Nothing on Thursday (June 19, 2025) shared on X that Phone 3 will have Glyph Matrix at the back. It replaces the Glyph interface that used to feature on previous generation phones.
Nothing Phone 3 will be launched on July 1 along with Headphone 1.
'When light becomes language...Introducing the Glyph Matrix,' tweeted Nothing.
Earlier, Nothing announced that they had 'killed the glyph interface.' It was then speculated that Phone 3 will not have it but instead feature a dot matrix design.
We still do not know what purpose the new Glyph Matrix will serve. It could be similar to the glyph interface which used to notify about calls, messages, rides or order status, but in a matrix.

Nothing Phone 3 To Debut With Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 And Major Updates

Last Updated: Nothing Phone 3, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, launches in India on July 1. In less than two weeks from now, Nothing will launch its Nothing Phone 3 smartphone in the international market. The UK brand has been teasing key details about the upcoming device on social media. Recently, Nothing co-founder and Head of Marketing Akis Evangelidis hinted towards the software update policy of the company for the new handset. It would mean that the tech brand is looking forward to providing the longest software support for Nothing Phone 3. On X, Evangelidis shared that the upcoming smartphone will be the company's 'first true flagship and a major step up from Phone (2)". For this, they have opted for the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, which he stated was 'Qualcomm's latest top-tier chip with an all–big core setup, making it even more efficient." In reply, Evangelidis wrote, '8 Gen 3 has a weaker GPU, NPU, connectivity and ISP – and default software support is 4 & 4. Phone (3) will have 5 & 7." While Evangelidis did not provide enough details, his post indicates Nothing Phone 3 will be made available with '5 and 7" software update and not '4 and 4". This means the new smartphone will receive five years of Android OS updates as well as seven years of security patches. If it happens, this would mark a major upgrade over the earlier software support cycles. The Nothing Phone 2, which came out in 2023, offered three years of major Android updates along with four years of security updates. The company assured that the recent Nothing Phone 3a Pro will have three years of Android upgrades and six years of security updates. Notably, tech giants like Google and Samsung have been offering seven generations of Android upgrades with their flagship devices. Meanwhile, Evangelidis has teased that the image quality on Nothing Phone 3 is getting a 'big upgrade with the new Spectra 18-bit Triple ISP." 'It allows for real-time segmentation of up to 12 layers and helps separate and enhance different elements in your photos – so you'll see much better detail, colour accuracy, etc," he added. Nothing Phone 3 will be launched in global markets, including India, on July 1, 2025. Fans can buy it on Flipkart in the country.

‘Hatke' vibes: Nothing Headphone 1 allegedly leaks ahead of July 1 launch

Nothing recently confirmed that it was going to launch its first-ever pair of headphones, called the Nothing Headphone 1, on July 1, alongside the company's flagship, the Nothing Phone 3. But now, just days before the launch, alleged images of the headphone pair in two different colourways, white and black, have surfaced online. Courtesy of an Instagram account that goes by the name @nothing_fan_blog, the account posted five images of the Nothing Headphone 1. Alleged image of the Nothing Headphone 1 in black. The first appears to be in white, while the second colour is black. If we think about it, this goes with what the brand has launched so far, including its earbuds, wherein it offered black and white variants. The headphones retain Nothing's signature transparent aesthetic. If there's one thing that's been constant with Nothing's products, including its phones or its audio gear, it has to be the transparent aesthetic, and this may remain the same with the Nothing Headphone 1. They appear to have a truly distinct aesthetic, which you will mostly not find on any other pair of headphones out in the open, and they will truly stand out when you wear them. A Closer Look As for the construction, the headphones appear to have a two-part construction; the base appears to be made out of metal while the top part appears to be constructed out of plastic. And if you have a closer look, you will spot buttons on the side of the headphones as well, and two are visible. Further, we also see a wire connected in the last image, but it's unclear if it's going to be a 3.5 mm jack or if it's a USB-C port. But from the construction of the wire, we can assume it's likely going to be a 3.5 mm headphone jack, which will allow for wired connectivity to your favourite output device. It currently isn't clear how much the Nothing Headphone 1 would cost, but so far, reports have suggested they could be priced around 299 Euros. MOBILE FINDER: iPhone 16 LATEST Price And More
