GB News has launched an investigation after Eamonn Holmes' wheelchair 'knocked into a young female producer', according to reports.
The television news channel is said to have received a complaint from his colleague after she was 'bruised' in the alleged incident.

The Mail On Sunday claims Eamonn's chair knocked into the producer after she told the employee pushing him that he could not return to the set.
Eamonn, 65, is said to have taken a toilet break but that the cameras for his breakfast show were rolling when he came back.
A source told the publication there were "frustrations" during the conversation between the producer and the person pushing Eamonn, but that Eamonn did not do anything wrong.
"[Eamonn] is really struggling to move around these days so, as part of the care that GB News are giving him, he will need to be wheeled to the loo if he needs to go during the programme," the source said.
"Only this time there was some confusion over whether or not he could go back to his seat as the cameras were going and the show was being aired live."
The source added: "There were frustrations over it from some involved and the next thing the woman gets hit and she got a bruise on her leg."
The Mail On Sunday reports that GB News' HR department is "looking into the incident".
The Sun has contacted Eamonn's rep and GB News for comment.
Eamonn, who announced his split with his telly star wife Ruth Langsford in 2024, has been battling a chronic health condition for four years.
The former This Morning presenter is now confined to a wheelchair due to intense back pain.
Eamonn Holmes reveals injured area after shock fall live on TV
His chronic condition began unexpectedly in 2021 and he was rushed to hospital after suffering from "pain he's never felt in his life".
Soon, Eamonn was unable to walk without a stick to help him and a spinal operation in 2022 provided little relief.
The pain was caused by a dislocated pelvis, which later resulted in Eamonn sustaining three slipped disks.
While recovering from surgery, he fell down the stairs at his home in Weybridge, Surrey, and broke his shoulder.
A further spine and neck procedure in 2023 also did little to alleviate Eamonn's pain.
Last month, Eamonn suffered another nasty injury when he fell off his chair live on his GB News breakfast show.
Ruth and Eamonn's relationship timeline
Before the shock split announcement, Ruth and Eamonn seemed like one of the strongest couples on UK TV – even with their signature bickering style.
Here's how their romance played out...
1997 - The couple first meet after being introduced by mutual friends, two years after Eamonn splits from his first wife, Gabrielle, with whom he has three children.
1997-2002 - To be respectful to Gabrielle, the couple kept their relationship out of the limelight. Ruth told Daily Mail: "I thought it spoke volumes about the sort of man he was, the sort of father he was and the integrity he had. It made me love him more, not less."
2002 - Ruth and Eamonn welcome their son, Jack, to the family.
2005 - Eamonn finalises his divorce with Gabrielle.
2006 - The pair begin to host Friday episodes of This Morning together.
2010 - Eamonn proposes to Ruth while at the Cheltenham Races, after asking Ruth's mother for her hand.
June 2010 - Eamonn and Ruth marry at Elvetham Hall, Hampshire.
2016 - Eamonn undergoes a double hip replacement in the first of many health battles.
June 2019 - On This Morning, Ruth and Eamonn say the secret to their happy marriage. Eamonn credits "compromise, consideration and lots of conjugal," while Ruth said it was "laughter and an equal marriage".
November 2020 - Ruth and Eamonn are replaced on their regular Friday slot by Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary in a 'show shake-up'.
December 202 1 - After a year of being moved to the bank holiday presenting slot, both Eamonn and Ruth left This Morning.
January 2022 - Eamonn debuted on GB News, while Ruth stayed with ITV in her long-standing role on Loose Women.
September 2022 - Eamonn undergoes spinal surgery after years of back issues including a trapped sciatic nerve.
November 2022 - Eamonn falls down the stairs of his Surrey home with Ruth and breaks his shoulder, requiring a new operation.
September 2023 - Eamonn has a spine and neck stretching procedure as part of his year-long recovery.
May 2024 - Ruth and Eamonn announce they have split after 14 years of marriage and a 27-year relationship.
September 2024 - Eamonn was spotted on a luxury holiday in Barcelona with his new girlfriend Katie Alexander. Ruth calls in a 'fierce' divorce lawyer.
The presenter ended up on his back on set and it came just two weeks after he was rushed to hospital in another fall.
Incredibly, Eamonn - who is now in a relationship with marriage counsellor Katie Alexander - managed to carry on with the rest of the programme and was described as a "trooper" by his concerned colleagues.
At the end of the show, he told viewers: "The chair gave way and I was lying flat on my back with my head hanging off the set.
"The first hour or so I was OK because the adrenaline kicked in, but then as the morning went on I felt the aches and pains.
"The worst thing is that two weeks ago I was hospitalised for a similar fall in the same area, back of my neck, head and shoulders and that's all come back."
He added: "We're going to have to replace the chairs because I'm not the only one to have fallen."
Eamonn has since vowed to "redouble his efforts" to walk again in a heartbreaking social media post.

