On his trip to India, Jackson has already managed to spend time with Hrithik Roshan and his family in the actor's house and has also managed to meet up with actor Adarsh Gourav, well known for his role in 'Superboys of Malegaon'.
In an interview with Pinkvilla, the sensational singer opened up about his new music and upcoming album 'MAGIC MAN 2' and how he has been feeling while travelling and performing in India.
He also shared how he and Diljit created their collaborative project as well, leaving everyone shocked.
How did 'BUCK' happen?
Jackson Wang shared more on how he and Diljit Dosanjh came to know of one another. The two had first met back in 2023 when they performed at the Coachella festival that year. The two had bumped into each other backstage and had hung out together.
At the time, Dosanjh and Wang had conspired to come up with a collaborative project that originally ended up getting lost in the time zone amid busy and demanding schedules.
'BUCK' came to be after Wang took a chance and just randomly DM'ed Diljit out of the blue. He bluntly put out the question of whether Dosanjh would want to feature on his album, and lo and behold, 'BUCK' was born.
On working as a solo artist and his reunion with GOT7
Jackson Wang started in the industry as part of the K-pop boy group GOT7. While all of the members have mainly been focusing on their solo careers, they all got together to perform recently this year in Thailand. While talking about the reunion, the idol shared that 'It's like going back to a label. I feel so happy. I don't need to care about anything; I had my own opinion [on songs and other aspects], but it's not about me; it's about us!'
He continued sharing that '[When I'm performing with GOT7] I just need to focus on practising hard and focus on being able to do my job in the most efficient way possible.'
