Chrishell Stause Says ‘Gross' Men Make Her Want to Cut Her Long Hair: ‘Leave Us Alone'
Chrishell Stause has had enough when it comes to 'gross' men hitting on her in public. 'I love my long hair, but EVERY time a gross man makes me uncomfortable in public, I want to cut it,' the reality TV star, 43, wrote in the comments section of an Instagram post featuring a video of Gabby Windey's most recent 'Long Winded' podcast episode, shared on Friday, June 6. 'Leave us alone,' Stause continued. In the episode, Windey, 34, discussed how women who identify as lesbian can better project their sexuality in order to help deter or avoid straight men hitting on them while they're in public. Chrishell Stause Recalls Thinking She Was 'Definitely Still' Straight After Her 1st Kiss With G Flip 'I just went to the new Wes Anderson movie. I get there really early because I'm like, let me enjoy my matcha and a little book. This guy keeps staring at me,' one caller says in the video. 'Then he starts talking to me about my CD player. I'm like, 'Yeah, I'm listening to Simon and Garfunkel. Whatever.' How do I, like, make sure people know I'm a lesbian in public?' Windey responded by saying that the caller was certainly 'signaling lesbian' with her matcha, DC player and music choice. 'Simon and Garfunkel – aren't they the first gays to ever walk the planet?' she said. 'I don't really know but I think they're preeeeeeetty gay. You want to see your Wes Anderson movie alone — I don't totally know who Wes Anderson is but it's probably giving gay too, girl you're doing your best.' She continued, 'It's the audacity of men — they cannot take a hint and they think they're welcome everywhere.' She then told listeners that she understands where the caller is coming from, telling fans that she feels the 'same.' Chrishell Stause and G Flip's Relationship Timeline 'I feel you,' she added. 'I think my long hair is attracting the male gaze and I don't know what to do about it except to plan for my inevitable Britney Spears shaving-my-head moment. I don't want you! Get away from me!' Stause, who is married to nonbinary rapper G Flip, has been open about her sexuality. 'I had no issue [kissing my friends] like that, but in my head I [didn't think I] could have a meaningful relationship with someone [who wasn't a man,' the Selling Sunset star, who was married to Justin Hartley from 2017 to 2021, told Vogue Australia in February 2023. '[It] opened my brain up to the fact that I'm attracted to energy, not whatever physical thing that people have in their head. I don't have a type.'