What happened to EastEnders' 'Italian stallion' Marc Bannerman: Noughties lothario was axed from soap over co-star romance, then battled with booze before falling for Cerys Matthews on I'm A Celeb - while his girlfriend watched in horror

He was the 'Italian stallion' of Albert Square, who was so popular with female viewers that he once donated a sackful of knickers sent to him by lustful female viewers to Oxfam. From 1998 to 2000, Marc Bannerman stole the show in EastEnders as Gianni di Marco, after landing the role by fibbing to producers that he was half Italian, despite being born in Dublin. It was a rapid rise to fame that came crashing down equally quickly when his character was axed, and he descended into depression, piled on weight and turned to the bottle while struggling to cope. He later claimed that the BBC got rid of him because he was in a real-life romance with on-screen girlfriend Nadia Sawalha, and it was dimming his appeal for female fans. But whatever the truth of the matter, it was far from the last time that his romantic liaisons caused a headache. After being briefly linked with actress Suranne Jones in 2005, he found happiness with his Footballer's Wives: Extra Time co-star Sarah Matravers and the pair were said to be discussing starting a family together when he joined the 2007 series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! Imagine, then, Sarah's disbelief as he struck up a flirtation with campmate Cerys Matthews, from the Welsh band Catatonia, who had recently ditched her American music producer husband Seth Riddle after four years of marriage. Viewer watched the pair gaze into each other's eyes over the camp fire, having meaningful conversations. They also often cosied up together in the hammock, and fellow campmate John Burton Race even claimed that the pair were intimate under the stars and that producers decided to not air the footage. He told MailOnline: 'There were times when the pair disappeared off together. I have to say that. 'I know what I know. You can guess the rest. We are all grown men and women and know what the game is.' He said: 'There are things the viewers wouldn't have seen or heard in there. Relationships are formed.' Marc confessed he behaved like a 'rat' after breaking Sarah's heart. On the I'm A Celebrity... Coming Out Show he admitted: 'I just developed feelings for someone in there and I've got a Mrs at home, I'm a rat. I can't look for a scapegoat. The buck stops here.' However, he insisted nothing untoward had happened, despite their 'deep' connection. Nothing's going on [with Cerys], we got on fantastically. We bonded quickly. She's a fantastic girl,' he said. 'It's a difficult thing [being in the jungle]. It's a strange scenario.' 'I'm terrified. I'm gonna have to apologise. I've embarrassed her [Sarah] and I've embarrassed myself.' He was then told by Declan Donnelly that Sarah had flown out to Australia to meet him, but had changed her mind after witnessing his antics and was already back in London. While watching footage of himself and Cerys in the jungle, he said: 'I feel sick. I feel for Sarah watching that. I feel really stupid. 'There wasn't any sort of relationship between us in any kind of way. Anyway I can see why Sarah went home.' Visibly shaken, he then called Sarah on his mobile phone. The first words he said before the camera cut away were: 'I'm so sorry babe.' He also wrote an oddly formal letter to Cerys, saying: 'There are many problems in London and I've had to go back to try and sort them out - but I may well return to greet you when you come out, if that is your wish. Marc.' Bannerman flew back to Britain to confront his domestic crisis, but his apology to Sarah ultimately fell on deaf ears. Not only was there no hope of repairing the relationship, she also said there had been explosive rows during their two-year relationship. The father-of-two said that he 'doesn't know what he was doing' with his life before his children were born She revealed that she once reportedly had to stick her hand through a window pane to stop a drink-fuelled fight between them. She told The Sunday Mirror: 'I was very, very scared. I remember thinking, "he's a bloke, he shouldn't be doing this to me".' Sarah then explained how she their fighting, saying: 'I put my arm through the window in pure desperation. It was all I could think of doing. Yes, I've got a scar on my arm from it, but it worked. It stopped. Who knows where it could have gone - we could have unintentionally inflicted really very serious harm on each other.' Speaking about his romance with Cerys, she added: 'I don't care what happens with them now. He's dumped, it's all over and if he thinks he can come back grovelling he can think again. 'It honestly feels like my partner has died... and people don't come back from the dead.' She also claimed that she'd uncovered him cheating with a barmaid in the wake of his jungle tryst. 'Marc lied and cheated and if there's one barmaid, there's got to be more. I find it absolutely disgusting,' she said. Elsewhere in an interview with Closer magazine, Sarah said: 'This is a man she's only known for a week, a man who she knew had a girlfriend. It's either incredibly cold-hearted or incredibly screwed up. They deserve each other and I hope they rot in hell.' 'Thank God I'm not carrying his child. If they do go out, he's bound to cheat again.' Marc went on to have an on-off romance with Cerys, which finally came to an end the following year in 2008. She dumped him just before Valentine's day because, it was said, he could not cope with her responsibilities as a mother. Marc was also reportedly unimpressed with Cerys' wardrobe, commenting on several occasions that she should change outfits. Cerys told the News of The World at the time: 'I remember him saying 'Have you got any other jumpers?' I think he was surprised that I lived so simply, hate shopping and don't have a fancy wardrobe.' Cerys, who had two children at the time, also spoke of the complications being a single mother added to their relationship, explaining he was unable to cope with the kids when she took them to London to stay with him. 'It was a disaster. We all caught a cold and Glenys Pearl was screaming with a fever. We were switching beds all night and I remember Marc saying, 'This could be the rest of my life.' And he looked scared!' Cerys is now a mother-of-three and has been married to former Decay singer Steve Abbott since 2011. Since dating Cerys, Marc has continued to act, although EastEnders remains his most famous role. Last year, he appeared in the action thriller Fyre Rises, and he also had a small part in an episode of the hit Netflix series The Witcher in 2023. He also had a role in the TV series Snatch, a spin-off of the Guy Ritchie film. Marc has kept his personal life out of the spotlight however, during a rare appearance on Channel 4 in 2022, he spoke about his two children, Grace and Leo. Speaking on Steph McGovern's show, Packed Lunch, he said: 'I don't know what I was doing before I was a dad.' Marc was axed from EastEnders 25 years ago, after playing 'Italian stallion' Gianni Di Marco for three years. He explained that he had become depressed after the axe fell on the Di Marcos in EastEnders. He told the Mirror: 'I suffered depression and turned to the bottle to get me out of it.' He added: 'The whole thing was such a shock. It upset me so much that it's only now I feel able to talk about what it did to me. 'I remember feeling very bitter, especially at the way they got rid of us. There was no warning - we were just out. 'I have learnt to cope, but it hasn't been easy. I've not kept in touch with the other Di Marco actors because our departure was so traumatic. When I first found myself out of the show I didn't realise at the time but I started eating all the wrong things and I was boozing far too much.'

