Key Premiership dates for Hibs fans in anniversary season
David Gray's men will begin their William Hill Premiership campaign away at Dens Park on Sunday 3 August, 2025 – kicking off at 3pm. The match will be played on the Sunday, rather than the traditional Saturday, due to Hibs playing in Europe that week.
Hibs will host Kilmarnock in their first home league game of the season, with the home fixture pencilled in for Saturday 9 August; 3pm kick-off.
This game will be moved to the Sunday due to Hibs competing in European competition. This match will also be the Club's first game at Easter Road after turning 150!
The final match before Christmas Day sees the Hibs travel to Tannadice Park on Saturday 20 December.
There is no match on Boxing Day this season, though Hibs will host Hearts at Easter Road on Saturday 27 December. The 12.30pm kick-off will be broadcast live on Sky Sports!
Hibs face Aberdeen in their final match of 2025 at Easter Road on Tuesday 30 December; 7.45pm kick-off.
Hibs kick-off 2026 with a trip to Rugby Park to take on Kilmarnock. The 3pm kick-off will take place on Saturday 3 January, 2026.
Their final five before heading into the post-split fixtures sees Hibs take on Dundee away, Livingston at home, Motherwell away, Kilmarnock at home, and Aberdeen away.
The final pre-split fixture, versus the Dons at Pittodrie, will be held on Saturday 11 April, 2026.
The first Edinburgh Derby meeting of the league season will take place at Tynecastle on Saturday 4 October; 3pm kick-off.
As mentioned above, Hibs will host Hearts at Easter Road on Saturday 27 December.
The third encounter will be a midweek match-up in Gorgie, with Hibs travelling to Tynecastle for a second time on Wednesday 11 February; 7.45pm kick-off.
Hibs have five midweek pre-split matches scheduled; with three matches at home and two fixtures away.
Hibs host Rangers (Wednesday 29 October), travel to Livingston (Wednesday 3 December), host Aberdeen (Tuesday 30 December), host Dundee United (Wednesday 4 February) and travel to Hearts (Wednesday 11 February).

But the 55-year-old knew the player was underutilised at Old Trafford. Conte was more than happy to take advantage of the opportunity. "Scott is a player whom I knew really well. He was born and raised at Manchester United," Conte told Sky Sport Italia. "I could see that he always made an impact when he played, but at the same time, I noticed he wasn't used as a key player at Manchester United. "He was hardly a starter. Honestly, we had talked about it with [Napoli director] Giovanni Manna. He told me it was a possible solution. "Sometimes, directors make up stories also to keep you calm. If you ask me: 'Have you ever thought McTominay would surely arrive?' I'd say no. "Don't forget we were heading into a season without European trophies to play for, so he had to leave Manchester United to start over with us." Conte was left with a single frustration, McTominay's signing happened too close to the end of the window. 'A bit late, but he arrived and I was very happy because Manna was good at signing him,' Conte said. 'We had discussed McTominay, but I didn't think he would really join us.' Charles shares affectionate moment with Duchess of York as race win hopes dashed
Charles kissed Sarah's hand when the pair met in the famous racecourse's parade ring, as the duchess' daughter Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank watched. The King has known Sarah for decades but she appeared out of the royal fold until invited to spend Christmas Day with the King and Queen at Sandringham in 2023. Among the famous racegoers was Harry Potter author JK Rowling who was spotted in a box at the grounds with her husband Neil Murray, former defence secretary Ben Wallace and the King's niece Zara Tindall. On the track the King and Queen's racing pot of gold failed to materialise when their horse Purple Rainbow was well beaten in the aptly named Sandringham Stakes. The royal couple watched the fast-paced race from the royal box and were glued to monitors, with the King animated in the closing stages of the mile-long sprint. He bobbed on the spot as if willing on his jockey Warren Fentiman but Purple Rainbow, who was not fancied by the bookies, did not challenge the front runners. The couple looked up in the closing stages to watch the race as it came past the stands but Never Let Go crossed the line first and the King and his wife were left opened-mouthed. The touching greeting between the King and his former sister-in-law, who still remains close to ex-husband the Duke of York, may be in part due to their cancer journeys. The head of state is receiving ongoing cancer care while Sarah has spoken publicly about her own treatment for skin and breast cancer, undergoing a mastectomy. At the start of the day racegoers were given a respite from this week's sweltering conditions but the hazy cloud over the Berkshire racecourse burned away by late afternoon pushing up temperatures.
