He was taken to the police station after the second incident.
Carroll — once the most expensive British Prem star — began dating Lou last year after his split from Towie star wife Billi Mucklow.
One worker at the Nikolus Tavern said of the first argument: 'We recognised him as the footballer Andy Carroll immediately.
'He seemed very drunk and furious with his partner.
'He was using very bad words. It was improper behaviour. The woman looked very upset.'
Police arrived and took the former Newcastle, Liverpool and West Ham ace to one side for a chat.
He was later allowed to return to Lou, 42.
The shocked restaurant worker said: 'Police spoke to him. He was allowed to return, and the couple left after paying for their meal. Andy was very calm when the police arrived — he stood up and spoke to them outside the restaurant.'
But just hours later, police were called again by alarmed staff after reports of damage to the couple's room at a £500-a-night boutique hotel.
Officers are said to have escorted him to a local station for questioning.

He was not arrested and it is understood no further action was taken.
A hotel worker confirmed the incident there, telling The Sun on Sunday: 'Yes, they were staying here. He broke the door.'
That night, Lou quit the hotel and stayed at celeb haven Soho Roc House private members' club.
The next day, Carroll was seen looking sombre sat at the edge of a pool at swanky SantAnna beach club, popular among Prem footballers including England aces Anthony Gordon and Curtis Jones.
One onlooker said: 'Andy wasn't drinking and was just sitting there on his own.'
A source in Mykonos said: 'After the restaurant episode, there was another incident at the hotel. This time the footballer went to the police station. We know the woman stayed somewhere else that night.'
A British holidaymaker who spotted the pair while out for a stroll said: 'We passed the couple, who were clearly having a heated argument. The man who we later realised was Andy Carroll seemed very drunk and shouting at her, 'I'm done with us!'.

'Later in the taverna, they were seated next to our table. Andy seemed very angry. She remained silent. It did feel uncomfortable to the degree that my partner even considered intervening due to his behaviour.
'The police arrived and approached their table. Andy went to speak to officers, while the woman sat with her head in her hands. She appeared to be crying.'
The onlooker, who asked not to be named, was also on the same easyJet flight home to Gatwick as the pair on June 13.
She added: 'Andy still appeared to be angrily talking. At one point, she seemed to accuse him of going off with two other women while on holiday.'
Snaps shared by Lou online show the couple on luxury jaunts in recent months. But she shared only one from Mykonos — a beach scene with neither of them in it.
However, they appear to have patched up their differences, with the latest images shared including spending time together with Lou's dad on Father's Day last Sunday.
Bearded Andy was reportedly planning to propose to Lou despite still being married to Billi, 36. The millionaire striker and wife confirmed their split last September.
Weeks later, he and Lou revealed their romance. They moved to France after he joined fourth-tier club Bordeaux.
But Carroll last week announced he was quitting the club to be closer to his children.
As well as three with Billi, he has two from a previous relationship.
A joint statement from Carroll and Lou last night said: 'Whilst having a private dinner in a restaurant on a quiet holiday in Mykonos, we had a heated discussion of the sort that most couples have had on occasion. It quickly became apparent to the police that there was no reason for them to be there.
'We went outside the restaurant with them together as they insisted they wanted to 'look after' us.
'As far as we are concerned, the situation has been blown out of all proportion by an interested member of the public. No one was arrested and no one was charged with anything. We are very happy, in love and looking forward to our future together and we are disappointed that a private disagreement has become a public matter.'
The Mykonos hotel and police on the island declined to comment when contacted last night.

