Madhuri Dixit once screamed at this actor, she started crying and…, his name is…, the reason was…
In the dazzling world of Bollywood, the reel and real life of celebrities often become a blur. The on-screen chemistry of celebrities is often idealised and widely hailed. One such story is of a on-screen pair whose chemistry lit up the screen, creating an unmatchable magic that ruled the box office.
The duo that we are talking about is none other than Madhuri Dixit and Anil Kapoor. In the late 80s and 90s, this pairing was considered lucky as they delivered hit after hit together. From Tezaab, Ram Lakhan, or Beta, audiences couldn't get enough of their on-screen romance. But behind the magic that they created through their romantic pairing were some behind-the-scenes that never came into the limelight. To execute these perfect romantic scenes, there were stories of discomfort and struggle.
One such moment happened in the year 2000, when Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit shot for a film called Apna Pukar, which was never released in the theatres.
Set in the romantic landscape of Alaska, Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit went to shoot their romantic song called 'Kismat Se Tum Humko Mile' in the sub-zero temperatures. While the location was aesthetically breathtaking, its cold temperature made it physically discomforting for them. Especially because Madhuri had to shoot donning a thin layered chiffon saree in this scorching cold.
During the appearance of Madhuri Dixit and Anil Kapoor on The Kapil Sharma Show, the duo spilled some beans on their behind-the-scenes moments of Apna Pukar. Recalling with joy, Anil Kapoor revealed that he got scolded by Madhuri Dixit during the shoot, and the reason behind that also had us in splits.
Anil said that he was fully covered in layers of warm clothes – a full suit, muffler, gloves, and boots. Whereas Madhuri was donning a delicate chiffon saree. Anil admitted that he suggested that Madhuri wear the saree in such freezing temperatures. He added he even suggested flying a helicopter overhead to generate artificial wind. 'When we were shooting, there was a lot of wind, but then suddenly the wind stopped. But the need of the scene was that the icy winds should continue to blow, and the song should be shot. In such a situation, I suggested to the makers that we should fly the helicopter from above,' he said.
What followed later was an unforgettable moment for Madhuri. As the helicopter hovered to create the desired wind effect, the already freezing Madhuri began to shiver uncontrollably. She said, 'I was turning blue. My face was frozen, and I couldn't even lip-sync properly.' She finally broke down. 'I screamed and shouted for the first time in my life and then started crying,' she confessed.

Meet actress who made her debut at 15, left acting due to…, made a come back, gave Rs 1000 crore film, her name is…
In a world where box office records are mostly headlined by male superstars, one actress silently broke the mould — and the Rs 1000 crore ceiling — without the noise or nepotism. While most would guess names like Madhuri Dixit, Aishwarya Rai, or Katrina Kaif, the real game-changer is someone who started acting at 15, debuted in a blink-and-miss Bollywood film (Chand Sa Roshan Chehra, 2005), and then disappeared — only to rise as a megastar in South Indian cinema. Who is she? She is none other than Tamannaah Bhatia, her trajectory is anything but conventional. After her Bollywood debut, she shifted gears and made a mark down South. Her breakthrough came with Happy Days (Telugu, 2007), and her momentum continued with Tamil films like Kalloori and Ayan, solidifying her presence in both industries. Then came 2015, and the project that changed everything: Baahubali: The Beginning. The epic saga not only became a cultural phenomenon but also raked in over Rs 600 crore worldwide. Two years later, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion shattered every box office projection and made cinematic history, crossing Rs 1810 crore globally. With that, Tamannaah etched her name in history as the first Indian actress to be part of a Rs 1000 crore film, proving that a leading lady can carry the legacy of a blockbuster as powerfully as her male counterparts. Today, Tamannaah continues to strike a balance between Bollywood and South cinema. Most recently, she appeared in Raid 2 opposite Ajay Devgn, a move that reflects her effortless cross-industry appeal. She may not make headlines every day, but Tamannaah's success speaks volumes in crores.

'I want to thank Netflix for giving us that much budget that we could afford Sidhu paaji," he quipped. He later clarified that his own film commitments had also played a role in the postponement. While the spotlight was on Kapil's upcoming films, Archana Puran Singh shared that she, too, had been busy—managing her vlogs. This led Kapil to make another playful jab, claiming that her vlogs were just a clever excuse to let her family dine out for free. In a classic Kapil punchline, he quipped that her food videos were more fraud than vlog, triggering laughs from the audience. This translated to an average payout of approximately Rs 20 lakh per episode during that period. However, with his recent return to the show on a digital platform, industry sources suggest that his remuneration has seen a significant upswing. Since the new season on Netflix airs only one episode per week, Sidhu is reportedly commanding a far higher fee than before. Current estimates place his per-episode salary in the range of Rs 30 to Rs 40 lakh, signaling a dramatic increase from his previous earnings. This surge in his compensation reflects both the exclusivity of the OTT format and Sidhu's continued popularity among audiences.
