Chitrangada Singh is the latest celebrity to speak out against the relentless trolling faced by actresses who choose to undergo cosmetic enhancements. In a recent interview, the actress expressed her disappointment with the harsh judgment and personal attacks women in the entertainment industry face when they opt for fillers or other appearance-related procedures.
'I think if somebody is in a visual medium and is using something to enhance themselves, it's absolutely fine. I have no moral judgement on that… We are evolving and I don't see anything wrong with that," Chitrangada said. She said that individual choices about appearance should not become grounds for moral scrutiny. 'Does somebody overdo it? Maybe. But that's their idea of beauty. Who are you to decide? So, I feel that unnecessary assassinating somebody's whole character over it, I don't approve of that at all."
Her statement comes at a time when several actresses and public figures have been under the spotlight for alleged cosmetic procedures, facing intense online scrutiny and body-shaming.

There was one more that I am forgetting, and then there was 'Chalte Chalte' that starred Shah Rukh Khan and Rani Mukerji, which I wasn't around for at all," said the 'Housefull 5' actor. "They had run into some trouble and wanted to desperately cast someone. SRK had told me this. Saeed Mirza had loved my work, and they were looking for me. Juhi Chawla's brother Bobby was looking for my number. I had worked with SRK on an ad film when he had told me all this,' said Chitrangda.
