HRH Prince Salman orders safe return of Bahrainis
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has issued directives to facilitate the return of Bahraini citizens stranded in countries affected by the current regional situation.
The initiative follows the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, who has emphasised the importance of safeguarding Bahraini nationals abroad and ensuring their safe return home.
HRH Prince Salman instructed the relevant authorities to coordinate closely with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Bahrain's embassies overseas to expedite arrangements for the swift and secure return of citizens.
He also stressed the need to provide all necessary support measures and to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of returning individuals throughout the process.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister affirmed that this decision reflects national principles that place citizens at the heart of all priorities.
He further commended the ongoing efforts of the concerned authorities and national task forces for their dedication to protecting citizens and ensuring their welfare during challenging times.
His Royal Highness emphasised that these unified national efforts embody the Kingdom's enduring spirit of patriotism and HRH Prince Salman solidarity.
