Delaware train derailment blocks road in Bear, New Castle County, police say

1 injured in explosion at Butler County home

Colchester man charged with public indecency
COLCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH) — A Colchester man was charged on Thursday for alleged public indecency, state police said. Alan Sims, 66, was allegedly seen at the Colchester Dog Park watching pornography and pleasuring himself in the open around 1:30 p.m. Man charged with public indecency at Meriden train station A landscaping crew observed Sims and notified police, but he left before police arrived. A witness provided his license plate information and police arrested him. He was charged with second-degree breach of peace and public indecency.
