As Daniel Craig once memorably announced, 'Ladies and gentlemen, the Weeknd.' At the time was introducing the Toronto musician, also known as Abel Tesfaye, on 'Saturday Night Live.'
But this weekend is all about the Weeknd, as he's currently appearing in a multiplex near you. Tesfaye is a producer, co-writer and star of 'Hurry Up Tomorrow,' a movie companion to his recent album of the same name.

The meal begins with three-tier towers of appetizers like lobster rolls, beignets and cornbread. For the main course, the kids can dine on items like waffles and macaroni and cheese, while the grown-up guests can choose items like short ribs, deviled eggs and scrambled eggs. For dessert, cake pops, sorbet and cream puffs are options, the website notes. The dad revealed that before receiving the bill, he 'thought it would be about half' of the amount. Chris Brown pleads not guilty to assault charge in U.K.
Chris Brown pleaded not guilty Friday to a charge related to the serious beating of a music producer with a bottle in a London nightclub in 2023. Brown, 36, wore a blue suit, a white shirt and black-rimmed glasses during his arraignment in London's Southwark Crown Court on one count of attempting to unlawfully and maliciously cause grievous bodily harm with intent. When asked how he pleaded to the grievous bodily harm count, Brown said, 'Not guilty, ma'am.' Brown's friend and fellow musician Omololu Akinlolu, 39, who performs under the name Hoody Baby, pleaded not guilty to the same charge. His trial was scheduled for Oct. 26, 2026. Brown shared an Instagram post following his court appearance with the caption, 'Let's [sic] the sky fall.
