ChatGPT Analyzes Emails, Calendar, and Files in the Cloud: Here's How It Works
The new functionality of ChatGPT allows it to seamlessly integrate with email platforms like Gmail and Microsoft Outlook, calendar tools like Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar, and cloud storage services such as Google Drive and OneDrive. This integration provides the following benefits: 1. Analyzing and Organizing Your Emails
ChatGPT can now automatically analyze your email inbox, identify important messages, and even draft responses. Whether you need help responding to client emails or sorting through personal correspondence, ChatGPT can provide: Summaries of long email threads: ChatGPT can extract the key points from lengthy conversations, saving you time and helping you stay focused on what matters most.
Email drafts and responses: You can give ChatGPT a prompt, and it will help you draft polite, professional responses, whether it's for customer support, colleagues, or personal contacts.
For instance, ChatGPT can summarize your emails and help prioritize follow-ups, ensuring nothing important gets lost in the inbox. 2. Organizing and Managing Your Calendar
ChatGPT now integrates directly with your calendar to provide real-time updates and reminders. With the integration into Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, ChatGPT can: Summarize upcoming meetings and events, ensuring you're prepared in advance.
Provide time-sensitive reminders, including tasks and appointments.
Reschedule meetings or find available time slots for new appointments, all using natural language processing.
This feature eliminates the need to manually check and update your calendar, making it easier to stay organized throughout the day. 3. Finding Files Across Your Cloud Storage
We all have cloud storage with dozens of files scattered across platforms like Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox. ChatGPT now allows you to search and retrieve files based on your queries. You can ask ChatGPT to find specific documents, like reports, proposals, or contracts, from your cloud storage.
For example, you can prompt ChatGPT with:
Prompt:
'Find the project proposal document in my Google Drive that I worked on last month.'
ChatGPT will then search through your cloud files, retrieve the relevant documents, and even provide a brief summary. This feature is particularly useful when you need a quick reference or want to save time searching for files across multiple platforms. Why These ChatGPT Features Are a Game-Changer for Productivity
The integration of AI with your daily tasks is a massive leap forward for productivity. Here's why the new ChatGPT features are changing the game: Efficient Time Management
By using ChatGPT to analyze your emails and calendar, you can avoid wasting time sifting through endless threads and scheduling conflicts. AI-generated summaries allow you to prioritize the most urgent tasks, while calendar integration ensures you never miss an important appointment. Seamless Workflow Across Platforms
Integrating ChatGPT with Google, Microsoft, and GitHub allows you to work across multiple platforms without switching between tabs or tools. You can manage your emails, schedule, and files all in one place, providing a unified workspace that reduces friction in your day-to-day tasks. Increased Accuracy and Productivity
AI tools like ChatGPT provide insights that help you stay ahead of deadlines, maintain better organization, and get more done with less effort. You can delegate repetitive tasks to AI models and focus on high-priority projects that require your personal touch. Conclusion: ChatGPT's Role in the Future of Work and Productivity

Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce have date night in NYC

The post Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce have date night in NYC appeared first on ClutchPoints. Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce take date night to the Big Apple. On Friday (June 20), Swift and Kelce were seen exiting hand in hand out of the Italian restaurant Torrisi in New York City. According to footage captured by fans who were leaving a restaurant nearby, Kelce shook the hand of one of the staff members of the restaurant and followed behind Swift. After a quick exchange between the pair, Kelce looks for Swift's hand and leads her into the black SUV that was waiting for them. The two looked pretty casual as Swift wore a striped pleated mini skirt with a blue corset tank and white heels. She opted to let her hair down in NYC's recent heat and wore her signature bright red lipstick. As for Kelce, he wore an all-white outfit that consisted of a U.S. soccer shirt, white shorts, and crisp white Air Force 1s. Over the past few weeks, Kelce and Swift have been seen outside more for their date nights. They recently attended Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final between the Florida Panthers and the Edmonton Oilers. The Panthers later ended up winning the series in back-to-back years. A date night to watch the Panthers makes sense for the couple as throughout their relationship, which began in 2023, they have been at several sporting events together such as the US Open and of course Swift has attended several Chiefs games cheering the tight end on. They also have been spending time in Florida as Kelce is in a minicamp for the upcoming NFL season and is renting a luxurious $20 million Boca Raton mansion during his stay there. In addition to dinner dates, Kelce recently opened up about how they also love staying in for a movie night at home. On last week's episode of the New Heights podcast which he cohosts with his brother Jason Kelce, Travis shared that he is 'down to watch' the 1990 classic romance comedy film Pretty Woman. The three-time Super Bowl champion revealed that the movie starring acting powerhouses Julia Roberts and Richard Gere 'has been on [his] and Tay's movie list for a while.' Swift has been making the most of her time in Florida and even recently visited a children's hospital. While she was putting a smile on the faces of patients and staff members, the singer even made a sweet nod to Travis in a video shared on X. 'My boyfriend is training here, so I just thought I'd come and see how you're doing,' Swift told a patient during her visit to the Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital in Hollywood, Florida. The upcoming NFL season will kick off in September with the Chief's first game will be in Sao Paulo, Brazil against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sept. 5. An insider revealed why Swift is so excited for this season. 'Not just because she loves supporting Travis, but because for the first full season since they started dating, she's not juggling a packed tour schedule,' the source told PEOPLE referring to Swift's record-breaking Eras Tour. 'This fall will be completely different,' the source continued. 'It's the first season where she's not constantly flying back and forth or working around an entire touring calendar.' Fed's Daly Says Central Bank Communication Should Be Flexible

Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco President Mary Daly said central bankers need to communicate with flexibility at times of uncertainty, given that using strong forward guidance sometimes 'comes with a price.' 'The economy is dynamic, and our communications must match it,' Daly said Sunday in a speech prepared for the Western Economic Association International's 100th Annual Conference. Daly didn't comment on the outlook for the economy or policy in her written remarks, which she also said were not about the Fed's ongoing framework review.

Microsoft Confirms Windows 11 Automatic Deletions: Take Action Now To Protect Yourself

Microsoft's Windows 11 creates System Restore points, that is, snapshots of your PC's system files, settings and registry. But those points expire and are automatically deleted after 60 days, Microsoft has now confirmed. Users can protect themselves by creating regular System Restore points. 'With System Restore you can revert your PC's state to a previous point in time. By using System Restore, you can undo these changes without affecting your personal files,' Microsoft says. Windows 11 Which is great, but those restore points don't last forever, so it's important to know exactly how long they are there for. Previous documentation suggested that on Windows 10, restore points could last as long as 90 days. Windows Latest reports that 'After Windows 11's release in 2021, the retention period has been anywhere between 10 and 90 days (mostly 10 days),' it says. Ten days really isn't long, but there's good news. In a new support document relating to the June 10 update, Microsoft is a bit more specific. 'After installing the June 2025 Windows security update, Windows 11, version 24H2 will retain system restore points for up to 60 days. To apply a restore point, select Open System Restore. Restore points older than 60 days are not available. This 60-day limit will also apply to future versions of Windows 11, version 24H2,' it says. In other words, Microsoft has confirmed that Windows 11 System Restore points will be deleted after 60 days, so you need to periodically create restore points. That's not as good as 90 days, obviously, but way better than 10 days. 'This will give you multiple snapshots, but Windows will still delete the oldest ones once they exceed the retention window (now 60 days on Windows 11 24H2 by default),' says Windows Latest. To create your own System Restore point, as Windows Latest explains, you open Start and search for 'Create a restore point,' which will open System Protection tab in System Properties. Next, under Protection Settings, check that one of the partitions where you're going to put the backup is protected. Choose that partition and Configure to turn on protection. Then, click Create and follow the onscreen instructions. This will last for 60 days. Now that the deletion date is clear, it seems like creating one every few weeks is good practice.
