King Charles pays sweet birthday tribute to Prince William
With the Prince of Wales turning 43 today, his father King Charles has paid a touching tribute to his son by posting a picture on social media.
To mark the 43rd birthday of the Prince of Wales, King Charles and Queen Camilla shared a touching birthday post on social media this morning. Along with sharing their well wishes for the prince, a picture of Prince William was posted on social media.
Shared earlier this year, the image on X showed the 43-year-old wearing a blue shirt and smiling while sitting on a rock wall in the countryside. Many fans of Prince William have commented that the Royal is 'ageing like a fine wine' in the run up to his birthday.
However, many fans of the Royal family are wondering if Prince Harry will be sending his best wishes to mark his older brother's birthday.
Royal fans have also said that they have been delighted to see adorable details emerge about the future king's marriage with Kate Middleton, reports the Mirror. At an event that took place earlier this week, fans were thrilled to see the prince grinning at his wife.
Appearing at the Order of the Garter in Windsor on Monday, June 16, the couple were seen to be united as they stunned fans with their gorgeous ensemble.
Kate was seen in an all-white Self-Portrait dress and matching wide-brim hat, while William wore dark blue velvet mantles - the insignia of the order- and a distinctive feathered bonnet.
In an Instagram post showing the happy couple, the caption read: "A pleasure attending the Order of the Garter today in Windsor. A brilliant celebration of tradition, service and duty. Thank you to everyone involved."
Fans were quick to praise the couple in the comments, as one person wrote: "Those two are aging like a fine wine!"
Another fan also noted the look of 'true love' that Princess Kate was giving to her husband. They said: "20+ years & 3 adorable children[...] Catherine only has eyes for Prince William. This is true love."
However, not everyone was blown away by the couple and their appearance, as one person remarked: "Lovely. However, William needs gone of that beard. Makes him look old."
Despite this, many fans were highly complimentary, with another person writing: "What a treat for us Royal watchers! Princess Catherine looks absolutely stunning and Prince William as handsome as ever!"
While one person added: "Prince William and Princess Catherine look absolutely stunning and majestic!!"
As Prince William turns 43 today, many people have been left speculating if his estranged younger brother, Prince Harry, will also mark the occasion.
At the moment it is thought that the brothers are not on speaking terms. Last year, the Royal family took to social media to pay tribute to the Duke of Sussex's 40th birthday.
On X, the Royal Family posted a photo with Harry smiling to mark the occasion, writing: "Wishing The Duke of Sussex a very happy 40th birthday today!"

While it is unknown if Prince Harry will send his regards, the Princess of Wales took to Instagram to post a birthday message for her husband. In the image, the prince is seen to be sat surrounded by gorgeous puppies, with the caption saying: "Happy birthday! Love C, G, C, L, Orla and the puppies!"

James Argent beams in snaps with Towie pals after ex breaks silence on assault
James Argent joined The Only Way Is Essex stars Georgia Kousoulou and Tommy Fordham to celebrate their wedding day - after his ex, Nicoline Artursson, broke her silence on his suspended jail sentence James Argent looked like butter wouldn't melt as he posed alongside his good friends Georgia Kousoulou and Tommy Fordham at their wedding - weeks after being convicted of domestic abuse. The 37-year-old reality star was a guest at the nuptials of the former The Only Way Is Essex stars. Georgia, 34, and Tommy, 33, first tied-the-knot in December 2023, but held a second, more lavish celebration this week. The bride and groom highlighted their day with loved up snaps that they shared on social media on Saturday. With Georgia shining in her pristine wedding dress and Tommy looking smart in a sand coloured suit, the pair shared details of their big day - which took place in Spain on Friday. The couple wrote in a joint post: "20.06.2025 . Our Dream wedding finally happened... Best day of our lives. Surrounded by so much love. Can not wait to get all of our pictures & videos back to show you how incredible it was & you'll be able to watch it all." With the couple sharing their happy news, it appeared the all clear was awarded for guests from the event to share snaps from the celebrations too - and James was one such participant to upload photos himself. In a post on his main grid, the disgraced star wrote: "My Best Friend's Wedding. Congratulations to @georgiakousoulou @iamtommyfordham. "I'll never forget us all being in Ibiza over 10 years ago, When you first got together. I knew back then you were destined for each other. You've stuck by each other's side through thick & thin." Arg continued: "Tommy always said I would sing at their wedding one day & it happened. I had so much fun being your Master Of Ceremonies too, You've both always supported me." He added: "I can't wait to make many more memories together as we get older, I love you both so much." Arg's post was met with a wall of support from famous friends as he has limited his comments. Georgia herself was among those replying, typing: "Love you" alongside a single red heart emoji. While former Towie star Ferne McCann also typed "Love" alongside a string of red heart emojis. Last month, Arg disgusted fans when