
Alameda police searching for missing 8-year-old boy
Alameda police are searching for an 8-year-old boy last seen around 8:30 a.m. Saturday on the 400 block of Buena Vista Avenue.
Theo'Darius Prickett was last seen in his home, in Pikachu underwear, though he may be wearing blue and black or white and black shoes, police said. He may be carrying a dark blue or navy backpack.
The Alameda Police Department asked community members to keep an eye out for Theo'Darius and contact officers with any information at 510-337-8340.
The boy likes to go to the amenities in the Summer House Apartments on Buena Vista Avenue and Poggi Street, police said.
Officers from the Alameda Police Department and the city's Community Emergency Response Team are actively searching for Prickett, police said.

Identity theft probationer caught with fraudulent IDs: Alameda PD
(KRON) — An Alameda resident on probation for felony identity theft was caught with multiple forms of fraudulent identification during a recent compliance check, police announced Wednesday. Alameda Police Department officers made the discovery after visiting the residence of the individual, who was not named by law enforcement. According to the department, officers conducting the probation compliance check found multiple fraudulent forms of identification, ID manufacturing equipment, refund checks, credit cards and blank checks. Narcotics were uncovered at the residence, police said, and a K-9 helped locate a firearm and ammunition. The probationer was arrested for multiple offenses related to the discovery.
