Eric Dane was reportedly juggling two women. Not long after the actor's sit-down interview with Diane Sawyer on June 16, where he opened up about his battle with ALS, Dane made a red carpet debut with filmmaker Janell Shirtcliff. The two attended the premiere of his new show, Countdown, hand in hand. And now, reports are alleging that he's been dating someone else too. Per the source, Dane and Jain have been dating since the summer of 2024 and were even pictured together a few times over the past few months (the last sighting was in May). In November 2024, the two reportedly became 'exclusive.' Since then, the two had reportedly been very close, with Jain spending 'almost every night at his house' and even getting matching tattoos together late last year. The actor also reportedly gave her a custom tattoo with an at-home tattoo gun shortly after. Jain and Dane reportedly last saw each other this past weekend, but there was never a breakup between them. 'They never broke up,' the source affirmed. As for Dane's relationship with Shirtcliff, Entertainment Tonight confirmed their relationship following their head-turning red carpet moment. 'The two have been in an on-and-off relationship for over three years and care deeply for each other,' the source told the outlet. 'Eric asked Janell to be there for him during this time, and she wanted to show up for him.' 'They're extremely close and mean a great deal to one another,' the source continued, adding that they recently were spotted on a date night at the Chateau Marmont. On the date, the source said they 'had a beautiful day together full of laughs, lightness, and love.''Eric has been in such great spirits and is handling everything with such strength,' the source said of Dane. 'He's a true warrior.' In addition to Jain and Shirtcliff, Dane is still married to his wife, Rebecca Gayheart. The two got married in 2004 and are parents to two daughters together, Billie Beatrice, 15, and Georgia Geraldine, 13. In 2018, after 14 years of marriage, Gayheart filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences and 'TBD' as their separation. But, in March 2025, well into Dane's ALS journey, Gayheart requested to dismiss the divorce.
