Yoga manifests at ghats, parks, instt in city
1 2 3 4 Varanasi: Amidst light showers, several group sessions of yoga were held at ghats, parks and academic institutions in the city on International Yoga Day on Saturday. A programme was organised at Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham in the presence of Suresh Khanna, UP finance and parliamentary affairs minister and district in charge. After virtual address by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, yoga session commenced. Khanna spoke about importance of yoga in life and recommended regular practice for good health. He praised the Prime Minister's efforts in establishing yoga on the global stage.