Aberdeenshire wingsuit jumper remembered after tragic death
In a statement, Byrne's parents, Mike and Gillian, paid tribute to his "wild energy" and "contagious laugh.' They told BBC Scotland: "We would like to remember Liam not just for the way he left this world, but for how he lived in it. "Liam was fearless, not necessarily because he wasn't afraid but because he refused to let fear hold him back. He chased life in a way that most of us only dream of and he soared. "Skydiving and base jumping was more than just a thrill for Liam - it was freedom. It was where he felt most alive. Liam was more than just an adventurer. He was a son, brother, grandson, cousin and friend. He was a source of laughter and strength. "He inspired all of us and made life better with his bold spirit and kind heart. Though he has now flown beyond our reach, he will always be with us." Janice Lagdon called Byrne 'an amazing lad', while Anne Forrest added: 'So very sad. He was a lovely lad. Condolences to his lovely family.' Mike Smith noted: 'Absolutely heartbreaking to read this - Thoughts go to all the family and friends through this difficult time and R.I.P Liam - you most certainly lived life to the full following your dreams.' A spokesperson for the local police force said: "On Saturday June 21 2025, shortly before 12:00, three wingsuit pilots launched a jump from Gitschen at approximately 2,400 metres above sea level toward Seedorf. "One of the jumpers, a 24-year-old man from Great Britain, deviated from his intended course shortly after take-off for reasons still unknown and crashed into a rocky outcrop at approximately 2,100 metres above sea level. He suffered fatal injuries." In November, Mr Byrne featured in a BBC documentary, The Boy Who Can Fly, about his journey to becoming a champion skydiver. The documentary, screened in November last year, showed Byrne and his father, Mike, as he prepared for a wingsuit jump off Mannlichen mountain in Switzerland.

Family of man shot dead by cops asks for review of police actions
Badreddin Abdalla Adam Bosh, 28, attacked his victims at Glasgow city centre's Park Inn on June 26, 2020. A probe into his death was also told today that the police were unaware the hotel housed asylum seekers at the time. Officers had attempted to use non-lethal weapons to disarm Mr Bosh during the incident before he was shot and killed. The Sudanese national was one of hundreds of refugees moved from flats to hotels at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. This was a move that raised concerns about the mental health of often vulnerable individuals. Three asylum seekers, two hotel workers and police officer David Whyte - who had responded to the emergency call - were injured by Mr Bosh during the attack. An FAI is a public examination of the circumstances of a death in the public interest before a Sheriff, which does not apportion blame or fault. Mark Stewart KC, representing Mr Bosh's next of kin, told the hearing that an expert report from an ex-MET police superintendent has been arranged. He said: "My purpose is not to seek to put forward an alternative version of events but to be clear and thorough and review what happened. "Also, it is to see whether or not what the previous statements tell us are a correct and accurate version of the tactical options that were available and the various decisions that were taken. "Once that report is supplied, if there are any difficulties, these will be matters which will be focused. "The expert has been involved in these kinds of reviews before." Mr Stewart also confirmed that Mr Bosh was in communication with his brother, which included WhatsApp messages that have been lodged with the inquiry. Shelagh McCall KC, acting for the Scottish Police Federation, later told the hearing: "The police officers had no knowledge that the hotel housed asylum seekers at the relevant time. "The first issue is if it was intimated to Police Scotland that there was an opportunity for community policing to engage with staff and residents at the hotel. "It is my understanding that community policing can address issues before they are escalated. "It may be a matter to explore that advanced knowledge of who was housed in the hotel would provide some information to those dealing with an incident." A previous hearing had been told that there are at least 83 witnesses due to appear at the official probe, which could take place next year. A number of organisations will be represented at the inquiry, including the Scottish Ambulance Service, Glasgow City Council, the Mears Group and the Home Office. A continued preliminary hearing was fixed for September this year by Sheriff Principal Aisha Anwar. She said: "We will not be fixing a date [for the inquiry] - at the next hearing, we may be in a position to identify a date."

Video released by West Yorkshire Police shows the moment police attempt to safely capture two loose dogs discovered at the address. While trying to sedate the animals, one of the officers was injured after being bitten by a "persistently aggressive" black dog. Armed cops were then called in to shoot the out-of-control pet. Footage shows the officer firing two shots at the animal, sending another dog sprinting across the garden. It was later secured and taken to police kennels. A 29-year-old woman was arrested and a man has been charged with being in charge of a dangerously out-of-control dog as police continue to probe the daylight incident. He is set to appear at Leeds Magistrates Court on 8 July. In a statement, West Yorkshire police said: 'Police were called at 2:20pm on Saturday to a report that a child had been bitten by a dog at an address in Middle Oxford Street. "The child was taken to hospital with puncture wounds to both arms. 'There were two dogs at the property and a number of measures were taken, including sedation, in attempts to safely secure them. Sophie Lindsay, 41, told how the beast charged at her with its head down, causing injuries the same as being hit by a car at 40mph. Her right leg was shattered in several places and had to be screwed back together with metal plates, nuts and bolts.
