Karl Stefanovic has shocked his wife Jasmine with his bizarre at-home beauty routine in a candid social media video.
Jasmine took to Instagram on Tuesday to share the clip of the Today host donning an LED face mask as he grilled capsicums on the barbecue at night.
The popular skincare tool has recently gained popularity and is designed to reduce fine lines and wrinkles among other benefits through the use of light therapy.
In the clip, Stefanovic's face was concealed behind the mask, which flashed bright red, making him appear somewhat ominous in the dark.
The TV presenter's wife of six years appeared perplexed at the sight of her husband's self-care routine.
'What are you doing?' Jasmine asked.
Stefanovic explained he was simply 'multitasking' by taking care of his skin while grilling.
Jasmine took the opportunity to use his phrase, writing 'Multitasking Monday' and two laughing emojis over the video.
It comes hours after Stefanovic was caught in another unusual act while presenting Nine's breakfast news program on Tuesday morning.
As presenter Jayne Azzopardi was reading the morning's breaking news, Stefanovic reached into a nearby bin to fish out food scraps and ate them.
Azzopardi revealed the scraps were the remains of the quiche she ate for breakfast in a video on the Today show's TikTok account.
This prompted Stefanovic's co-host, Sarah Abo, to call Stefanovic's move 'disgusting.'
'Karl...when did you do that?' she asked in the clip.
The veteran presenter shrugged her question off and said he simply couldn't resist eating the delicious-looking scraps.
'It's some sort of exotic quiche (Jayne) eats every morning, and I just like the outside of it; I can't resist it,' the 50-year-old said.
'But alright, you know what, Jayne? Payback's a b****.'
Despite his off-the-cuff responses, Stefanovic has demonstrated serious ambitions at Channel Nine in recent days.
He called for a 'proper investigation' into the recent shooting of Channel Nine's United States correspondent Lauren Tomasi with a rubber bullet as she covered the Los Angeles immigration protests.
The reporter had her back towards a line of officers when one of the police turned in her direction and fired a rubber bullet.
A projectile struck the calf of Tomasi, who could be heard wincing in pain.
Stefanovic last Tuesday said the incident had to be 'properly investigated' given it was clear Tomasi was a reporter as she was holding a microphone in front of a camera.
'I get that it's dangerous to cops, too. What's happened to them in the line of duty and the position they are in is horrendous,' he said.
'But how is it okay for your police force to be firing at unarmed Australian journalists?
'If Albo (Prime Minister Anthony Albanese) is looking for a place to start with Donald Trump - as an Australian, I might start there.'
Stefanovic is also reportedly vying for a new role at the Nine Network's latest top ratings hit, The Floor Australia.
Insiders at the network last month revealed the TV presenter wants to replace Australian actor Rodger Corser as host of the trivia game show.
The Floor sees contestants battle it out on topics such as Australian cuisine, famous characters, and gold medallists, which flash across large, coloured tiles on the ground.
The family-friendly show has proved popular with audiences, breaking records when it premiered on April 28 with a total national reach of 2.22 million viewers and has dominated the prime-time 7.30 pm slot since.

‘Feeling a little bit weird': Aussie woman's gross find at the bottom of her Chinese takeaway
An Australian woman got more than she bargained for when she found an unsual item at the bottom of her Chinese takeaway. TikTokker Shraddha, or shraddyvibes, posted a video to the social media platform detailing the story of how she ended up getting $50 back from her meal from the bizarre find. After eating a portion of the meal, the Adelaide woman kept picking away at the stir fry until she noticed something was off. 'The container was feeling a little bit weird... at the bottom of the container was a working phone,' she explained. 'I pressed on the screen and it said the screen was (too hot), it was still working.' She had come away with a meal and a new phone from the takeaway, a bizarre find to say the least. After the gross realisation, she decided to get to the bottom of it and gave the restaurant a buzz. Loading TikTok Post 'I rang the place and said 'Hey I found a phone in my hotpot',' the woman said. 'Apparently the chef put the phone down in the takeaway container, and because it was black... it just blended in with the container. 'Then someone else had grabbed the container and put the hotpot on top.' The TikTokker drove back to the establishment and was greeted by apologetic staff — and a cheeky refund. 'I paid $35 for the hotpot originally and they gave me $50 back, and the chef was also like 'let me know when you're here next time and I'll give you free hotpot,' she said. Luckily she lived close by to the restaurant and didn't need to heat up the food, otherwise it could of ended in a disaster. Despite the mishap, the woman elected not to name and shame the restaurant saying, 'mistakes happen'. Viewers also found humour in the incident. 'Dinner with a side of phone ! 😂,' one person commented. 'This has to be an original experience 🤣💯,' another wrote.
