A delegation of male and female participants from the International Quran Competition in the Balkans explored the exhibition's interactive pavilions. Among the highlights was the 'Makkah Throughout History' exhibit, which traced the city's evolution over the centuries through archival photographs, scaled models, and informative panels. International, Local Competitions
The 'International and Local Competitions' pavilion drew attention to the Kingdom's commitment to the Holy Qur'an through high-profile contests such as the King Abdulaziz International Competition for the Memorization, Recitation, and Interpretation of the Holy Qur'an, as well as the King Salman bin Abdulaziz Local Competition. Regional contests across Asia, Africa, and Europe were also featured, highlighting Saudi Arabia's global efforts in Quranic service.
Complementary exhibits highlighted aspects of Saudi culture, including traditional attire, Arabic calligraphy, and the serving of Saudi coffee and dates. The exhibition also introduced a range of digital initiatives developed by the Ministry, such as the 3D Hajj and Umrah app—an innovative tool using interactive technology to deliver engaging religious content.
