Amanda Holden showed off her incredible figure in a green mini dress as she made a leggy appearance at Heart Breakfast Show on Friday.
The presenter, 54, was all smiles in the outfit, which she accessorised with a large pair of sunglasses and silver Christian Louboutin heels.
As temperatures soared to 29 degrees in the capital, the star opted to wear her long blonde hair down in subtle waves.
The star credits her slim physique with having a balanced diet and a varied exercise routine which includes yoga and running.
Amanda has also praised the benefits of getting enough water, previously telling the MailOnline: 'It's good for my body and soul'.
But while Amanda is clearly proud of her incredible body, she stressed that she does not restrict her diet and enjoys treats in moderation.

The star's leggy display comes after she sent temperatures soaring as she showed off her jaw-dropping figure in a pink bikini while filming a new campaign in Mallorca earlier this month.
The radio host shared the new racy clip on her Instagram page - informing fans she was on the sunny Spanish island for work purposes.
In the stunning video, the Britain's Got Talent judge radiated confidence while strutting her stuff by a pool in the skimpy pink two-piece, adding strappy open-toe heels to complete the revealing look.

Amanda was in Mallorca to film a new ad for UK brand Revive Collagen, founded by TOWIE star Samantha Faiers.

As Amanda dropped her trousers on camera, Jamie explained: 'Slightly distracting... Amanda's in the corner of the studio without any clothes on - which is a first not for her of course - but the rest of us.'
Ashley interjected: 'She looks amazing!'
As Amanda was presented with the images of herself nude, she seemed delighted with the outcomes.
Yet Jamie was quick to put an end to the bizarre segment as he called out 'can you put a top on because it's slightly distracting?!'

The Duchess of Sussex, 43, opened up on a podcast this week with entrepreneur and CEO Emma Grede. 5 5 5 She sat down to speak with the founding partner of Kardashian brand Skims, on her show Aspire. The mum-of-two was asked by her host: "If you could rewrite your public narrative from scratch, is there anything you would do differently?" Meghan replied: "Yes. I would ask people to tell the truth." Grede came back: "You're very measured about it, I would just get so angry if I felt like everyone was lying about me all the time." He said: "I think Samara and I, as well as others, do tell the truth about her and I don't think she likes it very much." The royal expert added: "No one would actually listen to Meghan Markle if it wasn't for the fact she married Prince Harry. "It's because she's married to Harry it gives the soap opera quality that seems to appeal to everyone.
