Ginny & Georgia: Who is the father of Georgia's surprise baby?

Ginny & Georgia is finally back on our screens for season three, and not going to lie we may have raced our way through it in the last 24 hours. What can we say? We love the chaotic town of Wellsbury.
This season saw Georgia be tried for the murder of Cynthia's husband Tom Fuller. While we all know she did it, thankfully the town of Wellsbury didn't, as Austin claimed it was instead his own father Gil who committed the crime.
However, that wasn't the only shocker to come out of the end of the season, oh no. As the show ended we got the major cliff-hanger that Georgia is indeed pregnant. But the question is, who is the daddy? Here's what we know.
Did you miss this big cliff hanger moment? Ok well let's unpack it. Back in episode seven Ginny has an abortion after getting pregnant from her laundry room moment with Wolfe.
After the abortion, Ginny sits with her mother who explained all about her own pregnancy cravings when she was pregnant with Ginny and Austin. Georgia tells Ginny, that she "wanted milk, just all the time, straight from the carton."
It was a cute moment that wasn't thought of again....until right at the end of episode 10 when Georgia starts chugging a carton of milk. Both she and Ginny have the shocking revelation that Georgia is in fact pregnant.
Season three started with Georgia still married to Mayor Paul, however their marriage quickly deteriorated as her trial started. Paul ended up leaving the family home and abandoned Georgia. However, after Georgia found Ginny's positive pregnancy test she decided to use it to keep Paul in their marriage.
Paul was super excited about the baby, and came home and the pair slept together. But a few days later when he discovered Georgia had actually lied about being pregnant, he decided to announce their marriage was over to the public.
Then Georgia was planning to run away and leave, but before she left finally had sex with Joe. He turned up at the house and things quickly turned steamy. And as the season wraps up it appears the pair are going to be in a relationship but keep it secret from Austin and Ginny.
Now that we know Georgia is pregnant, the big question is - who is the father? While we don't know if Georgia will carry the pregnancy to term, we still need to know whose baby it is.
And it turns out the series' writers haven't decided 100 per cent who the baby daddy is. Speaking to Screenrant, series creator Sarah Lampert and showrunner Sarah Glinski said: "What I'll say about that is my favourite thing about this writing team is that all of our writers are returning writers. They know this world really well. They're so talented, and they know these characters. Glinski and I entered the writer's room this season and said, 'We know who the dad is. We know whose baby it is. Change our mind.' And then we spent a full day just debating whose baby this was, what the stories could be for each version, and had a really robust conversation."
While nothing has been confirmed and likely won't be until season four, some fans are theorising/praying the baby is Joe's.
Many people have taken to X to celebrate the couple getting together, potentially with a baby on the way, with one person writing: "What an ending is all I'll say. I hope Georgia's pregnant with Joe's baby." While another said: "I can just imagine Georgia being pregnant with a girl like Joe would be the ultimate best girl dad #ginnyandgeorgia." And another said: "I CALLED IT GEORGIA IS PREGNANT, AND IT'S GONNA BE JOE's".
However, over on Reddit many fans are theorising the baby could be Paul's as a way to keep the character as part of the series. One person wrote: "It makes sense for it to be Paul's right?" And another said: "I'd be more inclined to watch if it were Paul's. I'd feel it would be more interesting than Joe."
Ok we're now conflicted over who we want it to be. Season four you need to hurry up.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan Says Negan Should Not Have Killed Glenn On ‘The Walking Dead'