People left surprised after cruise ship worker shares payslip

A Royal Caribbean cruise ship worker has revealed how much he takes home as a casino host on board the brand's liners. Brit Chris Wong has worked at sea for the company since 2013, regularly posting content online about his life on the ocean waves. This week he announced his current contract will be his last, as he sails into new waters in 'the next phase of my life'. However, A recent YouTube post saw the entertainment employee sharing the sums of his most recent pay slip. With 114,000 followers on YouTube, he describes himself as probably the most followed casino host on land or sea - and explained that previous insights into his salary had been amongst his most popular content ever. Around 2 minutes 40 seconds into the 17-minute-long clip, Wong bravely goes where many employees might not - he shares his payslip on screen for all to see. The white and blue financial document clearly carries Royal Caribbean's branding, although Wong has covered up confidential details such as his employee number and address. The one piece of information most people want to see though hasn't been scratched out; how much he brings home for a month's work. Receiving two pay slips, one for salaried pay, the other for additions such as tips, Wong revealed he earned $4,340.30 (£3,222.93) in a month this year Wong explains in the clip, entitled 'How Much Money I Currently Earn Working On A Cruise Ship in 2025': 'The only thing I haven't scribbled out is the bottom, which is my net pay and this is exactly how much money I was paid for that two week period.' Showing two two-week pay slips, the first sum is $2,890.21 (£2,145.52), while the second, based solely on additional earnings such as tips and commission, is $1,450.09 (£1076.50). The grand total for his work in January this year comes to $4,340.30 (£3,222.93). He explains that he's on 'fantastic money', saying: 'For me to earn something like that in the UK, it's actually quite difficult at this point in time, with the way inflation is and everything'. He adds that earning that sum without having to pay for rent, with only minimal bills for his phone and internet use, and no large outgoings such as a house or a car, means he's very happy with his salary. Those tuning into the video admitted they were impressed by Wong's earnings and his job, saying: 'Congrats! So happy to see you doing well!!!! Don't listen to the naysayers, make as much $ as you can and save, save, save!' Another added: 'As long as you like/love what you do and feel your compensation is fair, stick with it as long as that remains true.' This week, Chris revealed that he was handing over the casino host baton to a colleague after deciding to leave Royal Caribbean. 'On a Royal Caribbean Blog discussion forum, he posted: 'I have officially announced and decided that this will be my last ever contract as a crew member for Royal Caribbean. After a long career with this company, it is now time to move on to the next phase of my life. I am excited and nervous for what is to come.' Last month, another cruise crew member lifted the lid on what it's like to work as a member of guest services - and who the happiest employees are on a ship. Posting on Reddit, the employee revealed that their biggest pet peeve is when holidaymakers 'demand' to speak to the manager'. 'Most of these people I would be happy not to have to deal with, however what they fail to realise is that I might get in trouble if I immediately call a supervisor without trying to resolve the issue by myself first,' they explained. 'If seeing the manager is warranted, I promise you won't have to say it.' And luckily it's really pretty easy to keep cruise crew happy, according to the staff member. They said: 'Be nice. That's literally it. We deal with all sorts of entitled complainers. 'Now some, if not most, complaints are perfectly valid but if you're not an a**hole about it, we'll do everything we can. And we will appreciate you being nice to us.' But if you are looking to hit the high seas as a crew member, there's one job that's the most desirable position onboard, according to the cruise worker. They revealed that entertainers are 'by far' the happiest members of staff onboard the ship. The crew member said: 'They have the most time off and are very well paid.'

