Harold Perkins, 38, of the Mayfair neighborhood, was charged with invasion of privacy and endangering the welfare of children [manufacturing child pornography], police said in an update about the investigation. Officers responded to the public bathrooms on 6th Street and the Boardwalk on June 12 for a report of a recording device found inside one of the bathrooms. They met a woman who said she saw a hidden camera placed inside one of the bathrooms. Police said there was a search of all the public bathrooms along the boardwalk and found more cameras along 10th Street and 11th Street. Police told CBS News Philadelphia these are family-style restrooms, which are often where beachgoers change before going onto the sand or after leaving the beach. Investigators have yet to say how long they suspect the hidden cameras were in the public bathrooms. Following an investigation with Ocean City police, the Philadelphia Police Department's Special Victims Unit, the Department of Homeland Security and a K-9 Unit with the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General, there were court-authorized arrest and search warrants executed at a home and a car in the 4200 block of Glenview Street in Northeast Philly. Perkins was taken into custody at the home on Glenview Street. Police said he's currently in Pennsylvania waiting to be extradited to New Jersey.

As day dawned in the villa, Harry got a text, saying: 'Boys, clear your schedules and get ready to leave the vila! #brotime #beersandbants.' The lads were ecstatic, excited for the boys' night ahead - but the evening was not without fun for the girls either. Walking into the garden, they were stunned to see a massive screen, allowing them to hear exactly what their partners were saying about them. Earlier in the episode, Blu Chegini was the second star to be dumped from the Mallorca villa during Friday night's brutal recoupling. Sophie Lee was the first person to be dumped from the island earlier this week after Shakira Khan stole her partner Harry Cooksley, leaving her single. After the arrival of new bombshells Shea Mannings and Remell Mullins, the girls then had to chose who they wanted to recouple with on Thursday night. Newbie Shea and Blu Chegini were left single and a shock text revealed that they would have to pick which of them would go home in a show first. After Thursday's cliffhanger, Blu, 26, was ultimately dumped from the villa after he and Shea refused to pick which one of them would go home. Instead, they forced the safe couples to make the decision for them, with original Islander Blu ultimately getting the fewest votes and being immediately dumped. Both Shea and Blu said they wanted to get to know Shakira more, but after coupling back up with her original partner Ben, she refused to pick which one would stay. Instead, their fellow Islanders ultimately decided they wanted to give new arrival Shea more time to find a potential match, given Blu arrived on the first day. Blu and Shea were left raging after a new rule was introduced, with a text revealing they had to decide which of them went home. Blu was quick to state, 'I ain't f***ing leaving', with Shea also making it clear he wasn't willing to leave, before they forced their co-stars to make the call. Viewers were also particularly shocked that Shea was even put up for elimination, given new bombshells are usually immune during their first recoupling. During Thursday's episode, Alima had kicked the recoupling off, giving Remell a shot after their earlier chinwag. Toni was next, choosing Conor following a smooch they shared, while Megan stuck with Tommy.
