ROSHN, the PIF-backed real estate group, has opened sales for Aldanah, a large-scale residential project in Dhahran set to include over 2,000 homes and extensive green and community spaces.
ROSHN Group has launched the first sales phase of Aldanah, a new residential development located near King Abdulaziz Road in Dhahran, with over 1,000 units now available. The offering includes a mix of standard and premium villas and duplexes, forming part of a broader plan to deliver more than 2,000 homes across the site.
Spanning around 1.7 million square metres, Aldanah sits between Dammam, Dhahran, and Al Khobar, and is roughly 35 minutes from King Fahd International Airport. The project aims to serve growing demand for housing in the Eastern Province, while integrating public infrastructure and shared amenities into the neighbourhood fabric.
The development includes more than 145,000 square metres of green space, alongside schools, mosques, retail areas, and community centres. Pedestrian-focused design features such as shaded walkways and accessible streets are also central to the plan.
Aldanah residents will have access to digital services and ongoing support through ROSHN's Community App, part of the company's model for managed, integrated living environments. The launch follows ROSHN's continued expansion across Saudi Arabia's major regions as part of broader housing and urban development goals under Vision 2030.

New Digital Tool Streamlines Foreign Marriage & Divorce in Egypt

The Ministry of Justice has launched a pilot digital platform to help citizens access documentation requirements for foreign marriages and divorces, aiming to simplify legal processes. Jun 21, 2025 Egypt has introduced a pilot digital service that allows users to check documentation requirements for foreign marriages and divorces through an online platform. The new tool is part of the country's broader digital transformation agenda under Vision 2030 and follows presidential directives to improve public access to legal services. Available via the Ministry of Justice's digital portal, the service is designed to support Egyptians marrying foreign nationals, as well as Christian citizens who belong to different denominations or sects. It provides guidance on required documents for procedures including marriage, divorce, legal review, and confirmation. This is the first time such a service has been made available online and is expected to significantly reduce the need for repeat visits to the Office of Foreign Marriages and its affiliated branches. The platform reflects ongoing efforts to modernise Egypt's administrative processes and improve efficiency in citizen-facing services.

Diriyah House Brings the Kingdom's History to London

This initiative supports the global strategy to raise awareness and build partnerships. Diriyah House will host events, exhibitions, and engagements to attract investment and tourism before openings. Diriyah Company has launched 'Diriyah House' in London's exclusive One Hyde Park, as part of its strategy to expand global outreach and attract foreign investment to Saudi Arabia's flagship cultural destination. Situated in Knightsbridge, the facility is designed to serve as an immersive marketing platform introducing investors and stakeholders to the Diriyah Masterplan — the comprehensive development set to transform the historic Saudi city into a world-leading heritage destination. Projected to welcome over 50 million visits annually by 2030, Diriyah is a cornerstone of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, rooted in the Kingdom's cultural identity and history. The newly unveiled Diriyah House offers a state-of-the-art marketing suite that features interactive content and digital visualisations aligned with global investor expectations. 'We are thrilled to launch the Diriyah House in the heart of London, where our team will present Diriyah's story on a global stage through a distinctive experience worthy of its heritage," Group CEO Jerry Inzerillo said. "This step advances our international reach as we build one of the world's most iconic destinations rooted in the Kingdom's history, culture, and identity.' Diriyah House is set to officially open in early July 2025 in partnership with Sotheby's International Realty, which will operate the facility.
