Milwaukee police investigate sexual assault of 13-year-old girl as she walked home from Juneteenth festival
Milwaukee police are investigating a sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl as she walked home from the Juneteenth festival.
Police said the sexual assault took place about 2 miles away from the north end of the festival on the 4400 block of North 28th Street at about 2 p.m. June 19. The annual Juneteenth celebration takes place along King Drive.
Police do not have anyone in custody. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 414-935-7252 or to remain anonymous, contact Crime Stoppers at 414-224-Tips or use the P3 Tips app.
No other information was immediately available.
