في ضوء اتصالات د. بدر عبد العاطي وزير الخارجية والهجرة مع نظرائه من الدول المختلفة متابعة عبده الشربيني في ظل التطورات الإقليمية المتسارعة وتصاعد حالة التوتر لحدود غير مسبوقة في الشرق الأوسط نتيجةً للعدوان الإسرائيلي على الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية، يؤكد السادة وزراء خارجية كل من المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وجمهورية باكستان الإسلامية، ومملكة البحرين، وبروناي دار السلام، وجمهورية تركيا، وجمهورية تشاد، وجمهورية جامبيا، والجمهورية الجزائرية الديمقراطية الشعبية، وجمهورية القمر المتحدة، وجمهورية جيبوتي، والمملكة العربية السعودية، وجمهورية السودان، وجمهورية الصومال الفيدرالية، وجمهورية العراق، وسلطنة عمان، ودولة قطر، ودولة الكويت، ودولة ليبيا، وجمهورية مصر العربية، والجمهورية الإسلامية الموريتانية، على ما يلي: ▪ رفض وإدانة الهجمات الإسرائيلية ضد الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية منذ فجر يوم 13 يونيو 2025 وكذلك أية ممارسات تمثل خرقاً للقانون الدولي ومبادئ ومقاصد ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، وضرورة احترام سيادة الدول ووحدة أراضيها ومبادئ حُسن الجوار وتسوية النزاعات بالسبل السلمية. ▪ الإعراب عن القلق البالغ حيال هذا التصعيد الخطير، والذي ينذر بتداعيات جسيمة على أمن واستقرار المنطقة بأسرها، والتأكيد على ضرورة وقف الأعمال العدائية الإسرائيلية ضد إيران، والتي تأتي في توقيت يشهد فيه الشرق الأوسط مستويات متزايدة من التوتر، وأهمية العمل على خفض التوتر وصولاً إلى وقف لإطلاق النار وتهدئة شاملة. ▪ التأكيد على أهمية إخلاء منطقة الشرق الأوسط من الأسلحة النووية وغيرها من أسلحة الدمار الشامل وفق القرارات الدولية ذات الصلة ودون انتقائية، والتشديد على ضرورة سرعة انضمام كافة دول المنطقة إلى معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية. ▪ التشديد على ضرورة عدم استهداف المنشآت النووية الخاضعة لضمانات الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية وفق قرارات الوكالة وقرارات مجلس الأمن ذات الصلة لما يمثله ذلك من خرق سافر للقانون الدولي والقانون الدولي الإنساني بموجب ميثاق جنيف لعام ١٩٤٩. ▪ ضرورة العودة لمسار المفاوضات في أسرع وقت ممكن باعتباره السبيل الوحيد للتوصل إلى اتفاق مستدام حول البرنامج النووي الإيراني. ▪ التشديد على أهمية احترام حرية الملاحة في الممرات المائية الدولية وفقاً لقواعد القانون الدولي ذات الصلة، وعدم تقويض أمن الملاحة الدولية. ▪ التأكيد على أن السبيل الوحيد لحل الأزمات في المنطقة يتمثل في الدبلوماسية والحوار والالتزام بمبادئ حسن الجوار وفقاً لقواعد القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة، والتشديد على أنه لا يمكن تسوية الأزمة الراهنة بالسبل العسكرية. ************ Joint Statement ـــــ In light of the rapidly evolving regional developments and the unprecedented escalation of tensions in the Middle East, particularly owing to the ongoing military aggression of Israel against the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Foreign Ministers of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, the Kingdom of Bahrain, Brunei Darussalam, the Republic of Chad, the Union of the Comoros, the Republic of Djibouti, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Republic of Gambia, the Republic of Iraq, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the State of Kuwait, the State of Libya, the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the State of Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of Türkiye, the Sultanate of Oman, and the United Arab Emirates hereby affirm the following: • The categorical rejection and condemnation of Israel's recent attacks on the Islamic Republic of Iran since the 13th of June 2025, and any actions that contravene international law and the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations, while emphasizing the necessity of respecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of states, adhering to the principles of good neighbourliness, and the peaceful settlement of disputes. • The imperative need to halt Israeli hostilities against Iran, which come during a time of increasing tension in the Middle East, and to work towards de-escalation, to achieve a comprehensive ceasefire and restoration of calm, while expressing great concern regarding this dangerous escalation, which threatens to have serious consequences on the peace and stability of the entire region. • The urgent necessity of establishing a Middle East Zone Free of Nuclear Weapons and Other Weapons of Mass Destruction, which shall apply to all States in the region without exception in line with relevant international resolutions, as well as the urgent need for all countries of the Middle East to join the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT). • The paramount importance of refraining from targeting nuclear facilities that are under International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) safeguards, in