Tabuk Agricultural Development Co.'s (TADCO) shareholders rejected the proposed amendment to the company's bylaws during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 18, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The amendment aimed at aligning the articles with the new Companies Law and to restructure and renumber them accordingly.
The attendance rate for the third EGM was based on the shareholders who attended in line with the company's articles of association.

UK working with Israel to arrange charter flights out of Tel Aviv, Lammy says

LONDON: Britain is working with Israeli authorities to arrange charter flights for British nationals from Tel Aviv when the airport reopens, foreign minister David Lammy said on Friday. 'As part of our efforts to support British nationals in the Middle East, the government is working with the Israeli authorities to provide charter flights from Tel Aviv airport when airspace reopens,' Lammy said in a statement. Israel's main international gateway, Ben Gurion Airport, closed last week due to Israel and Iran's spiralling air war. On Monday, the British government advised its citizens in Israel to register their presence with British authorities, saying it was monitoring the situation and considering options for assistance. It said it had increased its logistical support for citizens who have turned to overland routes into Jordan and Egypt.

Maersk halts stops in Israel's Haifa due to Iran–Israel conflict

Danish shipping giant Maersk announced Friday that it was temporarily suspending vessel calls in Israel's Haifa port due to the country's conflict with Iran. Maersk said it made the decision after 'careful analysis of threat risk reports in the context of the ongoing conflict between Israel and Iran, specifically regarding the potential risks of calling Israeli ports and the ensuing implications for the safety of our vessel crews.' 'At the moment we are not experiencing further disruptions to our scheduled operations in the region,' it added in a statement. The conflict erupted a week ago when Israel launched air strikes on Iran, saying its arch foe was on the verge of developing a nuclear weapon.
