Southampton Summer Sessions 2025: Full line-up and timings

Over the course of three weeks, from today to Sunday, June 29, performances will take place on an outdoor stage in the square.
The outdoor music festival only launched last year and saw the likes of Tom Jones, Madness, Kaiser Chiefs, and Paloma Faith take to the stage.
Some of the names involved for 2025 include Rag'n'Bone Man, McFly, Craig David and Simple Minds.

Friday, June 13 - Rag'n'Bone Man with Elles Bailey and Kerr Mercer
Saturday, June 14 - The Stranglers with Buzzcocks
Sunday, June 15 - UB40 featuring Ali Campbell with Bitty McLean and Reggae Roast featuring Mr Williamz
Saturday, June 21 - Craig David presents TS5 with Patrick Nazemi
Sunday, June 22 - McFly with Twin Atlantic and Devon
Thursday, June 26 - The Human League with Thompson Twins' Tom Bailey and Blancmange
Friday, June 27 - Ocean Colour Scene with Cast and Echobelly
Saturday, June 28 - Train with Matt Hansen
Sunday, June 29 - Simple Minds with China Crisis
On the Southampton Summer Sessions website, it states that general admission will open at 6pm on all the nights when performances are taking place.
They recommend arriving early to "soak up the atmosphere" and state that show times are always subject to change.
The performances should finish up at around 10.30pm every night.

What is the food and drink policy at Southampton Summer Sessions 2025?
Guests will not be able to bring their own food and drink into Guildhall Square, but there will be several stalls in the square selling different cuisines.

According to the Summer Sessions website, there are a few exceptions to the above rule:
1 x sealed water bottle is permitted per person, max 500ml
1 x empty reusable water bottle is permitted
If you have a medical condition, then a doctor's note will permit diet-specific food and drink only
There will also be free water refill stations for people to make use of, and it should be noted that the venue will be cashless.

The transport service took to X today to share a message with those attending Bellahouston Summer Sessions tomorrow for the Punk All Dayer. The event will be headlined by the Sex Pistols featuring Frank Carter and will see sets from the likes of The Stranglers, The Undertones, Buzzcocks, Skids and The Rezillos.
