Sarah Ferguson believes late mother-in-law Queen Elizabeth is ‘talking' to her through her corgis

Yahoo17-05-2025

Talk about a doggone head scratcher.
Sarah Ferguson thinks her late former mother-in-law, Queen Elizabeth, is channeling her through the fallen monarch's beloved corgis, Muick and Sandy.
Prince Andrew's ex-wife, 65, revealed the bizarre revelation on stage at the Creative Women Platform Forum conference in London.
Ferguson and Andrew still live together at their family home, Royal Lodge, in Windsor, despite being divorced for nearly four decades.
The exes inherited the dogs following the Queen's death at age 96 in September 2022.
'I have her dogs. I have her corgis, so every morning they come in and go, 'Woof, woof' and all that and I'm sure it's her talking to me,' Ferguson explained at the conference, posting a clip of the conversation on Instagram.
Her wild claims sparked laughs from the audience. However, their laughter quickly subsided when the Duchess of York began speaking about her late mother-in-law.
'The real thing is that I had the greatest honor to be her daughter-in-law. You know, that's really huge,' Ferguson continued. 'When I was driving here, I saw the Elizabeth [train] line… I want everyone to remember what an amazing lady she was.'
Queen Elizabeth's love of corgis was well documented, with the former ruler of the Commonwealth owning more than 30 corgis and 'dorgi' mixes throughout her lifetime.
Muick and Sandy were gifted to the Queen by Prince Andrew and Ferguson in 2021, making them her last fury friends before her death.
After her passing, it was revealed that the exes would take ownership of her beloved doggos.
'The corgis will return to live at Royal Lodge with the Duke and Duchess. It was the Duchess who found the puppies, which were gifted to Her Majesty by the Duke,' a source told People at the time.
Ferguson has spoken out about Queen Elizabeth sending signs through her pets before.
'They are national icons, so every time they run chasing a squirrel, I panic,' she said in 2023 about the corgis. 'But they're total joys, and I always think that when they bark at nothing, and there's no squirrels in sight, I believe it's because the Queen is passing by.'
She also revealed her tight bond with Muick and Sandy, sharing, 'They're with me a lot, and they think I'm very funny.'
Ferguson never misses an opportunity to gloat over her animals, reminding her followers last month that she has several other dogs in the family.
Dedicating an Instagram post to her cute canines for International Pet Day on April 11, Ferguson shared several behind-the-scene snaps of her seven pups at home.
'From their wagging tails and comforting cuddles, to the calming presence and loyal companionship they give every single day, life is simply brighter with these amazing furry friends by my side,' she captioned the sweet shots.
The Queen's beloved corgis stuck by Ferguson's side as she battled two cancer diagnosis between Summer 2023 and the beginning of 2024.
She underwent a single mastectomy after discovering she had breast cancer in June 2023. She was also diagnosed with malignant melanoma, a form of skin cancer, in January 2024.
Ferguson and Prince Andrew share two kids: daughters Princess Eugenie, 35, and Princess Beatrice, 36, who revealed in May 2024 that her mom was 'all clear' after the double health scare.

King Charles Just Put the Nail in the Coffin in His Relationship With Harry Amid Reports There's ‘No Turning Back'

The relationship between King Charles and Prince Harry has been rocky for a while. That's been obvious. Prince Harry even spoke about his desire for a reconciliation during his latest BBC interview. And it's not the only relationship within the British royal family that people have been paying a lot of attention to. Prince Harry and Prince William are not getting along either, and there are always divorce rumors surrounding Prince William and Kate Middleton and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. But during Father's Day, King Charles might have sent the strongest message about his relationship with his son, Prince Harry. The Royal Family's Instagram account celebrated the day by posting a tribute to King Charles' father, Prince Philip, and to Queen Camilla's father, Major Bruce Shand. 'To all Dads everywhere, we wish you a happy Father's Day today,' the caption read. More from StyleCaster Where Charles Stands With Harry's Kids as William Goes After Archie & Lilibet For Their Father's 'Ultimate Windsor Crime' Princess Beatrice Seemingly Snubbed by Royal Family Amid Reports William Wants Her 'Disgraced' Dad Banished Related: Did William really cheat on Kate? The account also shared a video clip of baby Charles and his father on Stories. What wasn't present? Any mention of King Charles' sons, Prince William and Prince Harry. However, considering the King celebrated on Trooping the Colour a day before with Prince William, Kate Middleton, and their three children, it truly feels like more of a slight on Prince Harry than anyone else. Neither he nor his wife, Meghan Markle, was present for Trooping the Colour, for the third year in a row. Prince William and Kate Middleton also celebrated Father's Day with their own Instagram post featuring a family photo of William with Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. 'Happy Father's Day, Papa (before and after!) We love you! G, C & L,' the caption read. The entire family had also posted a picture the day before, for Trooping the Colour. This comes amid reports that 'there is no turning back' for the relationship. Royals expert Hilary Fordwich told Fox News in June 2025 that, while Charles is still 'tender' toward reconciling with his son, William has 'shut the door' on Harry, and wants their father to follow suit. 'King Charles remains tender towards his son but can't risk communication. Prince William now has absolutely no interest in mending fences. Those close to the king say he [shouldn't] make peace with Harry in a way that would burden Prince William's future reign. The animosity is so deep that William has shut the door on Harry. Charles is not willing to go against his heir's wishes.' Things are indeed so bad that another source told the outlet that the two might not see each other again until their father dies. 'The funeral of Charles would be the first time that courtiers would imagine [them reuniting],' the source said. 'I can't imagine William would invite Harry to his coronation.' Harry's relationship with William is broken. His relationship with his father isn't doing much better. And there was no acknowledgment of his place in the royal family during Father's Day, which one would think would be an important day for all, even if the rumors of a feud are true. All bad signs for a relationship people have been hoping can be fixed before it's too late. Gracie Abrams Is a One-Woman Pharmacy

'I think there's probably 20 to 30 items in here,' Gracie Abrams says, plopping her black velvet Chanel 25 bag on the table. 'But I could be wrong—there could be upwards of 30. We'll find out together.' (Spoiler alert: it's many, many more.) First on the docket is a pile of cords knotted together, ensnaring an eyelash curler and a pen. 'This is a perfect representation of the state of things,' she jokes. Included in her nest of wires are her headphones, which she's been using to listen to Japanese Breakfast, Jeff Buckley, Haim, and Lady Gaga. The singer's bag is also something of a portable pharmacy. Voice preservation is naturally top of mind, so Abrams carries Ricola cough drops and a steroid inhaler ('really sexy') with her. But she's also got Flonase, Flamingo Estate Maunka Honey cream, lavender-scented hand sanitizer, Advil, electrolyte mix, and—what's that?—another Flonase! Abrams is feeling especially motivated thanks to the new midnight blue journal she's had for the past month or so, which she bought at her 'favorite store in the world,' Choosing Keeping in London. 'It feels charged, energetically,' she says. 'There's something very inspiring about this journal.' Ideally, she likes to keep separate her songwriting and journaling spaces, but, hey, when inspiration strikes… Today, however, she writes, 'Sitting here, showing Vogue my nasal sprays. What a life.' What a life, indeed! Here, watch on as Gracie Abrams gives us a tour of her stuffed-to-the-brim bag, from the custom sticker a fan made of her dog, Weenie, to the lip product that makes her feel instantly like herself.
