
Tommy Fleetwood's 18th hole putt ‘hits ball mark' as Brit heartbreakingly denied £2.7m PGA Travellers Championship title
TOMMY FLEETWOOD was heartbreakingly denied his first PGA Tour win after his putt appeared to hit a ball mark on the 18th hole.
The Brit led by three shots going into the final day of the Travelers Championship.

But he ended up missing out by a shot after bogeying the 18th to hand victory to Keegan Bradley.
Fleetwood had a six-foot putt to win but his shot appeared to hit a ball mark and drifted inches wide.
He then agonisingly watched on as Bradley sank his putt from a similar distance to birdie, achieving a two-shot swing on the final hole to win the championship.
One fan reacted saying: "That's just unbelievably bad luck."

The result means Fleetwood's wait for a PGA Tour win continues.
He also missed out on the £2.7million winning prize pot.

"I've not been in that situation for a long time. It's probably the worst way to finish.
