Teoh's family slams ex-boss' silence on NFA decision
The family of Teoh Beng Hock has condemned former Selangor executive councillor Ean Yong Hian Wah for his continued silence over the Attorney-General's Chambers'(AGC) decision to classify Beng Hock's case as no further action.
In a scathing Facebook post, Beng Hock's sister Teoh Lee Lan expressed deep frustration that Ean Yong (above) - her brother's superior at the time of his death - has yet to speak up or take a clear stand, even 21 days after the AGC's NFA decision was made public.

Senior citizen beaten up, suspect arrested in Tumpat
KOTA BHARU: Police have confirmed that a 75-year-old man was allegedly beaten by a man who was subsequently detained by the public in an incident that went viral on Facebook on Friday. Tumpat district police chief ACP Mohd Khairi Shafie said the police received a report regarding the incident at 8.38 pm. He said the incident occurred on the same day at around 8 pm when the complainant was closing up his grocery store in Kampung Kebun, Pengkalan Kubor. 'Suddenly, a local man in his 30s entered the premises and used his hand to hit the victim for no apparent reason, causing injuries to that area,' he said in a statement yesterday.