he left his now-former partner Nicoline Artursson "bloodied and bruised" after pushing her down concrete stairs at a property in Spain. He received a suspended sentence for his actions after striking a plea deal and admitting to a lesser crime of "mistreatment". Following the horrific incident, Nicoline has been reclaiming her power and declaring she won't be silenced and has been sharing empowering messages online. Last week she urged her followers to make sure they "partner with the right power" while sharing photographs of herself looking happy and smiling. In a moving Instagram post, she wrote: "Surround yourself with ONLY people who shares the motto of wanting to be their best extraordinary self with you and others." She continue: "In the mist of a set-back there is a comeback laying ahead of you. I'm so blessed and privileged to be learning from our dear family friend @timstoreyofficial. "I thank each and every one of you for all your supportive kindness & love you've been showing me - It means more than you'll ever know! I appreciate you all so much." Hinting towards her ordeal, she continued: "Going through hardships, your focus will be put to a test. Where you re-direct your mindset will be crucial. "This does not mean to surpress any emotions or feelings - It means to go through them fully no matter how hard it is. The power of humanity is that we cheer each other on when good things are happening and we help each other out when life take you rock bottom. So let's come together! Surround yourself with pure and warmhearted people who will be there with you and let them know they matter to you. "I feel so passionate about helping others going through big as small hurdles to show you life has a plan for you." And concluding her post, she added: "Remember, we stand strongest together." Her message was met with a wall of support, with one follower typing in reply: "So pleased you have found peace after your horrific experience."

"And I picked it up, and it was Debbie, Liam's manager and his wife, and Liam in the background as well. And then Liam, he'd just spoken to Noel and they just discussed it, and they just said, 'You know, look, we just spoke to our kid. Do you want to open up on the tour?' "I was like, 'You know, I think I do actually!' And it was a really cool conversation, and then we were blown away like, I mean, it was like the best news we could have hoped for." He adds: "It's the biggest tour this year and it authenticates the legacy of Cast. This is a band in previous years if there was a Britpop list, top 20, we wouldn't even be in it. "But now you can't do it. Because it's like the biggest band of that time are saying 'check this out'." As well as the call from Liam, Cast firmly have the Oasis seal-of-approval with Noel Gallagher previously describing frontman John as being 'as cosmic as the day is long.' Fans can expect John to belt out 'Alright' and 'Finetime' to fire up audiences from the off, while slow burners such as 'Sandstorm' and 'Walkaway' are perfect for early singalongs in the stadiums. After touring with Oasis, Cast will then be on the road themselves with dates going through the year. The second and main support act will be Richard Ashcroft, the former Verve frontman. He has been playing alongside Oasis since the Nineties when they began. When they started out Oasis would support The Verve at shows because they were the bigger band. Speaking about the upcoming tour, Richard said: "I see it as I've got a very important part to play in this. "You know, back in the day Oasis supported The Verve and then it flipped around and we supported Oasis at Earls Court, then I as a solo artist have played with Oasis." He went on to tell the Chris Moyles Show on Radio X: "I said to Noel, 'You know, I think I'm the only person who could go in this slot. Especially for a huge outdoor show, because everyone wants you lot. And unless you're coming with something, unless you've got something to offer, I don't know what's gonna happen'." Get Liam Gallagher updates straight to your WhatsApp! As the hotly anticipated Oasis reunion tour grows closer, the Mirror has launched its very own Oasis WhatsApp community where you'll get all the latest news on Liam Gallagher in the lead up to the band's gigs. A two-time Ivor Novello Award winner (Songwriter of the Year and Outstanding Contribution To British Music), Ashcroft has become an accomplished and influential songwriters. His first chapter with The Verve reached a remarkable peak with 'Urban Hymns', and his support slot is sure to be a hit-laden set with the likes of 'Bitter Sweet Symphony', 'The Drugs Don't Work', 'Lucky Man' and 'Sonnet'. These tracks made Urban Hymns one of the biggest selling albums in UK history with 11 x Platinum certifications. As well as the Oasis Live 25 tour, Ashcroft will play select headline shows and festivals this Summer. According to the official Prinicipality Stadium website, doors open for the opening gig on July 4 at 5pm. Both support acts will be expected to play 30-45 minutes on stage, before the main event of Oasis back on stage for the first time since 2009. Based on previous shows at the Principality Stadium, the main headline act normally ends around 10.20pm. Cast would therefore be on stage around 6.30, followed by Richard Ashcroft, with Oasis taking to the stage around 8pm. Last Summer the Foo Fighters played the Principality Stadium and came on at 7.35pm but played an epic 25 song set. Oasis who are returning after some time away, may play a slightly shorter set, especially based on their history of punchier shorter set lists.

