A 25-year-old Caledon man is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for second-degree murder in connection with a deadly carjacking that killed a delivery driver in July 2023.
The incident occurred on July 9, 2023, near Britannia and Creditview roads. Police say 24-year-old Gurvinder Nath was making a food delivery in Mississauga when he was lured to an address and swarmed by unknown suspects. During an attempted carjacking, a struggle broke out, and the suspects fled in his Volkswagen Jetta, leaving Nath on the side of the road with life-threatening injuries. He was taken to Sunnybrook Hospital, where he died days later.