NHS worker reveals the most bizarre thing she's ever seen in A&E

A hospital worker has revealed the 'craziest' case she ever witnessed while working in A&E. British-Sudanese comic Ola Labib, who previously worked as a pharmacist in the NHS for seven years, said the emergency room can be 'absolute chaos'. Speaking with Russell Kane on his podcast Evil Genius, Labib shared numerous 'bizarre' and 'crazy' stories from her time in the healthcare service. She said that the chaotic nature of A&E tends to ramp up around Christmas time - and this is when workers are most likely to see cases that are out of the ordinary. She also told an eye-watering anecdote about a man who had a terrible incident with a glass bottle - then lied to his parents about having cancer to cover his tracks. The pharmacist said the man had a glass beer bottle 'shatter' in his rectum when he inserted it for self-pleasure. 'The first one that comes to mind is the patient who stuck a beer bottle up his bum,' she answered when asked about the wildest things she's seen on the job. She then revealed the man hadn't come in because of the bottle itself but because it had smashed while still inside, much to the shock of the podcast host and fellow guests. 'He pleasured himself and he underestimated the power of his rectum so when he finished the beer bottle shattered,' Labib explained. 'It was really bad because when his parents came in, he didn't want them to know that that's what he did so we couldn't get involved but he told his parents that he had cancer.' Another 'crazy' case was when she saw a woman coming into A&E to get her hair extensions removed because she couldn't get an appointment at her hairdresser during the busy festive period. Labib said the woman lied about the extensions causing her pain and was shocked to see medical professionals have their time taken up by removing her weave. 'The craziest thing I saw was a woman who couldn't get an appointment to get her hair extensions taken out so she came into A&E pretending that her hair extensions were causing her real pain,' she recalled. She said the consultant suggested shaving the patient's head but staff were unable to do so for 'ethical reasons'. 'You literally had health care assistants and nurses taking out this woman's weave because she couldn't get an appointment,' Labib said. 'You see really, really crazy stuff in A& a good thing I'm not in charge, put it that way.' Medical workers are exposed to an endless source of shocking, hilarious, haunting, or bizarre stories in their line of work and many have chosen to share their experiences. Palliative care nurse Julie McFadden - who's known as Hospice Nurse Julie across social media - previously revealed the three most common regrets patients share on their death beds. Speaking to NHS surgeon Dr Karan Rajan on his podcast, she said these final discussions tend to centre around what they've taken for granted. Most common, she said, is regretting not appreciating the years they spent in good health. 'The first one I hear all the time is that they regret not appreciating their health while they had it,' McFadden, who has more than 15 years' experience of caring for the dying and is from Los Angeles. 'That's the number one thing people say to me, I wish I would have understood how amazing it is to have a working body,' she added. The second regret she often hears is people admitting they 'worked too much' and wish they hadn't worked their life away. Finally, she revealed in the clip shared to Instagram, that many dying patients have regrets about relationships. The nurse explained people either wish they had maintained certain relationships and friendships, or regret holding grudges. Many patients also reveal they 'cared too much' about what other people thought. Rajan responded to McFadden's insight with a story of a young patient that made him realise we are not 'immortal' and we should not take our life 'for granted'. In the clip shared with his 1.5million followers he said: 'A few years ago when I saw a young woman come in with pancreatitis in her 20s, within three hours this young woman is in the intensive care unit, she's intubated, ventilated, and the next day, she had passed away. 'That just made me think wow, I'm in my 30s now, I'm 34, life can just go in a flash. 'So yes, truly don't take it for granted, we sometimes have this tendency to walk around like we're immortal.'
