Pavel Durov has 106 children — and he intends on leaving his massive fortune to all of them.
The 40-year-old founder and CEO of Telegram — who has an estimated $17.1 billion fortune, according to Forbes — admitted that all 106 of his kids are set to inherit an equal chunk of his wealth in an interview with Le Point published on Thursday, June 19.
'I want to specify that I make no difference between my children: There are those who were conceived naturally and those who come from my sperm donations,' Durov told the French outlet, before he explained, 'They are all my children and will all have the same rights. I don't want them to tear each other apart after my death.'
The Russian native is the 'official father' of six children whom he shares with three different partners. The other 100 biological children from 12 different countries are a result of Durov's multiple sperm bank donations over the past 15 years. He has previously stated that he plans to "open-source [his] DNA so that [his] biological children can find each other more easily."

According to Durov's interview, his children will not have access to their piece of the pie until '30 years' after the day following his conversation with Le Point. 'I want them to live like normal people, to build themselves up alone, to learn to trust themselves, to be able to create, not to be dependent on a bank account,' the proud father-of-106 told the publication.
Durov most recently made headlines after he was arrested in France in August 2024. He was charged with enabling a number of crimes to take place on his messaging platform. The tech billionaire was set free four days after his arrest. He paid a deposit of €5 million (around $5.7 million) and was instructed not to leave the country. According to The New York Times, if convicted, the CEO faces up to 10 years in prison.

RELX PLC (RELX): A Bull Case Theory

We came across a bullish thesis on RELX PLC (RELX) on FluentInQuality's Substack. In this article, we will summarize the bulls' thesis on RELX. RELX PLC (RELX)'s share was trading at $52.97 as of 10th June. RELX 's trailing and forward P/E were 38.02 and 29.94 respectively according to Yahoo Finance. A data analyst using cutting-edge analytics to accurately interpret complex sets of data. RELX Plc (REL) has quietly transformed itself from a traditional publishing house into an indispensable data and analytics powerhouse embedded in the workflows of scientists, lawyers, regulators, and financial professionals. Its crown jewels—Elsevier, LexisNexis, ICIS, and FlightGlobal—don't chase headlines; they provide deeply validated, mission-critical information that professionals rely on daily. RELX doesn't sell news or trend-driven content—it sells trust, insight, and operational confidence. Whether diagnosing a rare disease or modeling global trade flows, its tools are often the first—and only—stop for users. This embedded relevance creates a business model with powerful economics: subscription-based revenue, high renewal rates, low marginal costs, and 30 %+ operating margins. Once inside an institution, RELX is rarely replaced. Behind its steady exterior, RELX is a stealth acquirer, layering AI, predictive analytics, and risk-scoring capabilities through targeted tuck-ins and bolt-ons that enrich its data ecosystems. These acquisitions are rarely flashy but sharply focused, reinforcing pricing power and customer retention across its segments. Each division amplifies the others—legal workflows benefit from real-time risk data, compliance platforms pull from dynamic regulatory feeds, and scientific research is elevated through AI-driven insights. The result isn't a fragmented portfolio but a deeply integrated web of solutions that are difficult to replicate or displace. With mid-single-digit organic growth, high-margin reinvestment, and an unyielding grip on high-stakes workflows, RELX stands out as a quiet compounder. It doesn't ride hype cycles or make splashy pivots—it wins by embedding itself where complexity, regulation, and trust converge. In a world obsessed with noise, RELX thrives on necessity. Previously, we covered a bullish thesis on SAP SE (SAP) by FluentInQuality, which framed the company as foundational infrastructure for global business, quietly evolving into a cloud-first, AI-augmented platform with remarkable customer stickiness and operational leverage. The stock price has appreciated by roughly 4% since our coverage. FluentInQuality's thesis on RELX PLC (RELX) echoes this theme of indispensable enterprise software; RELX operates behind the scenes, embedding itself deeply in mission-critical workflows across legal, scientific, and regulatory domains. Both companies are quiet compounders thriving on necessity, not novelty, with RELX paralleling SAP's durability through high-margin, subscription-based models and integrated data ecosystems that are nearly impossible to replace. RELX PLC (RELX) is not on our list of the 30 Most Popular Stocks Among Hedge Funds. As per our database, 18 hedge fund portfolios held RELX at the end of the first quarter which was 16 in the previous quarter. While we acknowledge the risk and potential of RELX as an investment, our conviction lies in the belief that some AI stocks hold greater promise for delivering higher returns and have limited downside risk. Reverse non-dom raid or I'm off to Italy, says castle-owning reality TV star

