Christine Lampard looked summer chic in all white as she joined her shirtless husband Frank soaking up the sun on holiday in the south of France this week.
The Loose Women presenter and the former footballer, both 46, were joined by ex All Saints star Nicole Appleton, 50, and her husband Stephen Haines.
Christine fit right in at the swanky resort as she showed off her sophisticated sense of style in a pair of white linen trousers and strappy top.
She later changed into a navy jumpsuit and stylish shades as she looked out at her muscular spouse who was enjoying a cooling swim in the sea.
Manager of Coventry City Frank showed off his tanned and toned physique in a pair of bright orange swim shorts as he enjoyed his time off after the football season.

Their fun-filled holiday comes after last month Christine revealed the reason her husband Frank often used to cancel their dates at the start of their romance.
The loved-up pair have been together since October 2009 and got married in 2015.
They are approaching their 10th wedding anniversary this year and Christine has now opened up about their early dating days where things weren't all plain sailing.
When they met he was busy playing for Chelsea but used to cancel dates with her when the team didn't win.
She told The Sun: 'When he was playing, he used to cancel nights out when Chelsea didn't win. Thankfully, it didn't happen that often, as luckily, Chelsea won a lot!'
'It was actually alright. He would be annoyed just because he takes it all so seriously!'
She added that football was a whole new world for her and didn't understand why it was such a big deal.
Christine explained: 'I went to an all-girls' school, I didn't have brothers. Football just wasn't a thing. I couldn't have cared less. And then, suddenly, I started to care.
'The more I went to the games, the more I got it. I thought, 'Oh my god, I see why people are into this. There is something magical about it'.'

It came after Frank revealed the secret to his happy marriage with his beloved wife Christine.
He told the Mirror: 'What keeps me and Christine going is we're there to support each other and we make each other laugh. We have a similar sense of humour.
'Christine's quite sharp and we're normally thinking the same thing, so the same situations make us laugh - I think laughing together is important for a happy marriage.'
Frank was introduced to his wife at The Pride Of Britain Awards by fellow TV presenter Piers Morgan in 2009.
Christine previously admitted she and the footballer were not even meant to be at the awards ceremony the night they met.
Speaking on Lorraine, she said: 'It's a strange one it is because 10 years ago that we met at them, it was one of those nights that neither of us were meant to go to.
'It was a last minute thing for him and I arrived at the awards late because of work. We were sat on tables next to each other.'
The couple welcomed their first child together, a daughter called Patricia - named after his late mother who tragically passed away in 2008 - in September 2018.
Frank also has daughters Luna, 19, and Isla, 17, with his former partner Elen Rivas, but they went their separate ways in 2008.

'And that is such a powerful thing to me - I have to be able to have a giggle… We just have proper laughs. We have the same points of view on things.
'We don't argue over parenting or how things run in the house. We sort of sing off the same page and that sort of makes everything flow…

I'm surviving the UK heatwave with this lifesaver handheld fan – on sale now for £14

THIS little Amazon fan has seriously saved me in the heat. I picked up the Jsdoin handheld fan a couple of weeks ago, and at just £13.99 on sale, it's been one of my best summer buys. Jsdoin Handheld Fan, £15.99 £13.99 Amazon's full of hidden gems, and this little fan showed up just in time for the heatwave. It's on sale for £13.99, and honestly, I don't know how I'd be getting through this heat without it. I grabbed it on a bit of a whim, but with an amber heat health alert for England in place, it's been a lifesaver. If you're like me, your sweaty, slightly desperate future self will be very grateful you got one while it's on offer. But, for something so small, the Jsdoin fan is shockingly powerful. It has five speed settings and throws out some serious airflow, but even on the lowest, it takes the edge off. When I'm on the train and the air feels thick and still, this thing is a lifesaver. It's quiet too, so I don't feel awkward using it in public, and it doesn't rattle like cheaper fans I've tried before. *If you a click a link in this article, we may earn affiliate revenue. Our team of shopping experts are constantly on the lookout for the best deals on household essentials — whether that's pantry staples, laundry pods or necessities like kitchen and loo rolls. There's even a slot for aromatherapy tablets if you're into that (one's included, though I haven't used it yet). It charges via USB-C and lasts way longer than I expected, up to 15 hours depending on the speed setting. There's no annoying slow fade-out either; it holds its strength until the battery's actually done. I really like the LCD display, which shows exactly how much battery I've got left. I always know when it needs a charge and don't get caught out when I need it most. It also folds up, weighs basically nothing, and comes with a lanyard if you want to wear it around your neck. This fan isn't the only solution; we've also put together some cheap tricks to stay cool during a heatwave. But if you want something simple that actually works and doesn't cost a fortune, this one's hard to beat. I'm not the only fan (pardon the pun) it's had thousands of 5-star reviews and over 10,000 sold in the past month. One shopper praised, 'I first got one last year when in the hospital and the windows were rubbish, and this fan worked wonders. 'So when we had that short week of heat, I bought my children one each. Worth every penny.' Another agreed, adding, 'Pretty powerful for a small fan, plus loved the stand and the way it folds.' If you're roasting on the go or just need something to make the heatwave feel a bit more bearable, this fan is absolutely worth £14.