Negan The Walking Dead decided to change a large number of things from the comics but ultimately kept its most harrowing kill in place, Negan executing Glenn with a bat in the most brutal way possible. That moment has haunted the series for years, as the show's ratings dropped, losing a full two million viewers by the next episode, and the series never recovered. If you ask most Walking Dead viewers when they stopped watching, probably 70% of them will say Glenn's death, which seemed like it went too far even though yes, it was very much faithful to the comic. Other controversial deaths like Carl Grimes, were not. Now, in a First We Feast interview between Maggie's Lauren Cohan and Negan's Jeffrey Dean Morgan to promote their show Dead City, Morgan says outright that if there was one plotline he would change, it's that kill. Morgan: I'm just gonna say this, it would have made both our lives easier, maybe not kill Glenn. Cohan: Yeah Morgan: It would have shifted the stories in a lot of ways, but you wouldn't be mad at me. Cohan: Wait, maybe we'd be like buddies! Morgan: Yeah, we'd probably be buddies! I mean, Glenn probably would have died some other way, but I wouldn't have had anything to do with it. So I'll say that just to be safe. Glenn It seems like a huge mistake in hindsight to both kill Glenn from a story perspective and also to lose actor Steven Yeun, who went on to be both a Best Actor Oscar nominee, the first Asian-American nominated, and went on to win an Emmy for his role in Beef. Now, he stars in one of Amazon's biggest shows, Invincible. Yeun did not seem pleased with his death and never returned to the show for any sort of guest dream/flashback spot the way nearly all other characters did. The Walking Dead made many mistakes over the years, but that was arguably the biggest, comic faithful or not. Now, I've speculated that the entire series is winding down, reduced to just two shows, Maggie and Negan's Dead City and Daryl Dixon's Daryl Dixon. Daryl's show is at least somewhat higher-profile and constantly renewed, where I am less confident in the future of Dead City after season 2 here. AMC does not want to let go, but maybe it's time to move on. The glory days are long behind the series, and yes, it really did peak with the pre-Negan Glenn kill. After that, the fall began. Kroger's Juneteenth Cakes Spark Backlash: ‘This Is a Mockery!'

A Kroger in Atlanta, Georgia is going viral for its Juneteenth cake offerings. A TikTok video posted on June 17 shows haphazardly decorated desserts sitting in the bakery section of the supermarket. 'This is some bulls---,' TikToker @ says at the start of the video. 'Who the hell made this ugly-ass s---?' The video, which now has over 10 million views, shows shelves stocked with birthday cakes and other treats, then lands on a table selling Juneteenth cookie cakes. 'Y'all decorate everything else around here cute, everything else around here cute,' the TikToker says. 'But for Juneteenth, you wanna just throw something on a freaking cookie cake and expect someone to buy it.' Several desserts are shown, some with printed designs, others featuring phrases like 'FREE,' 'June 19 Free,' 'Congratulations' and 'Free @ Last' written off-center in icing. The phrase 'free at last' is known for being a prominent part of Martin Luther King's 'I Have A Dream' speech, borrowed from the title of a Negro-Spiritual song. And now the phrase, which represents a hard-fought struggle, is being featured on a supermarket cake, casually scribbled in internet shorthand. 'I'm a be in here bright, early in the morning to talk to somebody about this, because this is unacceptable,' concludes the TikToker, who did not respond to request for comment. 'Kroger count your days,' they added in the post's caption. 'Why even bother if you're going to lack creativity … This is a mockery!' In the comments section of the video, many agreed. 'Free @ last is just insane 😭😭😭😭,' commented one TikTok user. 'It's giving 'here damn' 💀,' wrote another. 'Gurl! Not the last one saying Congratulations,' added someone else. 'Like Congratulations You're free! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤭.' 'I would absolutely take that cake that says FREE,' wrote one Reddit user, and another replied, 'Yea I mean it's says FREE I thought it was free.' For its part, Kroger says the desserts featured in the video were 'inconsistent' with its 'provided guidance.' 'The products have been removed, and we've addressed this directly with the store teams and the customer who took the initial video,' it added. The removal of the controversial cookie cakes was confirmed by @ in a follow-up TikTok video. 'I still feel some type of way that they didn't replace them with better Juneteenth cakes,' she says. However, there were some folks on the internet who felt 'mixed' on the issue. An alleged Kroger employee on Reddit wrote, 'I understand that people here are overworked and underpaid like crazy. However, admittedly these cake are not the best looking and def could've been made better.' In response, other Reddit users said, 'It looks like they don't have an experienced cake decorator,' and pointed out that 'it was probably someone with minimal training and not much time, doing their best.' Juneteenth commemorates June 19, 1865, when federal troops arrived in Galveston, Texas, and announced enslaved people were free. This was two and a half years after Abraham Lincoln signed the Emancipation Proclamation on Jan. 1, 1863. In June 1883, the Galveston Daily News reported on the 18th annual Emancipation Day — what would today be considered Juneteenth — celebrations across Texas. In 2022, Walmart drew backlash for releasing its own Juneteenth-themed ice cream, which critics said attempted to capitalize on a Black holiday rather than highlight already existing Black-owned ice cream brands. The chain later apologized to customers, writing, 'Juneteenth holiday marks a commemoration and celebration of freedom and independence. However, we received feedback that a few items caused concern for some of our customers and we sincerely apologize.' Then, in 2023, a Reddit post showed another controversial Juneteenth dessert sold at Walmart — watermelon-themed cakes.
