WWE Worlds Collide 2025 results: Octagon Jr picks up a win, brawls with Dominik Mysterio
Dominiik Mysterio challenged Octagon Jr to a match at Money in the Bank 2025 after the latter picked up a massive win in a six-man tag match at WWE Worlds Collide. 'Dom' will put his Intercontinental title on the line in the contest.
Octagon Jr shines at WWE Worlds Collide
Octagon Jr, Mr Iguana, and Aero Star beat LWO in the opening match of WWE Worlds Collide 2025, an event that features talent from AAA and the Stamford-based promotion. Octagon Jr started off the match against Cruz Del Toro. The two put on a bit of a show before the mult-man nature of the contest took centre stage. Mr Iguana, in particular, left the audience stunned with his unique mannerisms and unusual interactions with a stuffed toy.
Aero Star too garnered attention when he took down his rivals with a 'suicide dive' to the outside. However, the biggest highlight of the match came in the dying moments when Octagon Jr pinned Lince Dorado with a move of the top rope for the pin. After the match, Dominik Mysterio insulted his father and WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio.

This upset Octagon Jr, who confronted him. 'Dom' and the AAA star then brawled in the ring till security separated the two. Dominik then challenged him to a match at WWE Money in the Bank, which will be held later in the night.. Octagon Jr considers Rey Mysterio to be his idol.

Producer of multilingual superhit 'Eega' issues copyright infringement notice to Malayalam movie 'Lovely'
KOCHI: The producer of the 2012 superhit multilingual movie 'Eega', directed by noted filmmaker S S Rajamouli, has issued a copyright infringement notice to the recently released Malayalam film 'Lovely' for portraying a housefly as a character. The Hyderabad-based production company Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram, in a press release here, alleged the movie 'Lovely' has reproduced, appropriated and exploited the character of a housefly 'visually' and 'narratively' identical to the housefly protagonist in its 2012 film. However, the makers of the Malayalam 3D film have denied the charges and said they will face the case 'legally'. They maintain that the film tells the story of a young dreamer who is capable of conversing with a housefly. On the other hand, the film 'Eega' is a revenge drama in which a murdered man incarnates as a housefly to protect his lover and take revenge against the antagonist.
