In a viral clip from an old interview, Aishwarya was asked that no woman is really happy with her looks, so is she completely happy with the way she looks? The actress smiled wide and responded, "It's such a trick questions because if you say yes, you're presumptuous, you're a narcissist and I'm not a narcissist." The day Salman Khan demonstrated a scene to Shah Rukh Khan for Devdas

During the filming of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Devdas,' amidst strained personal dynamics between Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai, Salman visited the set and unexpectedly demonstrated a romantic scene to Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya. This impromptu act became the last time Salman and Aishwarya shared a film set, marking a poignant moment in Bollywood history before their relationship ended. For over three decades, Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan have reigned as two of Bollywood's biggest superstars, individually delivering some of Indian cinema's most iconic blockbusters. The two of them were recently spotted attending the premiere of Aamir Khan 's latest film Sitaare Zameen Par. Fans have celebrated their camaraderie and occasional clashes over the years, there's a lesser-known anecdote from the early 2000s that offers a glimpse into a unique moment they shared — and it happened on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali 's magnum opus Devdas. At the time, Devdas was one of the most ambitious projects being made in Bollywood, with a dream cast featuring Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai , and Madhuri Dixit . Behind the scenes, however, personal dynamics were as intense as the film's dramatic storyline. It's a well-documented fact that Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai were in a relationship after starring together in Bhansali's Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. But by the time Devdas went into production, their relationship was strained and reportedly nearing its end. Despite the tensions, Salman would often visit the Devdas sets. In her book on Shah Rukh Khan, film critic and journalist Anupama Chopra recounted a fascinating incident from those days. The scene being shot involved Shah Rukh Khan's character Devdas removing a thorn from Paro's (Aishwarya Rai) foot — a delicate, romantic moment between the lead pair. While Shah Rukh, Bhansali, and Aishwarya were executing the scene, Salman, who was present on set, volunteered to demonstrate how the scene should be performed. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Free P2,000 GCash eGift UnionBank Credit Card Apply Now Undo As the camera rolled, Salman enacted the moment with Aishwarya, capturing the tenderness and emotion Bhansali wanted. It was a brief but poignant instance where one superstar subtly directed another in front of the lens. Interestingly, this impromptu scene demonstration also marked the last time Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai ever shared space in a film setup. Their personal equation deteriorated soon after, and professionally too, they never crossed paths on screen again.

As Sujoy Ghosh's 'Jhankaar Beats' turns 22 makers reveal if a sequel is in the works?

It has been 22 years since "Jhankaar Beats" came as a breath of fresh air with its unique music and infinite charm. Sujoy Ghosh made his directorial debut with "Jhankaar Beats", which paid a huge tribute to music legend R.D. Burman, as all the leading actors of the film were aspiring musicians. 00:53 Vidya Balan agrees to be part of Sujoy Ghosh's next film Rongita Nandy from Pritish Nandy Communications talked about how the movie was ahead of its time. She shared, "22 years of Jhankaar! Which means 25 years since the day we decided to make the film! And we made an unforgettable film-how many people can say that?! I remember it was one of the first scripts we chose to produce on listing and going public. Rajeev Masand, then with the Bombay Times, said he had a friend with a mad script. Because we loved Masand, Ba and I met Sujoy and realised he was the OG mad man. We had to do this and become B-town's Madhatter Party! Then came on Vishal and Shekhar and our party had music." Revealing how they brought the cast of the film on board, Nandy added, "Every actor in the industry said no to us except Archana Puran Singh! So Sujoy and I put together the only motley crew of actors who barely agreed to work with us: Juhi, Sanjay, Rahul, Rinke, Riya, and Shayan. And Jhankaar Beats was born, with R D Burman playing his mouth organ loud. This was a film birthed in the innocence of youth and friendship, and every frame celebrated that-maybe that's why it connected with everybody who watched it and still lives on in people's hearts. " Disclosing if a 'Jhankaar Beats' sequel is in the works, she said, "Very often Ba, Sujoy, and I have toyed with doing a sequel-but we are neither that young nor that innocent-we'd cock it up for sure! There is and can only be one Jhankaar Beats and it takes a brave audience to love and remember it-so thank you-everybody who watched, everybody who loved, and everybody who remembers!" With Juhi Chawla , Sanjay Suri, Rahul Bose, Rinke Khanna, Riya Sen, and debutant Shayan Munshi in significant roles, "Jhankaar Beats" released on 20 June 2003.
