Katie Price has spoken candidly about her relationship with ex-husband Peter Andre and his marriage to NHS doctor Emily MacDonagh, revealing insights after a remark from her daughter, Princess.
The 46-year-old former glamour model admitted that she and Peter no longer speak, despite co-parenting their two children, son Junior 19, and daughter Princess, 17.
Recalling the dynamics of their relationship, Katie spoke about the fallout during their break-up and revealed the couple had split from their mutual manager as well, the Mirror reports.
She stated: "It's a shame. It's a shame. I think there [were] too many chefs around us," adding that she'd "like to" talk to him.
Peter and Katie tied the knot back in 2005 after they grew close while on the reality TV show I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!. Their marriage ended four years later in 2009, and since then Katie has been married two more times. The star first married Alex Reid in 2010, before going on to marry Kieran Hayler, whom she had two children with - Jett, 11 and Bunny, 10.
Katie is now in a relationship with a former Married At First Sight star, 32-year-old JJ Slater.
Meanwhile, Peter, now 52, found love again with Emily, who is 15 years his junior, and the pair got married in 2015 and share three children; Theo, Amelia and Arabella.
In an unusual conversation about Peter's new life, Katie revealed: "I'm glad he's with Emily. She seems like a proper lady. I think it'd be weird if he went for someone like me."
Opening up on the What's My Age Again podcast with Katherine Ryan, Katie shared that Princess compares her to Emily, quoting her daughter's comments, Katie said: "[She says] 'You're just so nuts, mum. When I see you and Emily, you're just so different. I can't imagine you and dad'.
"I said 'I was with your dad for six years. Trust me, we had a laugh, bantered together, we did'.
"She said 'I just can't imagine dad being like that'. I said, 'But he was, he was like that. We did have a laugh'.
"And, you know, she can't believe that whenever he went everywhere with me, we were together with the kids. And we'd go as a family.
"Emily doesn't do all that for Pete. I said, 'Me and Pete just did it all together as a family. If we'd got you kids, you would come with us'."
In a previous discussion about her split from the Mysterious Girl singer, Katie attributed it to a serious misunderstanding.
Revealing to Paul C Brunson on his We Need To Talk podcast, she said: "We broke up because he thought I was having an affair with my dressage rider, and I've never slept with him.
"I just kept my horse there, and I was happy keeping my horse there, and he [the instructor] was married."
Katie went on to say that after an argument, she found out about their breakup through reports on Sky News.
The reality star denied that the split was mutual, and later released her own statement, making it clear that she didn't want to part ways with Peter.
"Until this day, me and Pete have never sat down and spoken about it. It's all through lawyers," she explained. "I've never sat down with him, we probably would've sorted it out but we were kept apart."

We are now just days away from the Oasis Live 25 tour kicking off in Cardiff with final details emerging The support acts playing at as part of the Oasis Live 25 tour are sure to delight most fans - as they have regularly played with Oasis in the past. The first act playing will be Cast, the Liverpool band formed in 1992 by John Power and best known for their 1995 albums All Change. Based on previous shows at the Principality Stadium, the main headline act normally ends around 10.20pm. Cast would therefore be on stage around 6.30, followed by Richard Ashcroft, with Oasis taking to the stage around 8pm. Last Summer the Foo Fighters played the Principality Stadium and came on at 7.35pm but played an epic 25 song set. Oasis who are returning after some time away, may play a slightly shorter set, especially based on their history of punchier shorter set lists.

The Duke of Sussex was not in attendance at last weekend's celebration of the King's official birthday. Harry was last in the UK in May, where he suffered defeat at the High Court over his ongoing battle to have security measures reinstated for him and his family when they visit from the US. Former royal editor Duncan Larcombe said: 'Meghan understandably feels scared about coming to the UK with the children. 'The threats are real and genuine. The threat is from lunatics, radical protesters that might want to make a name for themselves by jumping in front of them. Then of course you have the worst type, the terrorist threat. And there's no doubt Harry – and his family, as a result – is a huge target.' Former actress Meghan recently embarked on a change of direction in her career, with her recent eight-part Netflix show With Love, Meghan topping charts across the globe. Duncan Larcombe reckons that the duke is probably 'full of regrets' now about being so candid. He added: 'Harry is a sensitive soul and always wore his heart on his sleeve, so whether he'd admit it publicly or not, I'm sure he's full of regrets and wishes he'd done things differently. 'With Trooping the Colour and Father's Day falling on the same weekend, it was bound to make him look back at the happy relationships he once had with his brother and dad, and I'm sure he'd love to be able to rebuild those.' Duncan also states that Princess Diana's death is something that is an ever-present thought for Meghan and Harry, as a 'contributing factor' to her horror crash in Paris in 1997 was the lack of official protection from the Metropolitan Police. The expert explains that official royal security is armed and round the clock, provided by top Met Police officers as well as MI5, who 'surround them in a ring'. He added: 'Without the official support and security, Harry and Meghan are left with two or three bodyguards who are pretty blind to what the potential threats are.'
