Iran's IRGC-Affiliated Tasnim News Agency: Iran Has Adopted A 'New Strategy' To 'Restrain The Rabid Dogs' – i.e. Israel – 'Until They Regret' Their Actions
On the morning of June 19, 2025, after Iran launched dozens of missiles at population centers in Israel, resulting in, inter alia, a direct hit on Soroka Hospital in Beersheba, the Iranian news agency Tasnim, which is affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), announced that Iran had adopted a new strategy to beat and punish "the rabid dog," namely Israel, "until it regrets" its actions. Tasnim explained that this new strategy – the essence of which is firing missiles with especially large warheads at population centers and civilian facilities – is aimed at inflicting severe damage and heavy civilian losses on Israel, "disproportionate" to Israel's attacks on nuclear facilities and missiles, in order to deter it from continuing its attacks on the Iranian regime. The following is a translation of Tasnim's reports. In a report titled "Restraining the Rabid Dogs – The Next Step," Tasnim said: "Since yesterday evening [June 18, 2025], Iran has carried out several effective missile strikes against the Zionists, the last of them this morning [June 19], causing Israel severe shock and significant damage. Image from Tasnim's report, posted following a missile attack on civilian areas and on Soroka Hospital in Israel, captioned: "Following the Zionist crimes, Iran has adopted a different strategy to punish Israel" "The Israelis previously thought that Iran would simply follow them, step for step, and launch a round of missile attacks in [proportionate] response to each of their attacks. But after the great Zionist crime of the last few days, Iran has shown that it has adopted a different strategy, and that it is considering a new process in punishing Israel. This time, Iran has shown that it is advancing without pause, and that, instead of responding ad hoc, it is taking a new approach in 'stopping and hunting the rabid [Israeli] dogs'…"[1] In another report about the same issue, Tasnim explained what the new strategy comprises: "…Iran has chosen, as its specific strategy, 'to continue punishing the rabid dog by beating it until it regrets [its actions].' Iran won't be taken in by 'a temporary hiatus [in its attacks which will enable] the Zionists to recover,' and will continue its blows until the Zionists regret [their actions] and do not dare to continue their attacks [on the Iranian regime] and their barbaric conduct. "Iran has announced that 'this time it will be different.' And for this reason, despite repeatedly showing restraint in the past, this time it carried out unprecedented attacks on the Zionists and will continue to do so 'in an ever-increasing manner.' "Meanwhile, Iran has declared clearly that this time there is no 'proportionate response' on its agenda. In other words, Iran does not intend to wait for Israel to attack one of its facilities and then respond accordingly. Rather, we will be 'one step ahead' of the Zionists in terms of the magnitude [of our attacks], so that the Zionists will know that 'the situation has changed entirely.' The Weaponization Of 'Human Rights' – Silencing Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Criticism In South Korea
By Truth Forum at Seoul National University* Recently, the Student Council of the Graduate School of Social Sciences at Seoul National University (SNU) labeled remarks critical of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), made by Professor A during a lecture, as "hate speech," and requested that the department convene a human rights committee. This action poses a serious threat to academic freedom. Moreover, it comes at a time when the CCP is advancing a covert and systematic infiltration not only in South Korea but across the globe. By ignoring this reality and targeting those who raise alarm, the student council has taken a position that is both ruinous and, frankly, traitorous. We issue this statement as a firm warning. The totalitarianism of the CCP, now sliding further into an oppressive surveillance state under Xi Jinping's dictatorship, is a matter of international concern. And yet, the student council has framed Professor A's criticism of the regime as "anti-China hate," thereby suppressing free expression under the guise of political correctness. (Source: The Mask of "Autonomy" and "Human Rights" The terms "autonomy" and "human rights" may evoke democratic ideals, but here they serve as linguistic camouflage to justify ideological conformity. History reminds us that even the Soviet Union cloaked its totalitarianism with the rhetoric of autonomy. The recent conduct of the SNU student council is a textbook case of ideological repression disguised in democratic language. While the CCP engages in organized surveillance, gross human rights violations, organ harvesting from political prisoners, dictatorship, and the cover-up of the lab origins of COVID-19, the student council remains shamefully silent. Instead, it chooses to attack a professor who dared to speak the truth. This is not just intellectual cowardice – it is collaboration with oppression. The CCP's use of the "United Front" strategy to infiltrate democratic societies is no secret. At SNU itself, there are known networks of Chinese students linked to the Chinese Embassy. The so-called Xi Jinping Research Archive on campus is emblematic of this infiltration. Some South Korean businessmen have even allegedly used admissions to SNU as a form of bribery to curry favor with CCP officials. And yet, the student council remains submissively silent on these matters while targeting internal voices of truth. Totalitarianism Disguised As Friendship – The CCP Is Not Our Friend While there are many Chinese individuals who seek friendship and freedom, the regime that deceives and exploits them cannot be considered our friend. The CCP, which seeks to dismantle the U.S.