Lainey Wilson took home the top honor at the 60th annual Academy of Country Music Awards Thursday.
The "Whirlwind" singer-songwriter picked up four ACM wins overall and was named Entertainer of the Year again.
In her acceptance speech, the 32-year-old admitted to feeling "imposter syndrome" but also shared a new perspective on it.
"I'm sure everybody deals with a little bit of imposter syndrome but I won't lie to you. I have a little bit. But I read something not long ago that just said, 'If something is given to you, then you need to accept it with an open heart and an open mind,'" she said. "And I just appreciate it."

Wilson also said she had "the best fans in the world" and added that she wanted to be a performer since she was young.
"I dreamed about entertaining. I love making people feel things. I love making people laugh and smile and cry," said Wilson. "Because I love to feel things. Everybody loves to feel things and country music has given me more than I deserve and I appreciate everybody in this room."
Another winner at this year's ACMs was Alan Jackson, who delivered an emotional performance of his 2003 greatest hit "Remember When," nearly four years after he revealed back in 2021 that he had been diagnosed with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease or CMT, a genetic condition that affects sensory and motor nerves and can cause neuropathy or nerve damage that leads to symptoms such as pain, weakness, sensory or motor problems, according to the National Institutes of Health.

Jackson was also honored with inaugural ACM Alan Jackson Lifetime Achievement Award, named after him and given in recognition for his "outstanding achievements and enduring legacy in country music."
"It's quite an honor. A few years ago, one of my fans named their dog after me and I thought that was something but then, this is just really, amazing," Jackson said in his acceptance speech.
"I came to Nashville with a paper sack full of songs and a crazy dream. And, all these years later, I'm standing here, receiving such an honor like this, it's just mind-blowing," he added.

Rebel Wilson, Anna Camp reveal wedding fiascos: 'Almost ruined' the day

Rebel Wilson, Anna Camp reveal wedding fiascos: 'Almost ruined' the day Before saying 'I do' to their new action comedy 'Bride Hard,' 'Pitch Perfect' stars Anna Camp and Rebel Wilson witnessed plenty of wedding day drama in real life. When Camp married 'Pitch' actor Skylar Astin in 2016, the bride's friend accidentally struck Camp's "Pitch Perfect" costar Elizabeth Banks in the face while busting a move at the reception. 'Elizabeth Banks froze, and then (Banks) just kept dancing, and I saw the entire thing,' Camp, 42, shares, laughing uncontrollably. 'The marriage didn't last, but that moment will never leave my head.' (Camp and Astin divorced in 2019.) Join our Watch Party! 'It almost ruined the whole wedding … everyone had to be evacuated.' The gas needed to be turned off in the building, Wilson says, which meant they couldn't prepare the food. 'It was kind of a disaster, which I blame myself for.' 'Bride Hard' trailer: Watch Rebel Wilson, Anna Camp in action "Bride Hard" reunites "Pitch Perfect" costars Rebel Wilson and Anna Camp for a wedding-themed action comedy. In 'Bride Hard' (in theaters now), Wilson's character Sam also creates a bit of tension for her bestie, Betsy (Camp), ahead of her big day. Sam is a secret agent and keeps her occupation hidden from Betsy. Unfortunately, Sam's missions keep her from fulfilling her maid of honor duties, so Betsy replaces Sam with her soon-to-be sister-in-law (Anna Chlumsky). Sam still attends the fête and relies on her skills to save the day when the wedding is hijacked by mercenaries. Justin Hartley and Da'Vine Joy also star. Wilson says she brought some martial arts experience to the role and trained for five weeks. 'It was really fun to do the action scenes, until the day when I got hit in the face by a gun and my nose got slashed open,' she says. 'That day was terrible, but the rest were pretty good.' Camp felt a rush riding in a hovercraft with Wilson. 'We get ejected up into the air and we got to shoot that,' Camp says. 'We were really in harnesses, and they yanked us up through the air on a soundstage.' Both Camp and Wilson believe their acting skills would help them be terrific spies. 'I can pretend that I don't really know what's going on, but really, I've like not missed a single thing in the entire room,' Camp says. 'I can clock literally everything, and I have a really good memory, and I feel like I can maybe charm people into telling me important information.' The Australian Intelligence Corps offered Wilson a scholarship, the actress says. 'So they obviously saw something in me. I could have been recruited,' Wilson says with a laugh. 'I could have been good.' She once was integral in bringing down a criminal, she says. 'They tried to hack my phone, and then I gave the information to the FBI, therefore I'm an FBI informant,' says Wilson, referencing the celebrity phone hacking incident of 2014. Edward J. Majerczyk received a nine-month sentence for the invasion of privacy. 'The piece of the information that I gave was the piece that actually cracked it down,' Wilson says. 'I love the FBI. I love the CIA. Don't ever deport me, guys.'

Eric Dane steps out for 1st red carpet since announcing ALS diagnosis

Eric Dane made his first red carpet appearance since he announced his ALS diagnosis in April. The actor stepped out for the premiere of the series, "Countdown," in Los Angeles on Wednesday. In attendance were his "Countdown" co-stars Jensen Ackles, Jessica Camacho, Violett Beane, Elliot Knight and Uli Latukefu. Dane was all smiles as he posed for photos with Janell Shirtcliff. "I feel good," Dane told Variety in an interview at the event. "It's nice to be here with everybody and see the hours and hours of work that we put into this come alive on screen." Earlier this week, the former "Grey's Anatomy" star opened up about his diagnosis with ABC News' Diane Sawyer. ALS, which is short for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, is a degenerative neurological disorder that eventually leads to paralysis, taking away a person's ability to move, speak, swallow or even breathe, according to the National Institutes of Health. There is currently no cure for ALS. Despite already losing the use of his right arm and fears he has about what ALS symptoms he may experience next, the actor told E! News in an interview this week that he plans ot keep working "'til the wheels fall off." "It keeps me sharp. It keeps me moving forward, which is super important right now," he said. "I feel great when I'm at work," he added. "Of course, there have been some sort of setbacks, but I feel pretty good. My spirit is always pretty buoyant, so at the end of the day, that's all that matters. Eric Dane says he has lost use of his right arm amid ALS battle Dane's new series follows LAPD detective Mark Meachum (Ackles), who is recruited to a secret task force with other undercover agents to investigate the murder of an officer with the Department of Homeland Security, according to a synopsis in a press release. The synopsis continues, "But the hunt for the killer soon uncovers a plot far more sinister than anyone could have imagined, kicking off a race against time to save a city of millions."
