Son of Sardaar 2 cast, release date out: Ajay Devgn shares first look, rides two tanks as he returns as Jassi
Ajay Devgn made his fans happy by announcing the release date of his film much-awaited film, Son of Sardaar 2. The actor shared the first look poster of the film too as she is set to return to his character Jassi. Son Of Sardaar 2 is all set to hit the screens on July 25, 2025. The film is the second installment of the 2012-released Son Of Sardaar. Son Of Sardaar 2 film will mark Ajay's second release of the year, following the success of Raid 2 at the box office. Ajay Devgn shared the release date of the film and also the first official poster. Reacting to the poster a fan wrote, 'Can't wait, ' while another added, 'I'm super excited.' The recently deceased actor, Mukul Dev is also a part of Son Of Sardaar 2. Son of Sardaar starred Sonakshi Sinha in the lead role, and had Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt playing Jassi and Billu, respectively. In the sequel, Sanjay Dutt will return as Don. Ravi Kishan's character from the first film will now star Sanjay Mishra instead. Directed by Vijay Kumar Arora, Son of Sardaar 2 will clash with Siddharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor's film Param Sundari at the box office. In the Son Of Sardaar 2 poster, Ajay Devgn can be seen dressed in a black leather jacket, jeans and a black vast coat on a white t-shirt along with a yellow turban. Ajay, as Jassi, is seen flaunting his moustache, standing on two military tanks. Over the years, Ajay Devgn has been a part of many franchise which has come up with sequels over the years. Son Of Sardaar 2: Ajay Devgn Twirls His Moustache, Wears Turban In First Look Poster
Last Updated: Ajay Devgn's first look from Son of Sardaar 2 is out, featuring him in a turban. The film stars Mrunal Thakur and marks Mukul Dev's last film. Ajay Devgn's first look from his upcoming film, Son of Sardaar 2, is finally out. In the first poster from the film unveiled today, the actor is seen proudly twirling his moustache and wearing a turban, taking you back to 2012 when the first part was released, starring Sonakshi Sinha. Ajay Devgn looked mighty in his first-ever poster from Son of Sardaar 2. Wearing a leather jacket, the actor is seen standing atop two battle tanks, teasing at both larger-than-life action and comedy. 'The return of the sardaar" flashed proudly beside him on the poster. While Son of Sardaar 2 evokes a sense of nostalgia, the film is signficant for another reason – It marks model-actor Mukul Dev's last film. His close friend, Vindu, spoke to ETimes about his performance in the film. He said, 'He has done such fantastic work in SOS 2. He was my Tony and I was his Tito. He had an amazing role and people are going to roll on the floor laughing after seeing his work in July when the film releases. But unfortunately, he will not be around to enjoy the success and see the love." Son of Sardaar 2 began in 2024. This time, Sonakshi Sinha was replaced by Mrunal Thakur as the female lead.
