Junior Forward Donte Bacchus led the team in scoring with 19 points and 8 rebounds. Fellow junior Jacari Lane, a Lou Henson Mid-Major Player of the Year finalist, added 12 points.
This concludes the seventh season under head coach Tony Pujol, who took over the program at the start of UNA's move to Division I. Pujol has led the Lions to 102 wins in those seven seasons with a 66-27 record at home.

Ryder Cup update: Keegan Bradley not the only big riser post-Travelers

With his victory Sunday at the Travelers Championship, Keegan Bradley took a massive step toward being the first playing captain at the Ryder Cup since Arnold Palmer in 1963. Bradley birdied the last hole at TPC River Highlands to edge Tommy Fleetwood, who bogeyed two of his last three holes, and win the Travelers for the second time in three years. Bradley's win also came on the year anniversary of him getting the call from the PGA of America asking if he'd captain this year's American team at Bethpage. Long adamant that he would not pick himself as one of 12 competitors, Bradley is now up to seventh in the world rankings and ninth in U.S. Ryder Cup points, which has forced him to change his tune. 'I will play if I feel like it will help the team,' Bradley said Sunday evening. Bradley hasn't played a Ryder Cup since 2014, when he made his second straight appearance. Fleetwood's sixth career runner-up on the PGA Tour moved him five spots to second in European Ryder Cup points, only behind Rory McIlroy. Russell Henley, who shared second at Travelers with Fleetwood, also made a big jump, moving inside the top six to fourth. The top six in points after the BMW Championship will automatically qualify while six captain's picks will be made after the Tour Championship. In the latest U.S. Ryder Cup team rankings, Russell Henley has moved into the top six

With Keegan Bradley's thrilling win Sunday at the Travelers Championship, talk is heating up about him being a playing captain at the 2025 Ryder Cup in September. There is a case to be made that that is best avoided, and Bradley has insisted several times he merely wants do to what's best for the team. On Sunday, the rankings for the U.S. team for the Ryder Cup were updated and Bradley has climbed to ninth. Only the top six are guaranteed a spot; the other six will be captain's picks. If Bradley stays outside the top six, would he pick himself? Time will tell. What we do know is that there is a new name in the top six for the American squad: Russell Henley. And that means someone else had to fall out of the top six, and that would be Collin Morikawa. Scottie Scheffler is the only player who has clinched a spot on the team. As noted on the official Ryder Cup website: "The top six eligible players following the BMW Championship on August 17, 2025 will make the team." The rankings below are as of June 22, 2025. Top six U.S. automatic qualifers for 2025 Ryder Cup team The rest of the top 12 for 2025 U.S. Ryder Cup team As thing stand now, there would be three 2025 automatic qualifiers who were on the team two years ago, with two others – Collin Morikawa and Brian Harman – in decent shape to make the team again. That leaves seven others from the 2023 team that have work to do. Notable 2023 automatic qualifiers in the 2025 rankings Patrick Cantlay (14), Wyndham Clark (22), Max Homa (36). Notable 2023 captain's picks in the 2025 rankings Sam Burns (15), Jordan Spieth (25), Rickie Fowler (44), Brooks Koepka (65).