Russell Crowe reunites with Superman son Henry Cavill for reboot of another beloved action franchise

Russell Crowe is reuniting onscreen with Henry Cavill, more than a decade after they acted with each other in the Superman film Man of Steel. The 2013 superhero movie starred Henry in the lead role and Russell as his biological father Jor-El, who saves his son's life just before losing his own. Now, fans will be able to see them back onscreen in a remake of the 1986 action fantasy picture Highlander, which launched a franchise of the same name. In the original Highlander, Christopher Lambert played Connor MacLeod, a 16th century Scottish warrior who discovers he is immortal unless his head is severed. He gets initiated into the secret world of immortals by the virtuoso swordsman Juan Sánchez-Villalobos Ramírez, memorably portrayed by Sean Connery. A reboot starring Henry as MacLeod was announced in 2021, and now, after years of development, Russell has been cast as Ramírez, according to Variety. The original Highlander emerged as a roaring success in 1986, leading to the 1991 sequel Highlander II: The Quickening, which flopped disastrously. However the series staggered on for the 1994 release Highlander III: The Sorcerer, a direct follow-up of the first film as if the events of the second never happened. There was also a TV series from 1992 to 1998, followed by the 2000 film Highlander: Endgame, which was a sequel to the show rather than to the previous movies. In 2021 it emerged that the original movie was being remade with Henry in the lead, back when he was still starring as Geralt of Riva on the Netflix medieval fantasy series The Witcher, before his departure and replacement by Liam Hemsworth. The new film will be directed by Chad Stahelski, who helmed all the John Wick movies, and will have a script by Michael Finch, who co- wrote the fourth John Wick picture. Russell first met Henry long before they ever worked together, back when the latter was a teenager at boarding school in the English countryside. The encounter took place when Russell was filming his 2000 drama Proof of Life, starring him and Meg Ryan, at the Stowe School - where Henry was a student along with Russell's onscreen son Merlin Hanbury-Tenison. Russell recalled that 'during a break in the shooting,' he caught sight of a rugby union game and noticed 'one kid on that field who was very fluid and in control.' The teenager 'came over to have a chat, but all his questions were about acting, and there was just this smile in his eyes but there was something dead serious behind that smile,' Russell said on The Graham Norton Show in 2013. 'So instead of not answering the questions or whatever - 'cause you get asked these questions a hundred thousand times - I told him the truth in the brief moment that I had with him, and put it in front of him that it's a challenge that's up to him. Nobody's gonna give it to you,' Russell remembered. 'A couple of days later, I was putting a package together for the kid who'd played my son, because I figured the greatest thing if you're at boarding school must be unexpected mail, and I thought: "I'll put one together for that other bloke," and I'd remembered his name because he'd been very clear when he said it,' he shared. His note to Henry was the saying: 'A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step,' which Russell interpreted as meaning: 'If you want it, you go and get it.'

Olivia Bowen shows off her growing baby bump as she shares candid insight into final weeks of her pregnancy - ahead of welcoming daughter with husband Alex

Pregnant Olivia Bowen showed off her blossoming bump on Friday, just weeks ahead of welcoming her baby daughter. The Love Island star, 31, already shares son Abel, two, with husband Alex who she famously met in the ITV2 villa, took to her Instagram with a radiant selfie. Olivia displayed her bump in a casual bralette and joggers as she shared candid insight into her final weeks of pregnancy. She captioned the snap: 'She's so high now right up in my lungs'. Last month Olivia posted a sweet clip from her family of three as they enjoyed their last holiday before the birth. It looked like a truly relaxing trip, with the trio appearing to be spending the majority of their time at the beach. Oivia wrote: 'Another trip to Spain - the last one before baby girl comes, and next we'll return as a family of four to our own villa out here - never felt so lucky.' The stunner wore a colourful bikini for the beach trip, accessorising with a pair of dark sunglasses while her husband and son wore beige swimming trunks. In another snap with Alex, Olivia showed off more of her extensive summer wear collection, this time wearing a blue bralet that comfortably sat above her growing bump. The star kept it cool on the trip too, covering up with a black and white mesh sundress as she cuddled Alex and Abel on a lounger. Olivia announced that she was expecting in February of this year and has been keeping fans updated with her pregnancy. Sadly, it has not been smooth sailing for the family as Olivia was expecting twins, but sadly lost one of her babies eight weeks into her pregnancy. She made the revelation on Loose Women, where she recounted their tragic experience of vanishing twin syndrome. The couple were told they were having twins just before Christmas, when they attended an early six week scan. Olivia told the panel: 'We went super early, I'm quite an anxious person anyway. When we turned up, we had our friend in the back of the car because we thought everything would be normal. 'As soon as we sat down I saw two babies and not one, I was floored by that. I have twins in my family and as soon as we found out I was already nervous as we've not had a great history of twins in our family.' The Love Island star broke down in tears as she revealed: 'One of the babies just basically didn't have a heartbeat but I'd had no symptoms, no pain, no bleeding to tell me that was what we were walking into. We were floored, we were expecting to have these two little babies.' The star had experienced vanishing twin syndrome, which occurs when one twin passes away in the womb and 'vanishes' and studies suggest happens in roughly 36% of twin pregnancies. Olivia heartbreakingly revealed that 'the one beautiful part of it' is that the babies do 'absorb back into your body' and that's what the couple have been 'holding onto'. The reality star continued: 'The baby had completely absorbed into my body at 14 weeks, just completely gone which is tremendously sad knowing they're still in there. 'I am so lucky to have experienced that moment of possibly having twins, it's something that not everyone gets to feel so even having those two little babies at that time.' Alex then emotionally chimed in with: 'I built this scenario up in my mind, I was thinking of the future. 'I thought it was 100% happening and I had come to terms with it. I never really had a big family, I'm an only child and have no contact with my dad so it was an amazing thing for me.'