A celebrity couple moving to Italy to escape Rachel Reeves's non-dom tax raid have vowed to stay in the UK if the Chancellor reverses her plans. Ann Kaplan Mulholland, a former TV star from The Real Housewives of Toronto, and her plastic surgery tycoon husband, Stephen Mulholland, said they would cancel their planned move to Milan if the Government changed course on its proposals. 'Should Rachel Reeves reverse the non-dom tax raid we would, without question, stay in the UK,' said the Canadian businesswoman, who co-owns Lympne castle in Kent. Earlier this year, Ms Kaplan Mulholland vowed to move to Italy because she said the Treasury's non-dom plans would take an 'astronomical amount' of her £500m fortune. Italy's tax regime is luring more disenchanted multimillionaires from overseas by offering an annual €200,000 (£170,000) flat tax on overseas income for new residents no matter how much they earn. Ms Kaplan Mulholland said that Britain should copy the lump sum, which can save millionaires significant sums in tax. She said that such a move 'would solve the bleed of investors such as ourselves exiting the UK and drive the economy in England in a positive direction'. Labour's raid on the wealthy has already led a number of millionaires to flee the UK, triggering Ms Reeves to weigh up a reversal on her decision to charge 40pc inheritance tax on people's global assets. Senior City sources told The Telegraph last week that they had been in talks with the Government about how to 'create something more competitive'. The Chancellor scrapped the non-dom status in April, a move which had been widely expected, but also introduced the inheritance tax changes which have since been blamed for driving ultra-rich individuals abroad. A number of high profile businessmen, including Goldman Sachs' most senior banker outside the US, Richard Gnodde, and Aston Villa co-owner, Nassef Sawiris, have left Britain in the wake of the tax raid. Ms Kaplan Mulholland said the couple had invested heavily in the UK economy in recent years, purchasing a number of properties and a castle in Kent which she said employed almost 100 people. 'We are in the process of opening a third restaurant and a luxury hotel. None of this would have been considered and we would not have chosen the UK as our home or as an investment under the new regime. It is unfortunate. 'At this time we are well into the application process to move to Italy. 'The requirements and terms for an Italian tax-domicile are preferable for both the investor and the economy. Italy requires a €200,0000 [£170,000] plus €35,0000 spouse tax per annum but, unlike the UK, there is no tax on foreign assets or inheritance tax.' Jeff Bezos' Marries Lauren Sanchez Next Week: What We Know About Venice Extravaganza