accordance with relevant IAEA resolutions and United Nations Security Council decisions, as such acts constitute a violation of international law and international humanitarian law, including the 1949 Geneva Conventions. • The urgency of a swift return to the path of negotiations as the only viable means to reach a sustainable agreement regarding the Iranian nuclear program. • The importance of safeguarding the freedom of navigation in international waterways per the relevant rules of international law, and refraining from undermining maritime security. • That diplomacy, dialogue, and adherence to the principles of good neighbourliness, in accordance with international law and the UN Charter, remain the only viable path to resolving crises in the region, and that military means cannot bring about a lasting resolution to the ongoing International Community Condemns Israeli Aggression Against Iran

In this context, Saudi Arabia condemned the Israeli attacks on Iran on Friday, stressing that they are a 'violation of the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic and international law.' In a statement issued on Friday, Saudi Arabia expressed its 'strong condemnation and denunciation of the blatant Israeli attacks against the sisterly Islamic Republic of Iran, which undermine its sovereignty and security and constitute a clear violation and contravention of international laws and norms.' It considered this action a 'dangerous and reckless escalation that constitutes a flagrant violation of the United Nations Charter and the principles of international law, and represents unacceptable and ongoing aggressive behavior that undermines the foundations of stability in the region.' It held 'Israel responsible for this escalation and its repercussions, and called on the international community to take a clear and firm stance to halt this dangerous approach, which threatens to preclude diplomatic solutions and undermine the security and stability of the region.' In the same context, Qatar condemned, in a statement issued on Friday, 'the Israeli strikes on Iran,' stressing that they 'obstruct efforts to de-escalate tensions in the region.' It noted that 'Doha, which plays a key mediator role between the Jewish state and Hamas, expresses its deep concern about this dangerous escalation, which comes in the context of a recurring pattern of aggressive policies that threaten the security and stability of the region.' Egypt condemned the Israeli aggression against Iran, stressing in a statement issued by its Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Friday that 'the Israeli military attacks on Iran represent a blatant and extremely dangerous regional escalation, a flagrant violation of international law and the UN Charter, and a direct threat to regional and international peace and security.' The statement emphasized that 'this military action and its resulting repercussions expose the capabilities of the peoples of the region to grave danger and threaten to plunge the entire region into a state of widespread chaos.' The UAE also condemned the Israeli aggression against Iran, stressing 'the need to resolve disputes through diplomatic means, away from the language of confrontation and escalation.' For his part, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, 'Russia is concerned and condemns the sharp escalation in tensions between Israel and Iran.' In a statement issued on Friday, Jordan condemned 'the Israeli aggression against the friendly Islamic Republic of Iran, considering it a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of a UN member state and a blatant violation of the rules of international law and the UN Charter.' It stressed 'the need to respect international law and the responsibility of the international community, particularly the Security Council, to take urgent action to halt these attacks, prevent their recurrence, and prevent further tension and escalation.' For his part, Jordanian Minister of State for Media Affairs and Government Spokesperson Mohammad Momani stated that 'his country has not and will not allow its airspace to be violated, and will not be an arena for any military conflict.' For its part, the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the Israeli aggression against Iran, stressing that it 'will exacerbate regional tensions and could ignite a wider conflict.' For its part, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement condemned, in a statement issued on Friday, that 'the Israeli aggression against Iran portends the entire region entering a phase of open confrontation.'