Prince Harry 'will extend olive branch to King Charles and Prince William by inviting them to the next Invictus Games' - but finale is set to clash with Queen's 80th birthday
The Duke of Sussex is to extend an olive branch to the Royal Family by inviting them to the 2027 Invictus Games, the Mail on Sunday can reveal. In the strongest indication yet that Prince Harry is keen for a reconciliation with the King and other senior Royals, it is understood that an emailed invitation will be sent out later this month, followed by a formal invitation. Sources said the timing of the invitation was designed to give the family the best possible chance of attending, given that Charles is known to draw up his schedule up to three years in advance. But the extraordinary move, which could see Harry pictured with the Royal Family for the first time since the late Queen's funeral, has raised eyebrows among some commentators. Ingrid Seward said: 'The King might attend to show support for the Armed Forces and congratulate Harry on the most significant success in his life. 'The only reason the King is wary of associating with his son is that he no longer trusts him not to repeat their private conversations as he has done in the past. This goes for all the working members of the family.' Fellow royal commentator Katie Nicholl added: 'The King absolutely wants a relationship with his youngest son and with his grandchildren. He has an incredible capacity for forgiveness and he wants to be magnanimous in all of this and therefore there's certainly a possibility that the King might consider attending Invictus.' Despite the Royals' previously strong support for Invictus, the invitation – should anyone choose to accept it – is likely to cause some headaches for Royal aides as it involves a major scheduling conflict. The Games are set to open at Birmingham's NEC on July 12, 2027, and will conclude on July 17 – the day Queen Camilla turns 80 – for which there are likely to already be some celebrations planned. It also remains to be seen whether the Duke would risk bringing Meghan and their children Archie, six, and four-year-old Lilibet, to the UK for the event, having previously insisted he could not do so unless the family were offered 'full police protection'. 'Harry has agreed that Invictus should extend an invitation to his family,' a source told The Mail on Sunday. 'Invictus hopes the Royal Family will come along to support the wounded veterans taking part. Harry is hopeful his father will set aside their differences to attend the Invictus Games and support veterans. 'The Royals have always been hugely supportive of Invictus and proud of what Harry has achieved in that arena. This is one olive branch from him which might be reciprocated.' Harry, 40, made it clear in a BBC interview last month that he would welcome a rapprochement with his father and with the wider family, despite acknowledging the hurt caused by his brutally honest memoir, Spare. 'There's no point in continuing to fight any more,' he said. 'Life is precious.' And he added: 'Forgiveness is 100 per cent a possibility because I would like to get my father and brother back.' The Invictus invitations are thought to represent the first time Harry has publicly reached out in a bid to gather his family together. The invitees and the wording of the invitations are said to have been approved by Harry, with the emails being sent to private secretaries at the Palace. The Games are expected to bring significant economic and social benefit to Birmingham. A spokesman for Invictus said: 'No formal invitations have been issued as preparations are in the early stages.'