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and former journalist Lauren Sánchez will reportedly get hitched next week in what is expected to be an opulent and controversial ceremony hosted in Venice, Italy, reportedly costing millions of dollars and mostly kept under wraps. Bezos and Sánchez will reportedly tie the knot this month. (Photo by Taylor Hill/FilmMagic) FilmMagic Many details reported about the wedding are speculative, though Venice mayor Luigi Brugnaro confirmed the event will take place in the floating city, telling Italian daily newspaper Corriere della Sera the wedding 'will have economic repercussions worth millions of euros for our city.' The wedding will be a 'multiday celebration,' according to The Wall Street Journal, noting the cost of the wedding will reach into the millions. Forbes has reached out to Bezos for comment. Where Will Jeff Bezos And Lauren Sánchez's Wedding Take Place? Bezos and Sánchez are reportedly getting married on a Venetian island, according to the Journal. The geography of the small city is spread out across over 110 small islands, with the historical center taking up approximately two square miles. However, a spokesperson for Brugnaro told CNN in March the wedding will take place on Bezos' $500 million superyacht known as the Koru. The Koru is a 417-foot sailing yacht, the second-largest of its kind in the world, meaning it would need to be anchored away from Venice's Grand Canal due to its size. Conversely, 'No Space for Bezos,' a local group protesting the event, has said the wedding will take place in the historic Church of the Abbey of Misericordia, according to the BBC. Some locals in Venice, which has dealt with overtourism that has strained the city's infrastructure and services for years, will protest the wedding over concerns its scale will worsen some of the issues created by excessive tourist crowds. Activists have organized a 'No Space for Bezos' campaign opposing the wedding, posting banners and stickers throughout the city. Federica Toninelli, a Venetian activist with 'No Space for Bezos,' told Reuters the wedding is also a 'symbol of the exploitation of the city by outsiders.' Protesters have threatened to block access to canals and city streets in an effort to block wedding attendees from reaching party venues in the city, according to Variety. Oliviero Cassarà, a lead organizer and activist, said in a statement 'No Space for Bezos' has zero issue with Americans or people getting married in Venice, instead criticizing Bezos for his links to Trump and blasting the president's controversial trade policies. 'Bezos supported Trump economically and politically and is consequently co- responsible for this drift against us Italian and European citizens,' Cassarà said. Brugnaro has spoken out against the protesters and tried to reassure them the city is capable of handling the event, citing its hosting of the Venice Film Festival and G7 Summit. Brugnaro said he was 'ashamed of those who behave like this,' Variety reported. Protest organizers have criticized Brugnaro, insisting demonstrations will be peaceful. How Many People Are Attending The Wedding And Who Is On The Guest List? Venice officials have said the guest list for Bezos and Sánchez's wedding is limited to 200 people. It is not known for certain who will be attending the wedding, but TMZ reported a handful of celebrities received invites including Eva Longoria, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom, Oprah Winfrey, Gayle King, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian and Jewel Kilcher, noting Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, in addition to Karlie Kloss and husband Joshua Kushner also made the list. Mick Jagger, Jay-Z and Beyoncé and Gayle King may also attend, according to The New York Times. Many people on the purported list, such as Longoria and Perry, are friends with Bezos and/or Sánchez. Guests who attended Sánchez's bachelorette party in Paris in May included Jenner, Kardashian, Perry, Longoria, entrepreneur Elsa Marie Collins, philanthropist Natasha Poonawalla and Fox Sports host Charissa Thompson. When Is The Wedding? The wedding will take place from June 24 to June 26, CNN reported, citing Brugnaro's spokesperson, though some reports have claimed a June 26 to June 29 celebration. How Much Will The Wedding Cost? Multiple reports have said the wedding will predictably cost millions of dollars. The Journal reported a luxury wedding with 200 guests such as Bezos' costs about $4 million, citing Jamie Simon, director of events at luxury planning firm Banana Split, which organized the multiday wedding between Sofia Richie Grainge and Atlantic Records CEO Elliot Grainge in 2023. The Journal reported Lanza & Baucina, a London-based group that planned George and Amal Clooney's 2014 wedding in Venice, has been hired by Bezos and Sánchez. A representative for the group told the Journal its principles and the instructions of Bezos call for the 'minimizing of any disruption to the city, the respect for its residents and institutions and the overwhelming employment of locals in the crafting of the events.' Forbes Valuation We estimate Bezos' net worth at $225 billion as of Friday, making him the fourth-wealthiest person in the world behind Mark Zuckerberg ($236.5 billion), Larry Ellison ($251.9 billion) and Elon Musk ($407.4 billion), Key Background Bezos and Sánchez met almost ten years ago and began making public appearances together around 2019, when the two began dating. They became engaged in 2023 aboard the Koru superyacht, with Bezos offering Sánchez a 30-carat cushion cut pink diamond set in platinum, according to Vanity Fair. The couple's upcoming wedding in Venice is not unprecedented, as the floating city also hosted the wedding of George and Amal Clooney in 2014, when the two tied the knot at the Venice Town Hall. The wedding had a generally positive perception, with locals lauding Clooney for his consideration and respect for Venice. Cassará even compared Bezos to Clooney in his statement, saying Bezos 'is not George Clooney with his romantic aura.'
