On the occasion of
International Yoga Day
, popular television actress Shubhangi Atre—best known for her role as Angoori Bhabhi in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain—opened up about her long-standing connection with yoga.
For her, yoga has evolved from just a fitness routine into something far more personal and transformative.
'Yoga has been an integral part of my life for years now,' she shared. 'What started as a workout session quickly became a wellness practice for me.'
As someone who juggles a demanding career and personal responsibilities, Shubhangi revealed how yoga became her anchor in difficult times.
'Yoga has helped me maintain the balance well, find calm in chaos, and be at peace even in the most stressful situations,' she said.
Talking about her routine, she practices yoga at least three times a week, often more when her schedule allows.
'It's not about pushing my limits, but about listening to what my body and mind need on that day. I begin with a bit of pranayama, followed by a few asanas. Surya Namaskar is something I enjoy because it works on the entire body,' she explained.
She always ends her sessions with meditation. 'Even if it's just for five minutes, it helps me check in with myself,' she added.

'On some days yoga is for the body, and on some it's for my mind.'
Shubhangi also opened up about the role yoga played during one of the most emotionally challenging times in her life—her divorce.
'A few years ago, during my divorce, I went through a very emotionally draining time. But yoga kept me going. That one hour on the mat became like therapy. It didn't take the pain away, but it helped me process it and find my strength again,' she shared.
For Shubhangi Atre, yoga isn't just movement—it's healing.

Sehban Azim on World Music Day: After Prayers, Music Has Saved Me Internally

On the occasion of World Music Day, actor Sehban Azim reflected on the profound role music has played in shaping his emotions and creativity over the years. Known for his performances in popular television shows like Dill Mill Gayye, Thapki Pyar Ki, Bepannaah, and most recently Spy Bahu, Sehban shared how music has been his constant companion—both in life and work. "Music has played a very important part of my life since childhood," Sehban shared. "I was always enamoured by music that combines with good lyrics. Then I discovered how no lyrics and only music can also give you a similar feeling." Coming from a musically inclined household, Sehban recalled the influence of his parents. "My father used to listen to classical music, and it took me a while to understand how just music can evoke emotions. My mother loved ghazals and poetry. That contrast exposed me to a wide range of musical expressions." As he grew up, music took on a broader dimension. "In school, with friends, I got introduced to Western music. My brother and I started collecting music—from indie singers and bands to Hollywood soundtracks." Despite admitting he's "a bad singer," Sehban said he finds solace in singing alone—be it at home or while driving. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Aparat słuchowy na 2025 rok– rewolucja w technologii słuchu GEERS Undo "I confess I do sing when I'm alone. In all honesty, after prayers, if anything has saved me internally, it's my love for music." He added, "I don't stick to one genre. It depends on my emotional state. That doesn't mean I'll always match the mood—sometimes I'll play upbeat songs to lift myself up." Interestingly, Sehban also uses music as a creative tool. "I often use music for my scenes when I'm shooting. It helps me build the right emotional tone," he revealed. For Sehban, music isn't just sound—it's survival, storytelling, and soul.

Twitch CEO: GTA 6 launch won't affect GTA 5's 'popularity'

Twitch CEO Dan Clancy believes that Grand Theft Auto V (GTA 5) will maintain its popularity on the streaming platform, even after the highly anticipated launch of GTA 6 . Speaking at a recent The Game Business Live event, Clancy highlighted the unique and enduring appeal of GTA 5 's roleplaying (RP) community as the key factor. Despite being released in 2013, the older GTA V continues to draw significant viewership on Twitch, accumulating a remarkable 1.4 billion hours watched in 2024 alone. Clancy explained that this sustained engagement to the game's expansive and creative RP scene, where streamers develop intricate characters and narratives. He also noted that this 'improv theater' aspect keeps audiences captivated for extended periods. What is GTA V's roleplaying community and what Dan Clancy thinks about it GTA RP offers a viewing experience that differs from traditional competitive games like Call of Duty or League of Legends, which often require some familiarity with gameplay mechanics. Instead, GTA RP focuses on entertainment through unscripted storytelling, allowing audiences to watch streamers engage in spontaneous and often dramatic or humorous roleplay. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Here's A List Of Cheapest Steel Suppliers (See List) Steel Suppliers | search ads Search Now Undo No prior gaming knowledge is needed—viewers simply watch characters interact in unpredictable, real-time scenarios. Some, like Clancy, view this format as a form of digital performance art. He suggests that it could even be studied in theatre programs for its narrative depth and improvisational aspects. For many participants, this goes beyond gaming—they create and inhabit detailed characters, performing live for an audience. Despite growing excitement for GTA 6, the RP community may not transition to the new game immediately. With the May 2026 release scheduled only for consoles, and no confirmation from Rockstar about mod support or PC tools, streamers may continue using GTA V for RP. Clancy estimates that RP-compatible mods may take 6 to 18 months after PC launch to become available. Until then, Twitch streamers and roleplay enthusiasts are expected to remain with GTA V, where the RP infrastructure already exists.

Indian businessman gifts a custom pink Rolls-Royce to his 1-year-old daughter. Internet says, ‘We are not impressed'

In a world where over-the-top gestures are increasingly the norm on social media, Indian businessman Satish Sanpal may have just redefined extravagance. Celebrating Father's Day in Dubai , Sanpal stunned the internet by gifting his one-year-old daughter, Isabella, a custom-built pink Rolls-Royce—complete with monogrammed interiors, a personalized note, and a 'Congratulations, Isabella' nameplate. The video, originally posted on Instagram , features the founder of ANAX Developments arriving at the luxury showroom with his wife Tabinda and toddler in tow. What follows is a scene straight out of a luxury lifestyle reel: pink balloons, music, dancing, and a glittering car unveiled for a child who, quite literally, can't even drive it for another 17 years. But this wasn't Isabella's first brush with grandeur. In February, her first birthday party was a jaw-dropping spectacle held at Atlantis The Royal, one of Dubai's most opulent hotels. The venue was transformed into a winter wonderland with artificial snow, icy chandeliers, and white trees, all topped off with appearances by Bollywood stars like Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Tamannaah Bhatia, Atif Aslam, and Nora Fatehi. Isabella made her entrance in a princess carriage wearing a ball gown that might've made Cinderella blush. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like The UK's Best-Selling Relief Shoe Has Just Been Named The 2025 Test Winner. While the Instagram caption praised Sanpal's lavish gesture as the ultimate 'Dubai Dad' moment, not everyone on the internet was swooning. Comments ranged from sarcastic to critical. One user noted, 'Must be a really nice feeling when you get gifted something so special, knowing you cannot use it for the next 17 years.' Another quipped, 'It's a tacky and flashy display of wealth and just proves that money does not buy class.' Others pointed out the absurdity of giving a toddler a high-end car when 'small kids are the happiest with empty containers and boxes.' Given the flashy nature of Instagram post, a commentor wrote, "Another show off, we are not impressed sorry." While gifting luxury cars isn't unheard of in the world of billionaires and Instagram influencers, the gesture has sparked broader conversations around parenting, wealth display, and whether such ostentatious acts make meaningful memories or just eye-rolls. In a country like India, where millions of children grow up without basic amenities, such gestures inevitably invite scrutiny—especially when shared online with cinematic flair. While Sanpal might see it as a father's way of showing boundless love, the jury of the internet seems divided between awe and exhaustion. For now, baby Isabella has a Rolls-Royce she can't drive, a designer wardrobe she'll outgrow in months, and a social media footprint most adults would envy. As for the rest of us? We're still debating whether this was a parenting flex or just another tone-deaf showcase in the age of viral opulence.
