Saudi Arabia launches Multilingual Electronic Survey For 1446 AH Hajj
JEDDAH, June 18 (Bernama-SPA) -- Saudi Arabia's Hajj and Umrah Ministry has launched an electronic survey to assess pilgrim satisfaction for the 1446 AH Hajj season, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
It is open to all pilgrims, both domestic and international, to share their opinions and feedback.
Offered in nine languages - Arabic, English, Spanish, Persian, French, Hindi, Malay, Turkish, and Chinese - the survey ensures that services align with pilgrims' expectations and contribute to the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 by delivering a seamless and enriching Hajj experience.
