Inc. The ZAP-X platform incorporates a unique vault-free design that typically eliminates the need for costly shielded treatment rooms. ZAP-X also utilizes a modern linear accelerator to eliminate legacy use of Cobalt-60. Learn more at ZAP Surgical and follow us on LinkedIn.

How the BIO International Convention allows the United Kingdom to show it's open for business

The annual BIO International conference is large. Very large, with around 20,000 leaders from the global biotech ecosystem in attendance. So it's no surprise that for years, the UK's Department for Business and Trade (DBT) and its partner, the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry, have hosted a UK Pavilion featuring UK innovators in the biotech industry, research and development. "BIO is a big conference; it's important for us to be there to show the UK is open for business as every country you can think of is represented,' says Karl Davison, senior business development manager at the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), one of the organizations on the UK Pavillion. The UK Pavilion isn't just open for business. It's a one-stop shop, making it as easy as possible for potential U.S. and global partners to make fruitful UK connections and gain insight across UK biotech's broad ecosystem of innovation and resources. "Our collaboration with the DBT on the UK Pavilion is central to our global engagement strategy,' says James Richards, Ph.D., NIHR's head of business development. 'It allows international companies to access a uniquely streamlined experience: in a single, highly productive meeting, they can speak to UK experts on regulation, life sciences policy, how to set up a commercial base in the UK — and with the NIHR about our world-class research infrastructure. Together, we can provide a comprehensive introduction to the UK's life sciences ecosystem." Making connections Since 2015, 39 export partnerships, totalling nearly $300 million, have resulted from DBT support at the yearly BIO Conference. So, companies like hVIVO, a full-service Contract Research Organization and a global leader in human challenge trials, will be returning to the UK Pavilion with DBT, as will Merxin Ltd, a UK biotech research company specializing in dry powder and soft mist inhalers. "We had an extraordinary run last year at BIO International in San Diego," says Philippe Rogueda, chief business officer and chief operating officer at Merxin Ltd. "BIO is one of the most exciting events for new molecule therapies investment in North America, probably in the world. We met about 250 people and had 40 arranged meetings with a range of companies, which were in different stages of clinical development, as well as investors. Being part of the UK Pavilion with the UK Department of Business and Trade is great; there is a real benefit to having a physical presence at BIO." William Ward, business development manager at Merxin Ltd, adds: "You get the chance to meet some of these really innovative, emerging biotechs as well as big pharmas at BIO, and the risk appetite is there. Last year, we had several conversations with companies who maybe hadn't considered inhalation as their typical route of administration but were very keen to understand how they could utilize Merxin's devices to advance their therapies. That type of mindset and innovation is where some great partnerships can be formed." The benefits go both ways. "The ability to have face-to-face conversations makes for an impactful conference,' says Davison. 'Sometimes companies don't realize how much we can do to support them and, if we can provide them with a golden nugget of information, it makes the UK a stronger prospect for their next clinical trial." The UK-U.S. partnership: Greater together With its world-leading research institutions, innovative biotech companies, and commitment to science and technology advancement, the UK has a strong offer, including: The UK tech sector is one of only three nations valued at over $1 trillion, making it the third largest tech ecosystem in the world behind only the U.S. and China In 2023, UK startups raised the most venture capital in Europe The UK is home to four of the top 10 global universities for life sciences and medicine and leverages the expertise of the National Health Service (NHS), which offers an unmatched wealth of health data for innovative research The UK ranks third globally for elite artificial intelligence (AI) talent, number of AI startups, inward investment into AI and government readiness for AI adoption — with a sector valued at $92 billion. As global leaders in science and technology, the U.S. and UK make natural partners in R&D. In fact, more than 10% of U.S. foreign R&D investment goes into the UK, the largest share of any country where U.S. businesses invest in research and innovation. And following the landmark economic deal between the U.S. and UK earlier this year, the UK is working toward building a broad and deep a UK-U.S. science and technology partnership through which these science-rich nations will collaborate in biotech and life sciences, as well as quantum computing, nuclear fusion, and aerospace. If you're a U.S. investor or company that would like to learn more about how partnering with UK biotech can grow your business, stop by the UK Pavilion at BIO (Hall A, stand 765), or contact a DBT sector specialist near you who can connect you with UK suppliers and investment opportunities. Email us to learn more. The UK's Department for Business and Trade is an economic growth department. We ensure fair, competitive markets at home, secure access to new markets abroad, and support businesses to invest, export, and grow. Our priorities are the Industrial Strategy, Make Work Pay, the Trade Strategy and the Plan for Small Business.
