Housebuilder sponsors local team with new strips
The housebuilder has continued to provide valuable sponsorship support to the Saints, which has squads born from 2010 to 2019, since 2018. During this time, it has donated both strips and branded backpacks to the children.
Currently selling from Phase Nine at Oaktree Gardens, Allanwater Homes is now celebrating a two decade legacy in the wee County town, and continues to make a positive impact on community life, through sponsorship and involvement in local community initiatives, such as the Alloa Food Bank.
Paul Robertson, Chairman of the Alloa Saints, expressed his gratitude to Allanwater Homes, by saying: 'Having a regular committed sponsor and board takes away the uncertainty of not knowing how new kit will be provided. Allanwater Homes continuing support has gone above and beyond what we could ever have hoped for.'
'We had a great season last year, our 22nd successful year since the club was founded. We continue to grow and attract more local youngsters to play football, keep fit and have fun.'
Paul finished by saying that the Saints had raised funds for themselves by carrying out a series of fundraising walks throughout May, raising in excess of £4000, and were now looking forward to the Alan McGillivray Memorial Football Festival, taking place on the 21st and 22nd of June and 9/10 August.
In all, the Club expect to see in excess of 140 teams descend on West End Park during the four day festival which is sponsored by local company, Sports Markings Scotland, who will be marking out all the pitches for the event. The Club are looking forward to raising funds over the four days for two great charities, Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland, and Forth Valley First responders.

Paul has since deleted the post - but his comments appear to imply that the American believes the super-middleweight king suffers from plantar fasciitis. Plantar fasciitis is a condition that causes pain on the bottom of your foot, around your heel and arch. Symptoms of the condition include pain and stiffness in the heel and arch of the foot, often worse in the morning or after periods of rest, pain that gradually improves with activity but worsens with prolonged standing or walking or stiffness in the foot, especially upon waking or after sitting for a while. People who suffer from plantar fasciitis are advised to get plenty of rest and reduce activities that aggravate the pain, apply ice packs to the affected area to reduce inflammation and regular stretching of the calf muscles and plantar fascia can help relieve symptoms. Paul and Alvarez have traded barbs over the last few months. The 'Problem Child' slammed the Mexican after the four-weight world champion signed a four-fight deal with Riyadh Season instead of facing the YouTuber. The two parties had been in talks to fight in May before the deal collapsed. Paul was quick to hit out at Alvarez, claiming that a contract for the clash was signed by the two parties. "We had a signed contract to fight," Paul said in a video posted on social media. "Here you can see Canelo's signature and my signature to the right. Claiming he's not fighting YouTubers. Bulls***... The 'Problem Child' has made a fortune over the last few years in the sport of boxing - but has recently admitted it was not all plain sailing at the start Jake Paul has surprisingly admitted he "didn't make much" money during his first year as a professional boxer. The YouTuber-turned-boxer made his professional back in 2020 - two years after knocking out Deji Olatunji in an white-collar showdown. During the first few bouts, the 'Problem Child' made a habit of fighting fellow social media influencers and former MMA stars. He gradually worked his way up and is now pocketing a fortune every time he steps foot inside the ring. With a professional record of 11-1, Paul's only career defeat came against rival Tommy Fury back in 2023. It is fair to say Paul is no stranger to a staggering payday. Back in November, following his last win over Mike Tyson, the 'Problem Child' reportedly earned $40million (£29.7m) for the controversial showdown. While to many the aforementioned fee is a staggering amount, Paul claims he has been averaging $40m for the past few years in boxing. "I've roughly been averaging around $40million a year for the past four years in boxing," Paul told the Iced Coffee Hour podcast. "The first year, year and a half of boxing, I didn't make much. It is a lot of money, and I am definitely blessed and grateful, but it feels like every bit of it was earned. I worked my a*** off every day for 12 years straight, and then finally everything clicks overnight, and then eight, nine years into it I feel like I can make what I finally deserve. I feel like every penny I have made, I deserve more because of the amount of work I have put into it. I think my biggest paydays in the sport of boxing are still to come for sure." The 28-year-old is once again expected to earn a fortune as he is scheduled to make his return to the ring next weekend against former middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. There are a few ho predict a tough night at the office for Paul. However, boxing legend Shawn Porter has confidently predicted that the social media sensation will emerge victorious next weekend. Speaking on The Porter Way Podcast, he said.
