Adam "Pacman" Jones, who played one season with the Dallas Cowboys in 2008, pleaded not guilty this week to multiple charges following his arrest last weekend in the Cincinnati/Kentucky area. The 41-year-old was arrested by Covington Police and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, disorderly conduct and assault of a police officer or a probation officer.

Former Pittsburgh Steelers great and fellow controversial figure Antonio Brown is currently wanted in Miami-Dade County on an "attempted murder with a firearm" charge after a shooting that Brown was allegedly involved in during a celebrity boxing event in last month.
Jones, a defensive back, and Brown, a wide receiver, squared off against each other on the field.
Now they're each facing their own troubles with the law.
Pacman posted a $10,000 bond and was released from police custody.
Brown is, according to his warrant, instructed to post a $10,000 bond and remain at his house until trial.

We've heard from Brown, who says 'What doesn't kill me makes me stronger,'' and "Wanna play? Then play hard.'
Brown also responded with a series of posts on X, including a video of him in boxing gloves, riding a bike, and another picture accusing somebody else who "did it".
Jones now has something to say about Brown's situation.
'How long you think AB gonna be on the run?," Pacman said in a video posted to social media. 'I bet you it gonna be longer than [72 hours]. I ain't no lawyer here so he ain't lawyered up, which is a dumb thing.'
Brown was detained by police after gunshots were supposedly fired at the boxing event. But now, according to the warrant, witnesses have told police officers that Brown was the shooter, and that two shell casings were found at the scene. One man involved in the conflict alleged that Brown "began to run toward him with a firearm" and shot at him twice.

For Brown, 36, this is the latest in a disturbing string of incidents tying to legal and behavioral issues since the controversial end to his NFL career where he marched off the field and was released.
Jones' arrest is his fourth since 2021, and he has been booked for a public intoxication charge three consecutive years. Last year he was arrested by Arlington police for assaulting an officer after the Jake Paul-Mike Tyson fight at AT&T Stadium.
Now both in disputes with the law, it appears Jones and Brown are competitors once again. ...

Chase Center has been busy as a flurry of different draft prospects have made their way through San Francisco for pre-draft workouts with the Golden State Warriors. Before Mike Dunleavy Jr. and Steve Kerr are on the clock with the No. 41 selection in the 2025 edition of the draft, the Warriors have been doing their homework on different prospects with pre-draft workouts. The latest group of prospects to travel to Chase Center was headlined by 2025 NCAA scoring lead, Eric Dixon. Dixon, the 6-foot-8 forward, led the nation in scoring with 23.3 points on 45.1% shooting from the field and 40.7% shooting from deep to go along with 5.1 rebounds and 1.9 assists. Dixon tallied 30 or more points in five different games for the Wildcats last season, including a 38-point explosion against Maryland. Dixon was named to the All-Big East team in three straight seasons, including 2025, where he was also voted a third-team AP All-American. Peavy, a 6-foot-7 guard, played five seasons of college basketball with stops at Texas Tech, TCU and Georgetown. Peavy earned All-Big East honors with Georgetown, averaging 17.2 points on 48.1% shooting from the field and 40% shooting from deep to go along with 5.8 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 2.3 steals per game. Robinson played at Texas A&M, Arkansas, BYU and Kentucky in his college career. Robinson's final season in Lexington was cut short due to a wrist injury. Prior to his injury, Robinson averaged 13 points on 43.2% shooting from the fieldand 37.6% from deep to go along with 3.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game. After three seasons at Howard, Settle played the final two seasons of his career at Temple. The 6-foot-10 forward averaging 12.6 points and 6.2 boards in his final season for the Owls.
