
Death Sentence for Main Defendant in the Case of Martyr Colonel Al-Dalabeh, Various Prison Sentences for Others
The State Security Court on Monday sentenced the main defendant to death in the case related to the Al-Husseiniya events, which led to the martyrdom of Colonel Dr. Abdel-Razzaq Al-Dalabeh, along with two other Public Security officers nearly two years ago. اضافة اعلان According to defense lawyer Mousa Al-Abdallat, the court also sentenced: Three defendants to 20 years in prison, Two others to 10 years, Another to 9 years, And the final defendant to 3 years for failing to report criminal plans to the authorities. The court acquitted two individuals of the charges brought against them.
The convicted individuals were found guilty of terrorism-related charges, including committing terrorist acts resulting in death, illegal use of firearms, and promoting a terrorist organization (ISIS).