-Korea alliance and subsume Korea under its cultural and political influence through the Northeast Asia Project, is not a partner in peace – it is an adversary. We opened our markets and extended the hand of free trade, hoping democratic ideals would take root in China. But over the past 30 years, the CCP's ideology – rooted in Maoism and Han supremacy – has repelled liberty and threatened the world. To ignore this hard truth is to render the language of autonomy and human rights meaningless. SNU is home to a wide range of Chinese nationals. Some are CCP elites or their children, whiles others are future reformers who respect Korea's development and yearn for a freer China. We at Truth Forum stand with those Chinese students who oppose the CCP and aspire to build a democratic future. Seoul National University must not become a playground for Marxist ideology or CCP influence. What we need now is the courage to speak the truth, and the resolve to confront those who seek to silence it. End Totalitarianism In The Name Of Human Rights And Autonomy We understand that a human rights committee is scheduled to be convened. Should this committee be used to silence Professor A's legitimate critique under the false charge of hate, then it will have proven itself not a human rights body, but a People's Committee – a tool of ideological authoritarianism. To criticize the CCP is not hate – it is an act of moral conscience. We therefore call for an immediate end to this totalitarian censorship cloaked in the language of human rights and autonomy. For the sake of our beloved Korea and for the suffering people of China, we also strongly demand the immediate closure of the Xi Jinping Archive at Seoul National University. *Truth Forum at Seoul National University started as an intercollegiate organization that was born out of a sense of urgent crisis where false inflammatory politics have come to the point of undermining the very foundation of the Republic of Korea. Muslim Brotherhood In Syria Rejects Statement From Parent Organization Declaring Support For Iran In War With Israel: We Will Not Side With 'The Criminals Who Have Destroyed Iraq, Syria, And Yemen', W
On June 18, 2025, Dr. Salah Abdel-Haq, the Muslim Brotherhood's (MB) Acting General Guide posted a statement on X (formerly Twitter) declaring the organization's position siding with Iran in its war with Israel. Addressing Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, the statement stressed the need for the Muslim nation to stand united, and alleged that Israel understands that it cannot eliminate the Palestinian resistance without targeting its "incubator" – including Iran and the Muslim Brotherhood.[1] On June 19, only hours after the MB statement was released, the Muslim Brotherhood in Syria released its own communique on its X account disavowing any statement issued in the name of the Muslim Brotherhood that "supports the murderers, champions the criminals, and sides, under any pretext, with the project of the criminals who have destroyed Iraq, Syria, and Yemen, and displaced millions of Arabs and Muslims."[2] Categorically rejecting the significance of the role of Iran and its proxies in the Syrian revolution, the MB in Syria stated: "We reaffirm that our position on the two parties to this crime [i.e. Iran and Israel], who are vying for hegemony and influence in our region to change our religion and humiliate our peoples, as we have seen happen in Iraq, Syria, Yemen, and Lebanon, remain unchanged." "We disavow both projects, and we will not be deceived by any cunning criminal among them," the Syrian branch declared. The post emphasized that MB in Syria utterly rejects any statement made by any party that claims to represent the Muslim Brotherhood, or by any official or popular authority claiming to represent Islam and Muslims. In achieving victory in Syria, claimed the statement, the MB in Syria has never and will never be guided by anything other than their national compass, and that their political calculations will always prioritize "national interests." Further, it asserted that Muslims need to work diligently to achieve liberation and counter all projects of hegemony, influence, and deception of the masses by those who exploit and distort Islam. "Only serious, planned action, and not humiliating subservience to criminals and imposters," the statement concluded, adding a prayer for the victory and empowerment for the just causes of the Muslims, foremost among which is the Palestinian cause.
